This was my first reformer Pilates experience and I’ve taken 10 classes now. This studio is so great. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I’ve taken classes from Carmen, Cami and Kathy and all are wonderful teachers. Every class has been different and effective. Highly recommend if you’re a reformer beginner or experienced.

I have loved every single class I've taken! Cami is amazing. As a plus sized girlie, this place makes you feel great about yourself and build your strength. Cami encouraged me to try a class when I first voiced my concerns of whether Pilates was a good option in a bigger body, and I am SO glad I listened. Can't recommend enough!

This was my first time taking a Pilates Class so I didn't know what to expect. But I must say it was a great experience. Cami and the other ladies in the class made this 1st timer feel very comfortable. Her style of teaching is very pleasant and calming and her technique for pilates is not complicated but easy to follow. I'll definitely be back.
