I absolutely loved this place! If you’re looking to get a GREAT pilates workout but you want a space all to yourself with all the equipment you need, this is for you! This place is also 24 hrs meaning you can book at anytime of the day/night. Once you walk in, there’s no person at a desk or anything so you don’t have to physically talk to anyone (for introverts like me haha) , all you need is to go to your room and put in your assigned code! You also get complimentary water and socks! If you needed a reason to go, here it is!!!! I will be coming back, i will also post a video on my experience @aniiyahrenee on insta

Love love love it!!! It’s so perfect if you’re a shy girly or want something more solo focused! Definitely loved the atmosphere of the place! You can pick the level and version of Pilates you want to do, there’s literally sooo many options to choose from, wether you’re a beginner or a pro!! and they even have private rooms! Definitely love that it’s 24 hours, I got to do pilates at 11pm! I also love that it’s women based only! Plus the owners are also very sweet and were helpful! Definitely will continue booking here!

I was the first person at the grand opening and it’s such a cute studio! I love that this studio is 24/7 and has private rooms. I’m able to workout at my own pace and pick the music. Also perfect for content creators who are shy about filming their workout class, you can do so here without the fear of getting others in your shot! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back for another session :)

I had a very negative experience working with The Pilates Room. I would not recommend this business.
