I’ve had an excellent experience at this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help—whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience. The workouts are thoughtfully designed and adaptable, with different options to suit everyone, from beginners to elite athletes, and from young adults to seniors.
The community here is one of the best parts—supportive, welcoming, and motivating. The equipment is excellent and well-maintained, and the environment encourages consistency and progress. If you’re looking for a place to build a dedicated workout routine and stay accountable, this is it.

I want to thank my young friends Darby and John Scebold for inviting me to try Th Regimen. I tools them at 61 I was too old for that intense of a workout and they told me the coach Emily Geels would work with me on some of the exercises I just couldn’t do yet! And she and all of the people there are so great at encouraging me-it is the best thing I have done for myself in an awfully long time! I didn’t want all my muscle to fade away-now I am trying to convince some of my friends to do it! Thanks again Scebold’s and Emily-I am feeling my strength come back more each time! Almost been there 2 months!

I've been going here for six months, and I have felt myself getting a lot stronger and more confident in my abilities. The trainers are all really great and have helped me to tailor my workouts to where I'm at (that includes helping me push past the doubts in myself). This has been by far the best place I have found to improve myself physically. I can't wait to see how this place will continue to help me to achieve my goals.

This gym is incredibly welcoming to all fitness levels. I go to the morning classes and coaches Valarie and Jordan A. are incredible! They really focus on your form and helping you do the movements correctly, to build strength without injury. It is a great fitness family!

We have really enjoyed our time at the Regimen Trained. I was a complete beginner a couple of months ago and coach Emily really has made the experience for me personally with all of her encouragement, support and professional attention to detail. All of the coaches are great. The 9:30 am class is amazing if you are a CrossFit novice and just starting out on your fitness journey. It has made it easier for me to stay committed and not give up. The coaches can help you scale each workout for your current capabilities. You can easily bring your kids along as well.

I’ve been to a few Gyms in my lifetime and The Regimen Trained is hands down the best. I truly could go on forever about why I love this gym and this community so much. The programming here is nothing I’ve experienced anywhere else. It keeps you coming back for more. The coaches are wonderful and willing to work one on one to help each individual. Whether it’s working on a weakness, nutrition (Coach Emily is the best) anything and everything you can expect from a gym but at the highest level around the area. Come try it out and see for yourself.
