Highly recommend!!
After trying out the gym in Castroville, this one won-hands down! The rooms and equipment are very clean and the atmosphere is one of inspiration and motivation. They have all the equipment to get any type of workout done too.
Their prices are very affordable compared to any other place close by and the owners are amazing! 24hrs means people can come and go and the place is in a great location, secure and safe. If your local or traveling through, this is def worth it!!

I get an awesome workout and finish with a Fit Aid for a treat. Also great people that encourage you to keep going. It all helps to stick with it and meet goals!

I am a visitor, the staff is nice and friendly, it is clean and sanitary.I would definitely recommend anyone needing a work out to utilize this facility. It had everything I needed plus tanning.Also, I appreciated the ability to stay on my own timetable. I will tell all my friends and family to support this business.
