Do yall offer personal training. If so how do you schedule that and whats it like? I'm a first timer to ever work out or go to a gym need to lose some postpartum baby weight nothing crazy but need some one on one personal trainer from someone who is patient and can teach me easy work outs to also do at home when I can't get to a gym. Any thoughts?

The equipment and price are excellent; however, the “music” may be a problem for older adults; therefore, unless you like extremely profane and loud rap, best you bring your own headphones or earplugs.

I had almost forgotten how pleasant it was working out without that speaker blasting someone else’s music. I assume that someone had temporarily disconnected it this morning. I wish that this were a permanent disconnect. If people want to listen to music while they work out, that is fine, but they should bring their own earphones or pods…..as most seem to do anyway. BTW: I have earplugs but the speaker overrides them. Others have mentioned in their reviews that the speaker also overrides their earpods/headphones. Maybe you guys should poll your customers to see how many prefer that the speaker be removed. There, now I feel better.:).

Great atmosphere but honestly considering another gym just because of their speaker and that anyone can connect to it. It drowns out my music on my earphones since it’s loud. It ruins the workout for me entirely.

It's the best gym in the area but the music is always too loud, and at certain times it's high school social hour - young kids walking around with their shirts off... just not my thing. But no other choices besides Forge (which is like a daycare with kids running around) and then Planet which is further away and always packed 🤷🏼‍♀️

This really is a great gym, great variety of equipment that's pretty new BUT, the fact that they let gym members link to the gym speaker, and BLAST their type of music is insane. It drowns out the music in my headphones and ruins my gym experience. I wish they didn't have a speaker at all. Oh and no wifi. But it has the equipment you need to get jacked.

Gym is lacking critical equipment and they allow members to control the volume of the music. It was so loud; I couldn't drown it out with high end noise canceling earbuds. Manager said he couldn't do anything about it going over their allowed volume.

I actually love this place. Why? 24 hr access and cameras. Not worried about something being stolen and I can go late after work or super early. Owners are cool people who are actually involved. Not a big cheesy franchise, but a group of owners who like to be involved, keep it clean, and work out. A1
