The Strength Builders is an organization that is a group of trainers but also has a location that allows independent trainers to train their clients. The focus of the training facility is to provide and an environment that allows clients to reach their fitness goals. All trainers at The Strength Builders must be a certified personal trainer from a nationally accredited organization.

Been training with Nate for 6+ months and he’s incredible. I have a history of shoulder injuries and he tailors my workouts to promote extra strength and stability around my joints. After dozens of injuries and 5 shoulder surgeries, I was ready to give up on so many life activities and my own personal fitness. Then a year ago, a friend insisted that I have a conversation with Nate Miller at The Strength Builders. Nate has extensive knowledge of the human body, and his attention to the details of my body and injuries is far superior to anything I received from various physical therapists in the past. It's easy to see by his energy and attitude that he absolutely loves what he does, and it's not an understatement to say that starting my training with Nate was a life changing event.

I have been working with Strength Builders for approaching a year, and recently went to two days a week. I have worked out off and on for years, but the great thing about Nate is he listens and creates a custom plan to meet your needs and fitness goals. I have smashed my old strength and fitness plateau’s, we have focused on targeting my weak areas; which I believe is key to the rapid changes I have seen working out with Strength Builders vs other trainers or on my own. I can’t recommend Nate & Strength Builders enough!!!

My husband and I have trained with Nate Miller twice a week for 6 years. Nate is an excellent trainer with extensive knowledge of human anatomy and exercise science. He has an upbeat personality and helps to make training enjoyable. His custom workouts focus on strength training, core strength, and balance. The relatively small gym makes it possible for "everyone to know your name." It's a fun, productive environment with the latest in exercise equipment.

Nate and his team have created not only a great workout space but have taken the level of my personal workout ( that Nate designs specifically around my injuries) to both his studio AND my home, with a personal designed daily workout that I can very easily view/follow on my phone at my convenience at my home. Brilliant!
