I absolutely love lagree ! I’ve only been coming to the studio for a couple of weeks but the changes I’ve seen in my physical and mental wellbeing is immense . The instructors are wonderful , they guide you throughout the class and give modifications for injuries or even if you’re a beginner! The owner is very kind and inviting !

The studio is clean and the equipment is very impressive ! I definitely recommend everyone to try lagree !

My friend Gabi introduced me to Lagree and now I love it so much! I even brought a new friend too! It is a great full body workout and I always leave sweating and very satisfied. The Woodlands Lagree has been a game changer for my overall mental and physical fitness. I have met so many dynamic people, including other business owners and career professionals, at our early morning classes, and the environment is welcoming for people with all fitness levels. The class is quaint and limited to only 10 people, so there is a lot of personalized attention provided by the fabulous instructors. Lagree is one of the hardest work outs I have ever done, but the burn and shaky muscles feel so good! I look forward to my 5am alarm clock during the week so I can attend a 6am class.

I learned that as we age, weight training is crucial for maintaining strength, balance, and overall health. It helps counter the natural decline in muscle mass and bone density, reducing the risk of falls, fractures, and chronic diseases like osteoporosis and diabetes. Weightlifting also improves mobility, posture, and mental well-being, contributing to a more active and healthy aging process. I do not like to lift weights in a gym setting (or at home), so Lagree has checked all the boxes for me!!! Come join us for an early morning Lagree class and you can thank me later!

( has been a little humbling as I have had to crawl out after a class ) Being a man that goes to the gym as well, these classes bring a different area of focus to my fitness routine. I absolutely love this studio!!! I’ve noticed you get a lot more instruction due to the smaller class sizes. The instructors are all incredible! I find the classes here give me better results compared to other Pilates and Lagree studios. It’s hard to describe, the workouts are very challenging yet the vibe is calming and encouraging. I feel like this studio is more personable and it has the best rates in the Woodlands. 10/10 recommendation! I look forward to every class!!! Tamika has a lot of reviews on here because she’s so encouraging and knowledgeable! I love her classes!!! She has a great personality! Truthfully all the instructors are incredible!

Love this workout and studio! I joined after being a member at Club Pilates and this is more affordable, a better workout, and the instructors are more hands on (compared to not at all at club Pilates). I just joined last week, but I already see so many things that make this studio stand out from the rest. I really love how there’s never a need to put yourself on the wait list. You can book last minute and still make it in! Also, every instructor there gives physical/hands-on corrections to everyone who needs it, despite how full the class is. I personally like Tamika the most so far (haven’t tried everyone) - her class is tough but she really focuses on form & correcting the “small” things. I was orginally going to try out TWL & Wicked Core and compare them before joining one, but my first class at TWL was with the owner Angelyne and she was so kind that I joined that same day without ever trying wicked core. She was going to extend her new member price for me when I told her I couldn’t join until March!

I’ve been going here for over a month and I love how toned my body is now! I could tell many muscle groups were getting activated just after the second class! I’ve changed my profession and used to be on my feet for over eight hours a day, which naturally kept me in shape. After selling my business in CA and moving over to Texas I started feeling really sluggish while certain body parts started sagging from the dramatic change in my work-life! I was doing yoga but my body was yearning for more!

I signed up for a trial class with The Woodlands Lagree reformer Pilates and I was hooked! I always feel energized and toned up after a class. The reformer is easy to use (especially if you have some foundation in doing yoga) and the instructors always guide you to have the proper form. Also, all the instructors make sure you get a good workout and they make it challenging! They make every minute count in the 45 minutes you’re there! The facility is always clean and sanitized. Angelyne, the owner and one of the instructors, is also so sweet and attentive! I plan to be a member at this facility for years to come!

I’m 37 and I’m a yoga and gym person.
After my free class my left wrist is hurting ( old injury).
I’ll recommend for people want to get stronger but not for older people.
