I enrolled my son for football training at TOCA Keller and paid for four sessions upfront — which I understood and agreed to. However, I later found out that TOCA charged my credit card again without informing me, claiming it was part of a recurring billing system.

Here’s the issue:
• I never signed any contract, nor was I ever presented with any written terms explaining recurring charges.
• The trainer only discussed this verbally, which I never agreed to beyond the initial sessions.
• When I raised a dispute, they showed me a generic document referencing recurring billing — but it has no signature or consent from me.
• TOCA still insists that the charges are valid and refuses to refund or stop the charges.

This is an unethical and deceptive billing practice. Charging someone’s card without explicit, signed authorization is not only wrong — it violates consumer trust.

I’m now pursuing this with my bank and filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies. Businesses like this should not be allowed to auto-charge families without consent, especially when children’s sports are involved.

Be cautious before you give TOCA your card — they will keep charging it without warning or approval.

Don't recommend playing there. Your ball will get stuck in the nets above, ask you to come by some other day for it to then be told they don't have your ball. Lost two balls during a field rental. Managers had nothing to say.

TOCA Keller is absolutely spectacular. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the program is excellent. Special shout out to Coach Ethan for always going above and beyond. He does a wonderful job keeping the kids engaged and holding them accountable while still being kind and gentle when they need it. He's able to balance being understanding while not being a push over. He's outstanding - and I'm hard to impress.

Been coming here for a couple months playing pickup. The biggest difference I have noticed from blue sky was the engagement of the workers. They are involved in every aspect to make it more fun and enjoyable, helping nervous solos that come on their own find a team which then helps form friendships. Most importantly, nick and Ariel have been engaged and socializing with everyone to make sure things run smoothly and are more fun every night. Definitely coming back next summer and brought my friends with me who all are excited for next summer too. (We are all in college)
Oh small addition, I have also used this as a time to get better and the high level of the workers has helped me improve my game! The players give feedback in games if you ask like Adrian did when I asked for help.

My son practiced for 3 months with the 5-6 yr olds. We loved most of the coaches, coach backflip (Joe), coach T, and coach big foot (he's tall and has long-ish hair). He had 3 other coaches who were meh. This goes to show how inconsistent the arrangement was. And we only had 12 sessions. Our last training, at the start of it 10 min prior, I asked who would be the coach. The response was, "We're still trying to figure that out." As a parent, any activity for my kids is half about the activity itself, half about the person(s) interacting with them. Would love to have had more consistency, that way kids can build rapport as well. Additionally, coach and player ratio was, for the most part, not conducive to effective training. The last straw for me was the last practice when there was 1 coach to 16 littles. There was a 2nd coach who joined toward the end for maybe 5-10 minutes. There was an incident that I and another parent disagreed about, in terms of nature and level of severity. The coach could not mediate because either she did not witness (understandable when you have to watch 16 kids!) or she did not deem it chronic/severe enough to warrant intervention. Must commend coach Jason who intervened and mediated in a compassionate way.

Look I want to train, today was horrible Emily was very rude and for no reason, I was hit multiple times, and I asked for a foul no foul…. But they do call them though that was funny. I felt like this facility looks pretty but what about the environment, it was my first time and this experience was very poor if not the worst place I’ve been in. I believe in hard work and believe they have the ability to get there. I’d like to speak with someone who is in charge and would like to communicate ways this place can be more successful, regardless of the poor experience thank you for the free training 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 the training in section two was awesome from the male leading it👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

VERY unorganized, we’ve always had a problem with toca but hoped it would get better. It got worse. Coaches are good they are not in the wrong except the people running this place. (Manager, Boss) This practice specifically was ridiculous, They had one open field and we thought ALL 23 KIDS would play on , but we were wrong they sent us to the back field that is very small and cramped, while five kids played in the one 4x the size. The manager told us to be patient but we’ve been putting up with this for too long. Me along with most of our team is deciding to leave toca because of this ridiculously.

So my son goes for regular soccer classes here and we were already having a great time .. the coaches give personal attention and my kids growth here is amazing ... And we hosted our son's birthday party here and it was such a blast, the first party were parents need not engage and be on the lookout for the kids, the coach Y, who was very patient with he kids had full control over the kids through the party , kept them engaged with different activities at the field and also had a last 20 min game for adults as well.. so it was o much fun .. highly recommend for parties

I am surprised with the lack of return from my calls to cancel the enrollment of my son (Gabriel Cortez). Indeed, the classes were not working, the teachers do not pay attention for the kids that are not doing the activities, I mean, they don't care if the kids are following the activities or not and I am talking about a 3 years-old kid.
After 04 classes with no success and I decided to cancel and called several times. The answer is always the same, the manager will call you but never did. I hope someone from Toca Soccer call me and also hope that they will not continue to charge my credit card.

I have cancelled my account back in January and they are still charging my credit. I have called multiple times to get a refund with the management refusing to call me back but assured my card would not be charged again. 1 accidental charge is understandable if I were able to get a refund back, a double accidental charge is completely unacceptable.

Update: After posting this review to their profile, I received correspondence with in 22 minutes with a a refund for the two months. But it is still frustrating that I had to take this public to get a response.

Review of the actual service - we did the training, not practice and play, we did see technical improvements in our boys soccer skills, but the boys eventually were bored of it and wanted to switch to practice and play. There was a closer practice and play arena near our home and that is why we moved. Having consistent coach during the training session I think would have been beneficial.

Disorganized and Disappointing Experience

We signed up our 4-year-old for the indoor winter season at TOCA Keller, expecting a structured and competitive experience based on what we were told at registration. Initially, we were informed there would be three other teams to play against, but right before the season started, we were told there were no other teams for our daughter’s team to compete with. Our only options were to either play in a boys’ league or move up to play against older girls. While we don’t usually mind playing up, this was our team’s first year playing soccer, and the season went exactly as expected—losing 20-0 (or worse) every game. Instead of learning the game, our girls mostly learned how to defend themselves against significantly larger players.

Another major issue was the expectation of indoor soccer training, which was a key reason we signed up. Despite this, we only had a couple of indoor practices, with the majority being held outdoors—something we were not prepared for. Communication from the front office was frustratingly inconsistent, requiring birth certificates halfway through the season and banning indoor turf cleats with only two games left.

Facility-wise, the experience wasn’t much better. The concession stand was closed more often than not, and the small field for younger players in the back was in poor condition, with torn turf causing multiple players to trip.

Overall, the lack of organization, misleading information, and poor facility maintenance made this a disappointing experience. We will not be returning to TOCA Keller.

It's a scam. I have played at this location for years when it was blue sky and never had a problem. I joined TOCA with their membership subscription of $54. We barely got opponents to play and they were going to reschedule our first game but never did. With all this we as a whole team decided to play somewhere else.
At the end of the season we filled out an online form of cancelation and we talked to the staff about our membership and they told us we are good and won't be charged for the next month. But they charged all of us for 2 months now and we have not been scheduled for a single game. I have called the office multiple times and the kids there say only Karen can handle that and will call me back in couple hours. It has been weeks and I've been promised a call from Karen multiple times from the staff. STILL NOTHING....

After three months in TOCA's recreational league for 2014 players, it is clear that this has been the most difficult and unfair season for this team. The main issue was poor management by the facility’s manager, Karen. Concerns were raised from the start of the season, but she always had excuses. Sometimes it was because of new staff, and other times she said she didn’t have an assistant. When she finally hired one, the assistant couldn’t start until January, which made no sense.

The biggest problem, however, was the lack of security and enforcement of TOCA’s rules. From the beginning, it was obvious that some clubs were breaking the rules by rotating players and even allowing older players to compete. This caused an imbalance during games, making it unsafe for younger players and resulting in some of them getting hurt. TOCA does not have a reliable system to check if players on the field match the roster. They expect parents and coaches to check in at the front desk, but no one verifies if the players actually belong on the team. Even though referees are supposed to handle this, they never do.

When this was brought to Karen’s attention, she asked for proof. During one game, it was noticed that a team had about 20 players, some of whom looked older. This was reported to the staff, who printed the roster and checked the players after the game. It was confirmed that not all the players were on the roster, and some had played illegally. Other parents also shared that this team had been bringing up to 24 players to games when their roster only listed 14. The staff said the game would be forfeited because of cheating.

After this, Karen stayed silent for a week. When asked for an update, she said the matter was “under investigation.” The investigation ended, but the team faced no penalties, continued playing, and kept all their points. Over the next two months, Karen sent multiple emails and made phone calls asking not to post reviews about these issues. Now, she refuses to provide updates via email and insists on discussing the matter in person. This makes it seem like she is avoiding putting anything in writing that could show her poor management. It is likely she would only give an excuse and blame it on a "system error."

Although TOCA recently renovated its facility, improving its appearance, the same cannot be said about its management. The issues that existed when it was Blue Sky still remain. Parents and players are left feeling disappointed and frustrated by the lack of fairness and accountability in what should be a supportive environment for player development.

**Opinion Regarding TOCA's Recreational League for 2014 Players**

After three months in TOCA's so-called recreational league for 2014 players, I must say this has been the most challenging and unfair season my team has ever experienced. The root of the problem lies in poor management by the facility’s manager, Karen. We raised red flags from the start of the season, but she always provided excuses. If it wasn’t about having new staff, it was about not having an assistant, and when she finally hired one, the assistant couldn’t start until January—an illogical delay.

The most significant issue, however, was the lack of security and adherence to the protocols TOCA claims to uphold. From the beginning, it became clear that some clubs in the recreational league were rotating their teams and players, even allowing older players to compete. This often created a dangerous imbalance of physicality during matches, resulting in injuries to our players. TOCA does not have a reliable system to verify the identity of players. They rely on the goodwill of parents and coaches to check in at the front desk, but they don’t ensure that the players on the field or bench match the roster. While this task is listed as part of the referees’ responsibilities, TOCA referees consistently failed to enforce this rule.

When we raised these concerns, Karen requested evidence. In one game, we noticed another team with about 20 players, many of whom looked older. We reported this to the on-site manager, who printed the team’s roster and verified the players after the game. As suspected, not all the players were on the roster, and some had played illegally. Other parents from different teams confirmed this had been happening consistently, with the same team bringing up to 24 players when their roster listed only 14. The on-site manager declared that this game would be forfeited due to cheating.

After this incident, Karen remained silent for a week. When I followed up, she claimed it was "under investigation." The investigation concluded, but the team in question faced no penalties, continued playing, and retained all their points. For two months, Karen sent me over 10 emails and made several phone calls pleading with me not to post reviews or comments about these issues. Now, she refuses to provide an update on the investigation via email and insists I come to the facility for a verbal explanation. This behavior makes me believe she doesn’t want to leave a written record that could expose her mismanagement. I expect she would provide a verbal excuse, blame a "system error," and brush the matter aside.

While TOCA's recent renovations have improved the facility aesthetically, the same cannot be said for its administration. The problems that existed when this facility operated as Blue Sky still persist. My parents and I leave this experience feeling deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the lack of fairness and accountability for our players’ development.

Please do not contact me unless it is to provide a clear explanation of why a team caught cheating by your own staff faced no consequences.

The facility is state of the art and the Toca representatives are extremely polite and efficient. Karen does a great job maintaining the facility and coordinating the events. I do however miss the Big Field. That was one of the biggest draws to Toca. The ability to play on an actual soccer field instead of a mini field. Playing on a smaller field limits the format size and the ability to practice game-like scenarios. Also it causes division amongst teams, they have to split into 2 teams instead of playing together. Smaller fields also caters to younger ages causing older teams to age out of the Toca system. We still play here bc of the location but it's been a challenge to adjust to the smaller format.

I could tell that this place was not organized from the first time I visited. Long lines staff that is not knowledgeable. The issues began to surface when our team began to play on our assumed 10U bracket. Parents this was not the case no player cards were checked and our team was playing with kids much older than them leading our team to several losses. Our coaches and parents made several requests to the manager however when it came to acknowledge the issues that they are clearly having with them staff and facility she refused to help and even show up to handle this matter accordingly. Will out team be back to play No and I would move forward with checking the teams that you play against in the future.

Update: we have had 3 different coaches and they have all been great, especially the last one we had. He was very personable and helpful. The TOCA concept is on point in my opinion.
That said, the administrative side of TOCA is lacking and not a great experience. Examples:
-I have a monthly membership which they schedule out for the same time each week. In August there were 5 Sundays and I was charged an extra $75 without notice. When I asked the front desk about it, she said, “well you went to the session so there’s nothing I can do.” Yes, but I didn’t ask for an extra session??? What the heck. I didn’t even think about it, to be honest. A manager eventually refunded it, but per usual, the people working the front desk were rude and unhelpful.
-Rescheduling appts is a total pain- I was texting with someone and they just disappeared without rescheduling my appt. I just gave up and thought, ”guess we’ll skip this week and reschedule later.” At my regular time, the coach calls asking where we are. so, not only did they not get my reschedule completed, they also didn’t cancel my original time after I told them I’d be gone and unable to attend. I’m sure the coach thought we just no-showed when I actually spent 2 days trying to reschedule.
-I called more than a week in advance to suspend my membership for 2 months. The lady was short with me and told me to go online and submit a request, which I did. I then received an email that my request was being processed, but never confirmation it was completed, so I called before my last session to confirm I wouldn’t be charged again. Sam said to talk to the front-desk when I came in the next day and tell them she said not to schedule me out or charge me since my last session was technically a makeup. When I did this, I was told it was too late and was charged $308 anyway. I was informed I’ll just have to keep it as a credit if / when we resume sessions. We were already cutting into our session time so I just dropped and will have to call to hopefully get a refund and confirm they actually suspended my membership.
Again, great concept and coaches, but the front desk / administration side is very poorly run.

Original post: My 10 year old takes private lessons with Shaun and we love it so far. The coaches are knowledgeable and professional. The facility is great; it’s basically a batting cage for soccer. He gets so many reps in each session and they track his stats over his sessions to monitor his improvement. The format also allows the coach to focus more on the players developmental needs vs having to shag balls the whole time or be part of the drill with the player. We have already noticed significant improvement in our son’s confidence and play during his games. Great set up for private sessions!

We signed up our 2019 team to compete in the Winter 2024 indoor league. We played our first game on November 16, and the girls were so excited.

Since then we have had nothing but issues. The schedule was updated 4 times in the week after we played. We were reassured it would be completed ASAP by the front desk staff.

When we looked for our schedule for November 22, we discovered our whole team had been removed from the 2019 league and moved into a 2017 league. We brought it to their attention and were advised it would be fixed. This all happened prior to Thanksgiving. It is now the Monday past Thanksgiving and we are not included in our league nor do we have a schedule.

When my co-coach called to inquire as to status, we were told that the only person who does the schedule is on vacation this week. We have a group of devastated little girls and frustrated parents due to the lack of urgency on TOCAs part.

We like its brighter lighting and better ventilation after remodeling. BUT worse management. It advertises referral gift cards, and a neighbor's teenager boy referred us last month. But the boy hasn't received anything. We tried to talk to the front desk, and they just promised to contact the boy/his parents. It NEVER happened. We are so disappointed for this. NO referral, no disappointment.

Edit 10/18/24

They renovated so it's cleaner now. But now they have this membership model . You basically pay 74 dollars down and 50 dollars a month to play. Which for someone that would only play on one team that isn't worth it. It's 300 dollars a year. There are no other benefits or discounts. Definitely not worth the money . They need to have a tiered system for casual players. Id be willing to pay a membership fee but for 50 dollars a month , I can have premium membership at a top gym. Anywho, I can play pick up soccer at my local park for free🤣.

Pre renovation review:

Generally stinks and it is really dirty. From the tables, to the restrooms, the glass on the field is usually full.of finger prints. The schedules are inconsitant and it seems to be unorganized . They don't enforce no ball zones. So, while watching the game I was hit in the head several times. Some of the refs are unfair and enforce rules for only certain types of people. Prices went up but service stayed low. They don't keep up with stats and half the time they staff cant work the clock. Scheduling is a nightmare. The only reason I don't go to competitors is because the other place isn't family friendly and it has a bar .My son had been taking the classes for years now and he hasn't learned much.

Great facilities, high-quality artificial turf, high-tech machines and very good, professional coaches, with personalized training for your child. In short, we loved the place. Individual classes are perhaps a bit pricey, almost like an investment if you intend your child to become a pro in the future :) Totally recommendable... if you are willing to pay for it. Perhaps the multi-kids clinics are the most balanced option.

I had the pleasure of joining TOCA Soccer of Keller, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly reflects the passion for soccer that permeates this facility.

The quality of the training sessions is exceptional. Coach Hanibal and coach trinity are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and encouraging. They create an environment where players of all skill levels feel welcome and motivated to improve. I was particularly impressed with their focus on individual skill development, which is crucial for any aspiring soccer player.

What really sets TOCA Soccer of Keller apart is their commitment to fostering a love for the game. The programs are well-structured and cater to various age groups and skill levels, ensuring that everyone finds a place to grow and thrive. My kiddo absolutely loved his sessions, and I could see his confidence and skills improving week after week. The emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship is also commendable, teaching young athletes the importance of collaboration and respect on and off the field.

Overall, I highly recommend TOCA Soccer of Keller to anyone looking to enhance their soccer skills or simply enjoy the game in a supportive environment.

We've been members of this facility for over 13 years. Our family of six has enjoyed playing here. Karen and Ben are the best. I have to admit, when Toca came in, it was a big change for our adult team. It has its pros and cons. We miss the big field, even though at times it was hard to get enough players to play. The monthly membership to play on one team is a bit high, even though at times it was hard to collect payment from players until you find a responsible team. Despite all that, our team wants to stay in Keller. The field takes some getting used to, but if we can get more teams to sign up, it will be fun again. Come and play Fridays in the coed over 30 league!

Do not sign up with their new membership. I told them I didn’t want to renew for the next month after I signed up. I went to the front desk 3 weeks before it was supposed to renew. They told me they took off the auto renew on my card and I was good to go. (Because you can’t do it on the app , only at the front desk). I even went again to the front desk 1 week before it renew to make sure. They told me it was good, it wouldn’t renew. Today first of the month I look, and sure enough the charge is in my card. I called the place and usually is people that don’t know what they’re doing. So they’d say I needed to come in and maybe see if someone could help. Really? Money gone for a month that I won’t use.
Sure, new upgrade is nice but such a mess. Most leagues don’t have teams anymore and membership made it more expensive for the teams that had a lot of players in it. Leagues managers don’t communicate good enough and is so unorganized. So disappointed!

The staff is always pretty friendly. We have multiple events per week at the Keller location. I have an adult indoor league that I play on, my son has a kids indoor league he plays on and he also does 1on1 training, so it seems like we are always there. For kids and training, I think it’s a great place. My only gripe is the field size for the adult leagues has gotten smaller. Previously the adult field was larger, but after their remodel the fields are all much smaller. It’s more like futsal, which for the adults just meant smaller teams (5v5 vs previous 7v7) and possibly less play time depending on how many people are on your team. Overall, still a fun place.

Latest update
——————————
We are doing the coach and play now, I don’t have an update on the team based play.
The coach and play is a better experience, but still some kinks to work out.
Biggest frustration is frequently the games start late, eating up some of true kids play time. Teams are formed somewhat better, but there are still some frequent blow out games. The teams are not that balanced and it’s frustrating for the kids. And I feels like they aren’t focusing much on teaching the kids to play positions and there is still too much herd ball for this age. But maybe my expectations are too high.
The coaches are overall really nice and great with the kids. The kids are having more fun than with the other play style , which is ultimately what matters.

Update 1 week after original post ———————-
Management has reached out to me about changes coming this fall. If they work as explained to me, it may resolve these issues. If we try it again, I will update the review at that time.

Original post——————-

Playing in the youth leagues is a terrible experience for new players. They put all the new kids and those that haven’t played before onto one team. So they get to play against the teams that have played together for years. It is an absolute beat down for the kids. So part way through the season half the team stops showing up. Then you are playing one to two players down, and the coaches on the other teams don’t pull players so that it’s more even. They use this as an opportunity to beat you team down even more. I cannot more strongly state this, I would not recommend signing your kid up for these leagues.

It is the worst place I have ever had to play, starting with those who work there and then they tell you, talk to Karen and they never solve anything.
The referees are the worst and if you get injured it is as if nothing happened for them.
that's why all the teams went to stampede.

Don't worry, I and many more people won't come back to play with you and as you say, you don't accept verbal or physical violence from players, it's clear and there was never that, but you also have to be professional and accept your mistakes and put professional referees. and have people who care about their clients and not only worry about collecting money for games only, thank you.

Such a great experience! From day 1, our son's assessment session, he's been hooked. He loves soccer, but has his moments of wanting a bit of a break. That's never the case when it comes to Toca. I can't speak highly enough about the main coach he works with, Roberto. He goes above and beyond and gets so much out of our son AND just has a blast with him at the same time. Our son works so hard there, by the end of the session, he's dripping sweat. One day, after a session with Rob, I asked if he wanted to do another session back-to-back; my son's eyes lit up and he asked, "Can I?" Toca has made him a stronger player...his control has improved, kicks are stronger, maintains a more positive attitude and has greatly improved his confidence. He has worked with a couple other coaches as well; Sean and John and sessions were great; but our son just clicked with Roberto and always lights up when he knows he has a session with him. BUT even a Toca session, in general, can expect nothing but an excited reaction from our son. I think a lot of the clicking comes with who they have their assessment session with; at least that was the case with us, but we have never been disappointed, no matter the coach. TOCA fans for life!

I have been playing at Blue Sky since 2008 as both a coach and player. Every year the experience gets worse and worse. Adult and kid leagues are poorly coordinated and the refs continue to be a constant fight for consistency. No matter what new rules are put in place they are never adhered to by the officiating staff. The office staff continually side with the refs and are really no help to anyone. I play at Blue Sky to play soccer against other teams, not the officiating staff. They consistently have a negative impact on the outcome of the game. Blatenet fouls are either never called or only called some of the time. They recently assigned captain bands and stated that those individuals assigned as captains are the only individuals that can disput ref calls. Not the case at all. Players continue to persuade the refs to call fouls one way or another directly affecting the games.

Bottom line if you want your kids to be taught fair play and truly learn the rules of soccer, seek another facility. They will not learn them here. I will continue to encourage young players and parents to take there business elsewhere until things improve. Parents explore your options before considering Blue Sky. The new direction they plan to take in the upcoming seasons will not solve the problems they have.

Update 2023
Since bought by TOCA the place seems to be pushing league play out and switching focus to training. League fees are getting out of hand which means teams have to carry more players on each team to offset team giving players less field time. Lots of teams moving to other facilities in the area or traveling further away for more playing time. Just getting out of hand. Not sure what else to say.

Management has to talk to the guy named Fhilo. He works by a policy of his friends getting special treatment, but paying customers get cussed out. There used to be decent guys running the place but honestly, things have just gone downhill. My daughter’s team has been playing here at Keller for years and we finally decided to pull our team and look at other places. Just like other parents have experienced this place has completely changed and unfortunately not a priority for providing a safe place for kids to develop their love for soccer. They say they’ll work on it and make changes. Nothing has happened, and they continue to place teenagers as ref that don’t have the tools or experience to call teams when there is violence during games. We’ve had issues since last year with my kid getting elbowed hard without the ball in sight, slammed into the wall and punched. So instead my daughter starts to be afraid of playing, she is only 6yrs old. Not ok! Then management tells us why do we keep coming back then?! Well I guess that was or queue to leave. Many parents and teams are having the same issue and are just walking away from this place or having their team to start playing more aggressively. I don’t think this is the right approach since kids are only5,6 & 7 yrs old. I really do hope it changes and that corporate takes actions before someone gets seriously hurt.
By the way the teams that are playing aggressively are still there, the teams that have left are the ones that are done with this environment.

Over the past two years, my son and daughter have enjoyed playing at Toca without any issues. However, this year, we encountered a specific team that exhibited aggressive behavior, including maliciously hurting my daughter's team through elbowing and pushing against the glass wall. Despite multiple parents, including myself, filing verbal complaints and the promise of tape reviews, no feedback was provided.
In addition to the on-field incidents, there were numerous parents who expressed their concerns to Karen, the General Manager, only to find that our issues as paying customers were seemingly ignored. When some parents inquired about the status of tape reviews, the response we received was often that they were not aware of the issue, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated.
After the initial complaints, the issue persisted until we managed to discuss it with Karen during a game. Karen spoke with the opposing team's coach, who admitted to teaching his girls to use elbows for protection, a practice Karen informed him was not allowed. Despite Karen assuring us that changes would be made for the safety of the kids in response to my email, no noticeable improvements were observed.
On October 13th, 2023, I found myself involved in a conversation between Karen and my daughter's soccer coach. Expressing my concerns about the safety of my daughter's team, I emphasized that the ongoing dispute between Karen and the coach did not concern me. In response, Karen seemed to take offense, asking if I was suggesting she hadn't done anything. I clarified that it wasn't my claim but expressed my disappointment with the lack of visible changes. Karen then abruptly warned me about the possibility of being banned from Toca, questioning why I continued to come if I disliked the situation.
While I understand Karen was addressing an issue with my daughter's coach at the time, her approach was inappropriate. A more suitable response would have been to acknowledge the importance of my concerns but suggest addressing them at a later, more opportune time, rather than resorting to the threat of banning me from the facility. This, coupled with the apparent neglect of customer concerns and the lack of transparency in reviewing tapes, has left me seeking a more satisfactory resolution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all the kids participating at Toca.

Played at Blue Sky for years...even though it had its fair share of issues overall was a good place to play indoor soccer. TOCA is horrible. Started with the field changes that make one side dark that it's hard to see if team jerseys are similar. Then down to 1 ref which really causes alot more issues on the field. And now my daughter gets punched in the face twice and doesn't fight back. TOCA has a bunch of kids running the show so they do nothing about it. Karen does nothing about it as the general manager. TOCA only cares about making money off of kids programs. Hope they do better in the future and follow through on what they say they will do.

Two weeks ago playing in the men's championship game I had a non-contact injury and tore my ACL on the main field. In the last year I've witnessed 4 or 5 other players get serious non-contact injuries in the same location on the field. Along the edges of the field the black rubber builds up and it gets so bad there's literally mounds of it - in these spots its almost like stepping on ice, so be weary of playing here. That being said, this isn't the main reason for this rating.

For two weeks I have been trying to get in contact with management at this location for paperwork needed for health insurance. I've called so many times, I've left voice messages with my contact information, I've spoken with different people that work there and they've told me that they will, or have given the manager Karen my information to contact me or at the very least email me the paperwork needed.

I'm scheduled for ACL reconstruction in a few days and the insurance situation is a complete mess because management here is impossible to communicate with. It's been 2 weeks, and honestly this is stressing me out so much. This rating and review is a desperate attempt to break the radio silence from management to get the paperwork I need.

So first off they make you pay a ref fee every game on top of the overall team fee you pay at the start, second off the ref we have had multiple games in a row showed up late and they do not pause the clock, you just have to wait for him to show up while the clock runs down, second off you still have to pay him full price, third off the ref would pull out his phone in the middle of the game and just text people. The ref did this all in front of the Blue Sky employee and nothing happens. We told the staff and the response was “sorry we can’t really do anything about it”. It’s just very frustrating you still have to pay the ref full price even though he is cutting into game time, that we pay for, because he is late; and then when he does show up he doesn’t pay attention and gets on his phone. It sucks even more we got no support from the blue sky staff that literally watched all this go down. Would highly recommend somewhere else for an indoor league, Blue Sky just does not take it seriously.

Management doesn't really care even though theyll reply to this saying they do. If they cared theyd find a way to fix this. If there are no house teams then just say there are no house teams so I don't waste my money to lose 30-0 every game. We won't be back after we finish this debacle of a season. Go elsewhere.

Currently play O30 Mens league here, but the ball situation and really late games is getting ridiculous. Every game we lose at least 3 balls to the netting that is above, which they will not lower until the end of day, which I assume is after late game midnight? On top of that our team specifically has lost at least 3, $80+ balls that were all labeled with names and phone numbers. Now we buy $10 Walmart balls and use those. I would suggest providing nice game balls, which the refs can keep track of, then the teams don't have to worry about losing balls.
The other thing I hate is games at 10:45 and 11:30pm, I know you want to make money, but having 4 games in a season at this time equals me playing half the games in the season. O30- most of us have jobs the next day, I can't be getting home at 1am. Please take this feedback. I've heard both of these items come up for many teams.

How is this place even teaching kids to play. You have to volunteer to coach. Have to pay extra just to practice. Then pay for everything else on top of it. Refs don’t ref at all.

Very nice soccer fields great for the kids. Also has a very nice concession stand to grab a bite too eat and something to drink.

Blue Sky continues to do a disservice to their patrons. No more refs because they felt “verbally abused”. No…you guys have not wanted to pay refs for 5 years now. You made the teams bring cash for them a few years ago. You continue to show it’s all about money and not about the player.

It was very warm in the building. None of the fans were working, and no one was to be found at the front desk. It is very disappointing to pay for indoor hockey, and be that uncomfortable. I understand the fans have not worked for over a year! Why can’t someone do something about this problem? What’s going on here?

Clean, large facility, friendly employees. The inside of this place is incredibly hot during the summer months. I was expecting the temperature to be cooler on the inside given the price we pay for out daughter to practice with her Academy team.
