Extremely disorganized. You spend more time looking for weights than you do actually lifting.

REAL STEEL! Nice small gym, real steel weights, friendly staff, equipment good...We did not experience any faulty or broken equipment.

It's a great place to workout out, you have an amazing view while doing cardio and the staff is great. They have recently upgraded their free weights and machines, so it makes it a better gym. I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting or any local person from the island.

I am so happy to be apart of a gym that feels like home and really listens to their customers. Tomorrow they will open their doors, from the past two days of upgrading, and there will be all brand new equipment!
I personally love the group fitness classes and there are so many being offered right now. Something for everyone! Thank you for everything you do! ♡

The Gym is old school. Older equipment but it's all good. Great view while working out. Locker room is like high school. If you are looking for fluff this is not your gym.

It is an OK gym with everything you need, but the equipment is in bad shape. The weights and bars are all worn out so that they wobble all over the bar when you are lifting. Some of the equipment is broken. A lot of the stuff should have been retired and replaced. It does have killer ocean views, since it is located on the 2nd floor on Seawall. Staff is fairly friendly. Price is a bit high for what you get, I guess you are paying for the view. Parking seems plentiful though (additional spots up on 2 floor ramp). Over all it is good enough, but not great.

Went twice and stopped going. The first day was because it seemed to have the best review on the island. We paid for the one month membership, which seemed like a fair price considering it was on the Seawall. We noticed that more machines were broken than we expected. Some were broken without warnings on them. The equipment seemed dated and uncared for. We went again the next day and left early. They have several treadmills, but we could only find one that worked. This was after running on a treadmill with a damaged belt and no warning label. We decided to leave because we felt unsafe. There was no certainty whether the equipment was working correctly and the facility was just too dirty.

I give two stars because I believe the gym is in a good location and has potential to be a better facility if they only improve the equipment upkeep. The workers were nice and helpful. This is not your only choice for nice gyms in Galveston, so please do your research.
