Chris is the best trainer I have had. Very professional, great motivator. He listens to me about what I can and can't do and then encourages me more. There's not much I can't do anymore. I love that he comes to my house because there is no way I'm going back to a gym. Since starting with him I have increased not only my strength but endurance. Recently, I hiked a mountain, which I could not have done before because I have two knee replacements that didn't work very well. When I injured my lower back he adjusted my workout so that I didn't have to stop. I highly recommend Chris if you need a trainer. I even got my 26 year old daughter to start working out with him.

I've been using Chris as my trainer for a little over 3 months now. He's an at home trainer but since I live a little too far we do our sessions online via zoom. It's been super easy and very convenient.
My work schedule has gotten a little more hectic lately so Chris has been extremely flexible and accommodating with my schedule. He doesn't let you give up easily and it would have been easy for me to stop altogether if he hadn't been willing to work with me. I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to get in shape. It's so easy since it's online so there's really no excuses.

Chris is an awesome trainer! He's been very flexible with my crazy schedule, even helping me workout by video when I went out of town. The workouts are challenging and he's always finding ways to take it up a notch. I especially like that Chris monitors my eating habits and motivates me to stay on track. I highly recommend Chris!

Personal training in your home is the way to go. The person to train you is Chris Williams. From the first session, Chris motivates and pushes you to always do more than you think you can do. Chris has ingrained in me that if something doesn't challenge you, than it won't change you. Chris challenges, therefore, I am changing for the better. Chris' knowledge and technique in this arena are next level and actually saved my life. I had heart problems when I first met Chris, heart problems that I was not aware of. I did know that I was overweight and taking blood pressure medication.
After going through Chris' program for a few months, I've dropped more than 40 lbs and no longer have high blood pressure nor do I need to ingest the attendant medication that goes along with that malady.
I did suffer and survive a heart attack and the fact that I am alive is directly attributable to Chris' program. During his rigorous workouts, I developed what is known as a "collateral arterial system" that actually grew out of my "widow maker artery" (one of the three major arteries that run directly into your heart) that allowed for blood to get around the blockage and allowed me to survive a heart attack that would have killed me and most other people.
As the Cardiologist explained to me, Arnold Schwarzenegger could survive a heart attack every night where as a normal person can't because normal people haven't built up the vascular system that Arnold has.
Now, I am no Arnold Schwarzenegger, but thanks to Chris I was able to survive a 95% occluded "widow maker artery" and a heart attack that lasted 3 days (or three little heart attacks that lasted one day each, sequentially).
Either way "True Edge" is indeed a proper moniker for what Chris has going on over there because his knowledge, motivational prowess and attention to personal detail are unmatched and arrive with my strongest recommendation.

Chris is great to work with. I started working out with him last May and ive managed to lose 80 pounds and have never felt better. If you're looking for a personal trainer, look no more. Chris is the way to go. He comes to your house, he pushes you to work out to your fullest potential, and he will even help you with a food diary. The price is more than competetive with other person trainers and you really get out as much as you put in. I look forward to workout days knowing I'm going to feel better as soon as it's over.

Before I found Chris I had used about every method to lose weight and achieve my goals.
From day one Chris believed in me and kept me motivated. In 2.5 I was out of the obese category and this is just the beginning. His system really works and I don't have to have to step foot in a gym or even leave my home. I have a VERY busy work schedule but Chris makes all of this so easy and possible by coming to my home. I strongly believe if I can find the time and energy to do this any one can! Great guy, great system, no excuses!
