I want to give a huge shoutout to Monique at the TruFit Cornerstone location. Every time I walk in, she brings an energy that instantly lifts the whole gym. She’s professional, welcoming, and always willing to help—whether it’s with check-ins, questions, or just creating a positive environment.

Currently getting charged for not paying my membership when I went in person to cancel it and got charged double the membership amount to cancel it. .. that balance was sent to collections, messing with my credit. Unless you're committed to the same gym I don't recommend the trouble of getting a membership with TruFit.

It's okay, the equipment needs maintenance, and restrooms need to start having soap. I also got hurt because someone dropped the barbell and weights on me because machines were too close together. Gonna try transferring to a different trufit location.

Great friendly staff Monique is always welcoming with a bright yet warm Good Morning when you arrive and great rapport/banter, an enjoy your day when you’re leaving also. When i signed up Monique made it fast and easy for me to become a member. She explained all the plans and was very detailed on whay plan to choose. Gym is clean, sauna and the locker rooms are always clean as well. Would highly recommend 👌

We’ve been members here for almost five months, and at first, things were good. Things have gotten worse since then. First, front staff is always polite and very friendly. However, the level of gross has been kicked up with the lack of cleaning on the second floor. Used paper towels all over the floor, empty or no spray bottles with disinfectant, full trashcans, and if you get within 10 feet of the bathrooms all you smell is pee. It’s disgusting. The women’s restroom toilet does not have a lid. Machines are not kept up either. We are considering changing gyms but for now, we hope they will start keeping it clean.

There are 11 television monitors upstairs in front of the cardio machines, but for the past year, only 2 have been working. When asked about it, the front desk staff often say that the TVs either don’t work or that they can’t find the remote controls. It’s disappointing since having all the screens functional would really enhance the workout experience.

I have been coming to this gym for years since 2011/2012. I love my gym, however have been noticing lately in the past couple of years that machines are constantly breaking down, stair masters don’t work, some treadmills are broken , and the machines are very dirty. There’s been dried up gum in one stairmaster machine cup holder for years. The stair masters haven’t been working for the past couple years but only one or two. This is very frustrating. I don’t see maintenance walking around anymore like I used to. I don’t see anyone cleaning or fixing machines like I used to. It’s just disappointing but like I said I’ve been coming to this gym for years. I’ve been loyal to this gym.
