I was looking forward to working out yesterday took my daughter with me. Cus I pay for the membership that includes child day care. Well because it was Black Friday they were charging $20 to drop off ur child and go shopping. What does that have to do with the gym! If they are not working out. I was not going to pay for something that I’m already paying. With the membership of mine and my husband and daughter!!! I’m so disappointed.

The trouble you have to go through just to cancel is crazy. I've canceled in person 3 months ago and im still getting charged. My girlfriend canceled too and got charged double just to cancel and even then we still got charged and when we stopped paying, the "remaining balance" got sent to collections and now its affecting her credit because of they're inability to properly cancel

I’ve noticed that the paper towel dispensers on the floor are often empty. There are three in total, and none of them have been stocked. I’ve had to go to the front desk to get paper towels, which isn’t very efficient. Could we please ensure that they’re checked and refilled regularly?

manager is just terrible at his job. we were getting overcharged, went in person and spoke to Fred the manager to cancel and he just made us seem like WE were the idiots when we obviously did the math before going. i also paid $50 for 3 personal training days and they can’t seem to keep up with that either. And then not even 30 minutes after we leave, we get a call back from another lady (not even from the manager HIMSELF) talking about “we realized we did overcharge, but we’d still like to keep you as a customer”. just absolutely terrible management here. Fred, you don’t need to be signing people up for the gym buddy, if you can’t do things right.

Coach Lety's classes are incredible! I absolutely love her kickboxing, step, and strength training sessions. Each workout is always different and keeps things exciting, which really motivates me to keep coming back. Considering all the fees they charge, you’d think they’d replace the temperature decals for the sauna especially with the analog numbers missing. Anyone can adjust it to the highest temperature and won’t even realize it. It’s a SAFETY issue, not just a small detail.

Las entrenadoras muy bien el problema es la gerencia.
#1 El elevador nunca funciona.
#2 No hay daycare. Porque no avisan pesimo servicio.
#3 El cuarto de spinning super caliente. Porque no ponen el A/C.
#4 Te mienten cuando vas a comprar la membresia. Te dicen que tiene clases de Tru Power y combo 6 y cuando vas hacer ejercisio te dicen la acabamos de quitar.
#5 En la aplicacion del trufit dice que la clase es alas 9a.m y vas a esperar a esa clase y no hay nadien. Segun porque cancelaron la clase de esa entrenadora. Porque estan quitando clases.

No recomiendo el TruFit de la Ware rd. Si vas a pagar una membrecia mejor agarra PLANET FITNESS mas barato y ellos si tiene clases y no las cancelan. O tambien Gold Gym mucha mejor opcion.
TruFit si no tienes Daycare, No sirve elevador y estan cancelando las clases pues para que estas abierto mejor cierra tu gym porque asi no sirve para nada. O cambien de manegadores porque no ye ayudan en nada. Esto en el TruFit de ware rd y expressway.

El peor servicio al cliente, falta de comunicación para explicar un servicio de cancelación, y lo peor es que uno como cliente no puede hablarles molesta porque se sienten ofendidos sin dejarte quejarte del mal servicio, ahorita mismo salí de hablar con el manejador Fred, de la locación en Ridge Rd en McAllen Texas y le pregunté de un lugar para poner las quejas y me dijo que “no había ningún lugar”. Pase por 4 diferentes personas solo para solicitar una cancelación de mi hija, y de un lugar me mandaban a otro sin resolver. Y ahora que llegué con el manejador muy molesta, se sintió muy ofendido, sin querer escuchar mis quejas. Y resulta que la cancelación la tengo que hacer con otra persona que por supuesto todavía no llega. Porque el que fue el ir me hizo el contrato hoy no lo puede cancelar.

This gym is the Best!! The front desk always so kind and helpful, the girls in the kids club are awesome, my wife loves the zumba class and women’s area! Trainers are great and very knowledgeable !!! Mr Jerry was very helpful during my son’s membership and Ana is amazing she has great customer service skills very nice and helpful ! And this gym is so clean very clean compared to the other trufits ive been to !! The young man I see in the day is always working very hard to keep everything clean, bathrooms floor machines mirrors you name it !!! No doubt, the trufit on ridge is the very best !!!!

I usually go late at night and Jerardo (Jerry) has ALWAYS been super friendly and welcoming. Now that he has changed to earlier shifts the night shift is not the same.

I just started my fitness journey, and had been to several gyms to decide which one I wanted to make my new second home. However, my experience with Jerardo really made this gym stand out. He was very kind and helpful during my visit, and I’m thankful for him sharing his personal knowledge in weightlifting and nutrition, since I’m a newbie. In my previous experience at other gyms, the staff all seemed unhappy to be there, so Jerardo’s bright attitude was a breath of fresh air. I also really like the amenities of this gym, and it was kept a lot cleaner than the other gyms I’ve been to.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this gym because it feels almost like a private space. It’s consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. There are always plenty of machines available—especially upstairs—so I never feel like I’m waiting around.
Special shoutout to Mary and Tyler, who have been incredibly helpful with a few issues I had. Their support and professionalism made a big difference—definitely 10/10!
