Training with Tim isn’t easy - and it’s not supposed to be. He keeps you accountable, and he wouldn’t listen to my complaining or excuses (and I told him some real whoppers).
I would cry in the car early in the morning before going in, but would leave exhausted and good about myself. Even though it’s not easy, training with Tim is fun because of his “A for Effort” attempts at humor, and his ability to hold my feet to the fire.
Work out with Tim. You’ll have fun, hurt, and if you do what he says, you’ll see a muscle or two.

After a big move into a new community, I began a fitness journey with TRYM Fit and it was one of the best/healthiest decisions I could have made for myself. Tim, who is the owner makes sure to educate you in all aspects of fitness including the nutrition portion which was a big struggle for me. We also always started on time and never had distractions during workouts which really helped me get in/out and back to a busy workday. I have been working with Tim for the last six months. Even though I have a knee injury, he is so knowledgeable that he developed a training program to strengthen the muscles around my knee and not cause any further injury. He pushes you beyond your comfort zone but in a safe manner. I have worked with other trainers before and he is definitely the best and most professional. He is always on time and always has a written workout plan ready and explains them workout plan before we start. He also will do follow up calls or texts to see how I am feeling after a strenuous workout. I have referred friends to Tim and I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is great!

I heard about the Trym Fit’s on line meal plans so I reached out to Tim to discuss a meal plan for me. I was so glad I did. Tim provided me with multiple meals and with substitutions. I’m such a fussy eater and I was amazed how Tim had some of the foods I love to eat on the list. Tim is always concerned about how I am doing and he reaches out to me a few times a week to discuss how I’m doing and to help me with variations so I don’t get bored with my diet. I am proud to say, with Tom’s help, that I have lost 8lbs in my first month. My clothes are fitting me so much better and people are starting to notice I’ve lost weight. I met Tim in Feb of 2021. He started off as my nutritionist and then moved on to my trainer. Within the first month of being a nutritionist, Tim was able to teach me how to manage a diet while still having a flexible and enjoyable lifestyle. The "TRYM FIT" lifestyle allows enjoying being healthy while not worrying about counting calories after every meal.
Being impressed with his teaching on food his training style helped me achieve the rest of my goals. Tim can help you achieve whatever goals you want. Whether it be getting in shape just to feel better about yourself or training to hike to Machu Pichu, Tim was able to help me with both goals. I went from 215 pounds to 170 with him within 6 months. After a year of training with him focusing on bodybuilding. I told him my goal was to hike Peru. Thanks to his program, I was the best hiker in my group.
Tim is definitely the best trainer in Dallas and would recommend him.

I have been working out with Tim as my trainer and health coach for 8mos and I feel better than I have felt in 20yrs. I’ve lost 44lbs and put at least 10yrs of muscle on. He genuinely gets it and truly works you to the max without risking injury. He is super knowledgeable and wants you to see the results you are looking for, and he won’t tell you what you want to hear but what you need to hear to be the best healthy you. I listen to 85% of what he tells me because I’m stubborn and still like to have a cheat meal or a drink. Tim rocks and is worth every penny.

I have never met someone as professional, dedicated, educated and genuine as Tim. He is a dietician who helps people live their best life through proper nutrition education, quality diet planning and encouragement every step along the way. Timothy has been a God send to me. He hits all sides of fitness. It’s not just someone to personally show you how to work out but really builds a regime for success. He has given me workouts and a nutrition plan-which was the game changer. Most trainers just work out with you. Anytime I have a question- he is always quick to answer.
And most of all- he makes training with him a lot of fun. He is very goofy and talkative which helps distract the strain of the workout. I live in Dallas and drive to Frisco just to see him. He’s most definitely worth it!
If you’re looking for a change-whatever that might be-he will be in your corner every step of the way! Can’t say enough good things about the guy.

I’ve been working with Tim since Covid happened and he’s amazing. I do quick 30 min sessions but I get such a good workout in that amount of time. I’m sore (the good kind) after every workout and the results are outstanding. Can’t say enough good things about Tim. Provided expert advice on nutrition and exercise. I lost 50 pounds in four months. We worked together to test which types of food allowed me to feel good throughout each day. Mine is low carb, high fat & high protein. But that was from experiment, not current diet fad. I needed suggestions for foods that met the macros blend. He had very good and tasty suggestions. He takes insurance.
