I’ve been coming to classes for a few weeks now with a friend, and I’ve really enjoyed it. Jason is super knowledgeable and I love all the modifications you can do with the workouts. Anyone can come with any level of fitness. Definitely check this place out. Very welcoming and the workouts definitely make you sweat!

I’ve been training here the last couple of months.
Nice facility with great owners, lots of knowledge & experience right here in Celina. If you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced these full body workouts are for you. Modifications are offered as well.

Drop your kiddos at school and head this way: plenty of different class times throughout the week. Want more cardio? See you Saturday! All you have to do is show up. 😎

I absolutely love everything about this gym! Jason and Morgan are fantastic trainers—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress. The workouts are full-body focused and effective, without any of the unnecessary machines you find in typical gyms.

It’s been just 3 months, and I’m already seeing amazing results. I have been working out at Turbo Metabolic Training facility for 6 weeks. I feel better than I ever have. He has a state of the art gym. I have worked out many places and never felt more comfortable with Jason's/owner coaching style. He is tremendously knowledgeable about all muscle groups. I have bad knees and he is exceptional when giving me exercises to strengthen them. I have no more knee pain. Great place. He can work with any skill level to help you be your best. I recommend Jason highly if you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, or get a complete body workout.

I have been training with the Owner Jason Lee for 1 1/2 years. He listens to you & adapts the training accordingly. At the same time he pushes you to increase the level of your workout while making sure you maintain proper form. I highly recommend Jason.

Jason is awesome, he is a great and experienced trainer, knows all the ins and outs of exercise, muscle groups and programming workouts, including dealing with injuries both current and preventative. But more importantly, he is a good person and really cares about his clients. He’s kept me healthy and helped with nagging conditions and while I’ve been committed to training my entire life, at 60+ I’m training as hard and lifting more weight (safely) than I’ve done in my life. I’d recommend anyone from someone starting out to life long fitness people to give him a try, he’ll help you in ways you may not even realize you needed.

My wife and I have been going to Turbo Metabolic Training classes 2 to 3 times a week since they opened earlier this year. Owner and trainer Jason Lee does a fantastic job putting together 35-minute programs every day, which he leads, providing feedback and encouragement along the way. As a long-time runner, I was looking for a strength training program to supplement my running schedule, and Turbo does the trick! I have gained 4 pounds of muscle in two months while lowering my body fat% by combining Turbo Metabolic training, running, higher protein meals, and aligning my calorie intake with my calorie needs.
