I’m so glad I found this class. After struggling with repeated injuries from a different program this class has been amazing. Everyday you show up to a different workout. Although it is low impact it is always a great workout. Courtney makes it fun and always creates a welcoming atmosphere. This is a class that literally any woman can do! After 6 weeks I’m already down 7lbs. It’s definitely a class that you won’t regret giving a try!

I love Courtney and this gym! It’s more than just a place to workout. Turbulence is a tight-knit community where women empower each other. Turbulence Fitness Training is my favorite gym!! The owner, Courtney, is very intentional every day in planning challenging, yet doable workouts. She keeps everything fresh, so you’re not doing the same exact workout every time you go. Everyone is so encouraging and friendly there!

Just in one month I have lost 8lbs and built a stronger core. Courtney gives us different workouts everyday! Music gets you in the mood to dig deeper. If you are looking for a workout to lose weight, get stronger or to just sweat ur butt off this is for u! Judgment free zone, Ladies only!!!! Body positive.
