I wish i could give it 5 stars, but they screwed me when trying to cancel my membership. my 1 year contract ended in august and i assumed that it would just end then and that would be it so i can go get another gym, but they went ahead and charged me for the month to month price, which i didn’t want but was okay with and just decided id workout there for another month. I called them to cancel and they said i had to go to the gym in person to cancel. well i am out of town a lot and didn’t want to possibly get charged again for another month if i didn’t make it, so i went to the gym to cancel my membership to ensure i don’t get charged again. when they canceled they also shut my key off even though there was still 3 weeks left in the month that i paid for. WHICH MAKES 0 SENSE. i canceled to avoid getting charged again but i still wanted to use my membership that i was charged for and didn’t even want. i did enjoy using this gym and didnt have a bad experience but how difficult it is to cancel and the fact that i wasn’t able to use the gym even though i paid for it sucked. If i cancel a subscription on my phone, i am still able to use it for as long as i paid for it.

They will make you pay a full month of membership for cancelling and will not refund you. Be careful talking with the people in the office they will try to trick you into paying for nothing.

Last year I tanned for three months at a well-known Gym in Tyler And never received the level of tan I received after four visits to Ultimate Fitness And tanning here In Chandler
The owners and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Quit throwing your money away and go get a tan on.

This gym is great until after 3pm. A pack of high school kids come in that know the worker so they run around like idiots with ZERO gym etiquette. It makes me absolutely hate my workout once they show up. Extremely disappointed.

It is a good place to workout very comparable to other gyms. One down side is its kid place is not staffed and no toys and there classes are at times interrupted my random people.

Amazing quality gym and terrific value; far and away the best in chandler (perhaps ETX in general). Have been a member for about 2 years now, with no plans on leaving. Gym is well-equipped for bodybuilding/powerlifting but still has varied equipment for all levels of exercise (plenty of barbells/machines/cables/cardio).

Poorly trained staff. I called them and cancel my membership early this year. They continued to charge me. Had to call again to report this and then was told it cannot be done by only through an email. They have poor communication, and employee training at this business.

I workout here very frequently, and I must say that this is one of the best gyms you can go to if you are in the Chandler/Tyler area. It's a nice sized place with quite a lot of different machines. The staff are always nice, and the equipment is always clean. If you are looking for a place to start your fitness journey, this is it.
