The facility itself is fine. The staff and the ridiculous rules, however, are another story. No outside food or drink for spectators is dumb in itself but to not allow players to bring a snack or sandwich in, is just extra dumb. The concession stand has ZERO healthy options for our athletes. A previous reviewer mentioned an entitled teenager w attitude at the door...yep. attitude, attitude, attitude *smh
No weekend pass, over $20 per person per day to watch and $2 for a small bottle of water. Do better. Gouging is not a pretty look for your facility.

This place does not allow you to bring in a drink, not even a water bottle from outside, I only see the complaint about this for basketball so I am really wondering if this outside food/drink rule is just for basketball or at all times for all sports? Upside is a wonderful place to play pickleball. People r super friendly, and willing to help a beginner like me. Owner, Toby, is a hoot! Special thanks go out to Doug, Ashley, my granddaughter, for their great teaching instructions, and patience with me.

Great place for some morning Pickelball. They were open today for Memorial Day, which was a huge plus. Total of 9 courts using stack system and everyone there is welcoming and a pleasure to play with.

If a zero-star rating were possible, I would give it without hesitation. Unfortunately, that's not an option. I need to emphasize this: IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, ESPECIALLY WITH MELANIN IN YOUR SKIN, THIS GYM IS NOT SAFE FOR YOU. This is not an opinion but a factual observation. From the behavior & disrespect of a certain entitled teenaged male staff member to the ongoing profiling of black players, this establishment does not deserve to have integrated players playing at this location. IT IS UNSAFE FOR THEM HERE!!! The employees, local teams from Friendswood and Alvin, and referees all contribute to a hostile environment intentionally. My advice: Save your money, time, energy, and, most importantly, safeguard your players by avoiding this place altogether.

Nice courts, however it's too expensive, they charge $20 per person per day to see your child play basketball. If both parents and a sibling wants to support , would be $60 per day. Also, they don't accept credit cards, it's all cash and force you to download an app to pay cash. In addition, they don't let you in a cup of coffee or snack from the outside. We want to support our kids but on the other side, they make it difficult.

Nice facility. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Court 1 is a single court with 3 rows of metal spectator benches. Courts 2 & 3 are located together but divided by a fabric wall, each with 3 rows of metal benches. The fabric wall blocked most of the whistles from the other court so it wasn't too bad. Can't bring your own food though. Would have liked to bring healthier stuff than was served at the snack bar.

My first visit to the gym and it was on a Saturday for Son basketball game.
Fee to enter, and was very crowded. Court is a good size, games were shorter than we are used to with YMCA.

They sell snacks which is a plus!

The parking lot could be bigger

Really loved the atmosphere and the facility. 💙 The bathrooms were clean even with hundreds of girls playing basketball and throughout the 2 days all day long. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The seating was also good with multiple tournaments on each floor. The only criticism is the inner snack bar with ice cream servings. The food preparation was deplorable. The cones were sitting directly on the counter and exposed. The strawberries were inside a container with used and whole strawberries not stored in the fridge (didnt apoear to have been washed), and banana peels still left on the counter while the worker was scrolling and eating pop-corn. Sales were missed due to poor food presentations. 🤢

This is a family-owned business that provides excellent customer service! I love their personable interactions with everyone who enters the door, especially Hayes (Team HAYES!). I have been to many places for basketball tournaments and this place I have to say have the BEST live stream I have ever sen. The picture was so clear, it had the score on the bottom of the screen. The facility was clean and they took the extra precautions of cleaning in between games. All employees were super friendly and very helpful!
