Place has lost a lot of its appeal. Just joined back a couple months ago and disappointed with what this place has gone to. Steam room was one of the biggest amenities I loved about this place but now it is just mediocre. Blows steam but no heat like it did in the past.

Last upgrade or maintenance the men’s locker room seems to have had is the sauna bench when they were forced to replace it because it broke.

Rust all over the place, tiles in showers and hot tub damaged where they can cause injury if not mindful. Seats that should’ve been thrown out 5 years ago.

Overall no maintenance or pride by the owners and management.

Gym drastically fell off over the last couple of years. They don't do any of the little things right anymore. Lockers are always locked with nothing even in them. The gym hasn't had hand sanitizer in YEARS, and thats not an exaggeration (Staph infection anyone?) I only stayed this last year for the pool in the summer, and even that was the most dead I've seen it since this place opened. Only thing that will bring this back is when Perry sells it.

Please do not go to this gym. They will absolutely rip you off. The staff is clueless and not helpful at all. Trying to cancel your membership is one of the most difficult things you will ever do going to the Social Security office is quicker and more efficient! They talk down to you like you’re trash, and since the owner’s daughter handles things, she can apparently do no wrong. No one is kind or helpful, but they’ll gladly take your money. Please, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

This gym has gone completely downhill in the last six months. I’ve been a loyal member for years — I go almost every day and haven’t canceled only because the location is convenient. But honestly, it’s getting hard to justify staying.

Management is terrible right now. There’s no upkeep or maintenance. The place is just dirty. The sauna is disgusting, the pool has literal chunks missing from the bottom, there’s only one lifeguard for the entire area, and half the pool chairs are broken. They no longer have waitresses walking around, which used to be a nice touch.

The wellness center? Basically abandoned. No more IVs, no B12 shots, no massage therapist (she quit), and I’m not even sure if there’s still a chiropractor — it’s a ghost town in there. The grille used to be great for meal prep or healthy food options; now it’s just shut down.

And despite all that, membership is still $160/month — plus they started charging extra for Pilates. When I mentioned to management that prices keep going up while everything else is falling apart, the guy literally agreed with me and said, “Sorry this isn’t reaching your expectations.” That was it.

If you’re thinking about joining, I’d honestly wait it out until new management gets things together. Right now, it’s just not worth the price or the frustration

I would not recommend Verdure even to someone I dislike. 💀 I went to a gathering Saturday Aug 30th. for a friends birthday celebration. We rented a cabana from 4pm-8pm. The cabana we were assigned to had no working electricity meaning the TV didn’t work, fan didn’t work, nor did the outlets. There were only two people on duty (for the whole facility) so we had to go searching for almost 10 minutes to get someone to come out and help us. They ended up having to move us to a different cabana due to not knowing how to fix the problem. A cabana cost $160 for four hours and that is suppose to come with a provided serving from staff to order food and drinks but we never once received any sort of poolside service. The bar/grill closed at 6pm that day but our booking was until 8pm…? Horrible horrible doing on managements behalf because even if your are short staff (as many employees have stated when i’ve called) you should care enough to make sure you’re staffed for a booking that costed almost $300 total once guest paid your ridiculous price of $38 to get it. Management claims they cannot refund any money for the shitty service only offer a 4 hour cabana for next summer. Yall are a joke hahahahahaha. You’re facility is ridiculously priced yet you cannot afford to refund someone for the service they didn’t receive? Think it’s time for some new management.

Highly disappointed with the staff. Gym itself is good. They are really good at returning phone calls for starting a membership but if you call to talk to them about your membership they ignore you! I’ve called since first of August to speak to someone (5-6 times) about my current membership and not one return call. Finally had to drive up there to be able to talk to someone. Which had they returned a phone call in the beginning would have been a better result of my irritability with them.
Frustrating to know they care less about you once your a member.

This place is mis-managed badly. No manager every around. Nobody returns phones calls. Not enough treadmills. They let kids and teens splash water all over the floor in men's locker. Someone is going to slip and make a ton of money. They should just turn that into a cold plunge. 1/2 the lockers are broken. Water filters in water machine always need changing. Ive been a memeber over two years and they just dont care anymore.

Not worth the money. Things are constantly broken in the men's spa. Steam room doesn't work, hot tub does not turn on it's just a pool of hot water, hot chairs don't work properly and the floor floods out constantly. The furniture in all the locker rooms is all tattered and torn and ripped up and almost all the lockers have issues with their mechanism. The weights are not bad but some of the cable machines and Smith machines are constantly not working correctly. Nobody ever cleans the mirrors. Floors throughout the whole building are not mopped properly and are left with a chemical scum. The pH levels in the hot tub are way off in the 600s when they should be in the 200 300s, same with the water fountain, pH level is off and the water constantly stinks. Management is kind but not very helpful. when an old person slips and falls and they're in the hospital because of it they don't pay that person a visit and they just run and hide when it comes to accountability. If it were my family member and they slipped and fell and got hurt at verdure I would expect the manager to at least reach out and make a call or at least make a visit. The rules for the locker rooms are constantly being broken you'll find little kids running around splashing in the hot tub and just being a nuisance towards the older men. Customers are rude and act like they own the place, when you try to correct them they throw a huge fit and act like the victim. The female staff that work the front desk though are very helpful, kind, and sweet. When it comes to getting things done most of the females staff around there try to handle up and take care of things. Male staff they act like they don't care or just give off a very pretentious vibe. Matt is probably the only male manager that actually does his job. If there's an issue he's not scared to talk to a customer and whenever he's not talking to a customer he's trying to make sure the floors are remopped and everything is sanitary even when other workers leave it messed up for him to deal with. It could be one of the best gyms in town but there are several issues when it comes to customers acting like they own the place and constantly breaking stuff. I feel like they need more than just one good manager and they need better membership Representatives.

Someone mentioned basement being hot. I actually like the gym being on the warm side. I thought they kept it warm on purpose. It feels good and you sweat way more. Lol there is a fan down stairs in the basement you can use which provides plenty of air flow to stay comfortable

Some mentioned steam room being down. Ive never seen in out of order except right before closing 3-4 times a week at around NINE o clock when they clean it.

I am here 4-5 days a week. Usually literally as theyre closing. Someone mentioned them hurrying people out. No they dont. Dont make stuff up.. 🙄 they used to let people stay over 15-20 min past closing. Now they remind you at 8:59:30 pm if you look like you are still deep in the zone of working out as a reminded like hey we close in 30 seconds. One time i asked them only because i was walking back. To the back of the field room to hang to stretch my back before walking out at like 6:59pm on a sunday. I mentioned they never really reminded until lately (this has been a couple months ago?) and they said it was new management that required them to be more diligent about reminding people of closing time. This cant be easy to do and has to be super awkward. I told them i usually walk out right on the dot and knew the closing times by heart and they dont even bother me anymore about it. Theyre just doing their job.

Over priced for the gym maintenance. I’ve been coming here about 5 years and every summer without fail the basement part of the gym has no AC. It feels like a sauna and there doesnt seem to be enough gym staff to clean the restrooms during the summer influx due to people using the pool. The gym is decent other parts of the year but for the price of $80 a month for a single plan there should be AC in the summer.

If I could leave zero I would. Steam room is ALWAYS down. This year alone it has been down four times and is typically down for months at a time after for maintenance and “back order” on the part. You have the hot chairs broken and are freezing. Gym equipment has holes on the seats. You have gym staff letting kids run around splashing in the hot tub. You have staff kicking people out of the showers two ours before because they have to clean. Gym hours are gym hours stop kicking people out because you’re in a hurry!!!

I’ve been so disappointed with management, with the exception of Jeannie. Jeannie has always been amazing! I’ve been going to this gym for over a year, so I’ve given them lots of my money. I’ve also sent my son to their summer camp, which is fantastic, for two years. This year I signed my son up again and after signing him up found out he needs surgery and would be out for two weeks. The GM agreed to credit my account for the two weeks if I had a Dr note. That was provided and I received a credit, which I can’t use at the grill. I was told that I could use it to purchase apparel, at the grill and towards my membership dues. However, that is not the case. I have talked to three staff and all have told me something different, which is very frustrating. If they won’t give me money back after providing a dr note, I should at the very least be able to use my credit how I want in the facility. Very disappointing.

I rarely ever leave any reviews, but I had to do this one.
I‘m from Germany and visiting Amarillo for a Month. So I just called and asked if it would be possible, to get a monthly pass or a membership for a month.
And while there is a month to month membership, the initiation fee is 399$. So that would be 474$ for just one month.
That is just flat out ridiculous.

Kinda mid, the price is high and with that being said facility should be maintained better no matter the time of day. If you come in too early, no sanitation wipes are available. In addition, they add water to soap bottles when they are low? Stuff isn’t taken care of in terms of stocking on their end. Also expect equipment to be down for weeks at a time for them to get it repaired. I mean all the people here, you think they would be able to expedite shipping or the process in general. Cannot wait to get out of the contract here.

I never give reviews however I have got to give one here just because of what it has done for me and my family. I took a tour a few years back and was sold on the locker rooms alone. The facility is jam packed with state of the art amenities and the atmosphere is top notch. The staff is so very nice and helpful. The classes are so much fun and welcoming. And then the “waterpark” as I like to call it is icing on an already fantastic cake. My kids love it here as well especially my 6 year old and his time in the KID ZONE. My wife and I have been able to take charge of our health and well-being with Verdure being the pivot point in our lives. I’ve lost over 120lbs of fat. I am doing things far beyond what I had imagined and it all began with just a tour. I encourage you to just come take a look for yourself. Have a nice day!!

I'm not sure why the past few months of reviews are negative. I signed up on Oct 26th and have had a phenomenal experience. Everyone is really kind, the facility is clean, and the equipment I've used has been in great shape. If you're starting your fitness journey or looking to get back into it, I'd definitely recommend this place. While it may be a bit more pricey compared to the other options, it's 100% worth it especially if you live in SW Amarillo (I view the price as a motivator to make sure I keep going consistently). $70-80/month is a very small price to pay as an investment into your long-term health. There are members at all points in their fitness journey, and it is clear the type of people that go here tend to take health and fitness a little more seriously. It's a great environment to be in.

Things are constantly broken. Everything is falling apart. They supposedly have a lap pool year round but the heater is broken 6 months out of the year. Sewage smell is coming up from shower drains. The hot tub has sharp edges on it.

Town Square makes it sound like it an amenity, but the premium you pay is definitely not justified over living somewhere cheaper and just going to ATC for $45.

I definitely would not renew my subscription after moving out. $70? Get real.

Don't waste your money. Owner is never around, it's overpriced from the memberships to the food, and so many of the machines are broken. Better to just go to a real gym, not some rich guys playhouse.

Edit: (wrote this weeks ago and forgot to post) My fiancé went with me today refuses to come back. The stream room on the men's side smells like something died. He asked others and was told it was possibly mold🤢 Turns out, even the hot tube at one point gave a few people chemical burns a few months back.

The stream room on the women's side is out of service, again. The hot tube is finally working again but it's unusable every other week now. A friend of mine told me that the hot tube has jets but was disappointed when I learned that they haven't worked in years. This company, this facility is not worth the stress, disappointment, money, and possible sicknesses. I'm canceling my membership all together. No thanks.

Their contract agreement & customer service is sub par. I’ve requested for several months to suspend my account via numerous ways and they fail to do so. Their website link to cancel the membership doesn’t work either and they never respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. The few times I did use this gym, the bathrooms were pretty dirty and most just go to check out each other (I.e., spend most of my time waiting on people to get off their phone who are taking up the ONE weight machine available). If you’re really wanting to workout, the equipment is ok but very limited and taken up by IG hogs. Great place for cardio and mingling. Not so much for an actual workout and highly over-priced. Unfortunate.

BE AWARE. We attempted to cancel our club membership onsite, but were told you can no longer do that for some reason, and had to fill out a form online. Verdure will bill you additional months when you cancel your membership if not done by the 3rd. We cancelled on the 5th of the month because we were moving out of Amarillo and would no longer be able to use their services. When we called to confirm our cancellation they said we “were good” and nothing else needed to be done on our end. They said we had access through the rest of the month if we wanted, but of course we were moving. The following month, Verdure billed our account AGAIN for the full amount. When we called to clarify we were told we checked “a little black box” on an online form that said if not done by the 3rd we’d be charged an extra month. Essentially we are charging you an extra month that we know you won’t be using our gym. This is predatory behavior! Why charge someone knowing they don’t have access to your services?? What kind of business model is this ?? And it shows they certainly don’t care about their members, just about collecting money in predatory ways!

Took one tour. That said enough. Starting with your way too high prices, then it goes down from there. Especially with how limited the access is both time and in days of usage you get with the wee pool consider this is Texas. And unfortunately, wasn't very impressed with the staff we encountered at all. The gal thebtoured my husband and I just had zero interest in "us" and more in waiving and saying hi to other employees there as we walked the place. Now I really love this place for the most part. It's pricey but pretty cool. Could keep up a bit better on machine maintenance. It's clean, always. Love the locker room with the hot tub, sauna, steam room, showers...I'd love too see a couple of cold plunge tanks in the locker room. Love the pool...the cove....I mainly got a membership there for the year round lap pool. Staff is really nice. So are the ppl that are members. Only issues. 1.) Doing swimming lessons Monday thru Friday in the lap pool is an issue. Better get there before 3pm to use it that's when it starts.... 2.) I wish life guards would keep ppl out of the lazy river not on a float. Ppl horse around and slow up the purpose of it not just kids adults too. Its super annoying. 2 days ago we kept getting stuck behind these adults just walking slow with their like 10 year old kids. The pool gets closed a little much. If it rains that morning seems that close it...or if it rains the night before. But, all in all I absolutely love this place. Worth the money.

Came here to swim as a guest with family while we are in town visiting. Loved the experience. We rented a cabana and it was wonderful to say the least. Loved having a waitress and the food from the grill was really tasty and fresh. Pool was clean and my 5 year old LOVED the water slide and lazy river. My baby enjoyed the splash pad. The girls and guys that work up there are so incredibly hardworking, helpful and sweet. We had one minor problem with booking the cabana and they jumped right on it and fixed it no big deal. I cant speak on the gym because we didn't ever go inside but "the cove" was wonderful and we had a great time.

Locker rooms are amazing with infinity pool jacuzzi and dry and wet saunas. Only thing that stops me from ever getting a membership is the $399 FEE for month to month. That is just ridiculous. I just hate excessive fees some of these gyms utilize. All in all great gym, but the combination of membership price and excessive fees kills it. Yearly fee is $199 plus a $49 processing fee the $137 for your monthly dues.

We've been members now for over 4 years! Love this gym! We were drawn to it b/c of the incredible KidZone. What we didn't know is that our kids were going to be SO well taken care of by Jeannie and her staff. I had a chiropractic appointment with Dr. Ron Ebel. The man is a genius! After doing a hands-on examination he did an adjustment on my spine, my neck and my hips. When I left his office both of my legs were very close to being the same length and that is saying something for me. If you are concerned about how your body has been feeling, you can count on him to listen to what you have to say and ask
you questions and then proceed with your treatment. I have seen him several times and he has never let me down. Do not hesitate to give him a call if you have a need.

Me and my fiancé were members at this gym for over 9 months, there was a recent incident with one of their employees leaking me and my fiancé’s information to someone over the phone. Instead of apologizing and dealing with this issue they tried to cover it up and keep it closed. The owner “in a nice way” is extremely stuck up and snobby. Him and the woman that runs the gym both came up with their own story to cover up the extremely serious issue, which is a legal issue. We do have a lawsuit that is soon to be in place. All I can say is it isn’t a gym I would recommend going to. They claim to take care of their members and they don’t do so what so ever.

Verdure has become overcrowded and at times feels like a daycare. Machines require a lengthy wait, the facility can't keep up with the wear and tear, it is dirty and smelly. It's a far fall from where it started, and I recall visiting often just after it opened and being so impressed. Even the pool parties have degraded. Save your money and give another gym a try again. Also, their cancellation policy is dishonest - they charge an additional month as part of a "30 day notice" policy. Why? Is this a wedding venue? It's a blatant cash grab.

We have been members at this gym for over a year now and have had nothing but disappointment. We have canceled our membership and will not be returning, last summer we noticed some issues but this year has been especially bad. The pool is the highlight of this gym, and it is extremely under-maintained. The kiddie area is broken, certain parts don’t work and haven’t for the last 2 summers. Umbrellas are never put up throughout the pool area, so you have to take from the dining area or adult area if you want them. Lounging chairs are broken and fabric is ripping. Even if you pay for the family membership (which is upwards of $200 a month) you are still required to pay $25 every time you bring anyone who is not on your membership (even if they are family or under 18). We moved from out of state, so we have family visitors and it’s an absurd charge for one person but it is only enforced half of the time, depending on the staff that is checking you in. The AC is not well ventilated throughout the facility indoors, so it is very musty in the bathrooms and upstairs, at times it feels like it’s not even on.

We thought this would be a great place but it’s very unfortunate that it is poorly managed and maintained. Hopefully this review will help some families, to not make the same mistake that we did in becoming members of Verdure.

Have to pay an enhancement fee for what? The A/c doesn't have good circulation upstairs. Everything that breaks takes weeks if not months to fix. The water spout in the kiddie pool area hasn't been fixed in over 2 summers. Why do certain members get their own locker room? For as busy as it gets that's just seems ridiculous. Why not do some sort of poll to see what equipment members want before adding unnecessary stuff. And you should extend your hours especially on the weekends.

Not worth the price, I left once they raised the price. Weekend hours too limited, Sauna benches and steam room door broken for months, mold build up on shower soap caddies, not enough equipment, and they want to charge over $100 a month? Sorry couldn't do it. Staff was always friendly so definitely give them credit there.

My kids did Breakfast with Santa this past weekend and had the best time. This is the 2nd year we do it. I love Verdure but the main reason why we choose to go here is because of the kids zone. The staff is amazing with the kids. They know my children by name and always have really fun activities for them. Thank you Ms. Jeannie for all that you do! Isabel, Ms. Maddy and Alison are amazing as well!!! Highly recommend it! Oh, and the pictures are better than the mall 😉

I've been to Gyms in Las Vegas, Colorado, Dallas, OKC, and many others. Verdure is by far the most amazing, the amenities are like none other. They have daily lockers so you can lock your stuff up and not have to worry about leaving it out in the open. Also, you have to check out their pool in the summer! I love the fact that I don't have to worry about my kid's safety because they have a lifeguard at every corner and don't forget to rent a Cabana, very reasonably priced and you get your very own server! if you're looking to get a workout in, enjoy some cool water on a hot summer day, and enjoy a drink by the pool, look no further. you can literally spend the entire day at Verdure and do it all!

My favorite place to be! - The staff is so friendly, I know most of them by name and they’re always quick to greet me and chat. The equipment is top notch and very well kept, machines are always fixed within a timely manner. During the summer the pool is the place to be, drinks for 21+, food and a great atmosphere. I feel so comfortable and welcomed here and I couldn’t imagine calling another gym my home gym! 10/10 recommend Verdure!

Been going to Verdure since open not only do I get to enjoy the top tier amenities they offer on the daily. The constant cleanliness and upgrades on the equipment just brings me the utmost joy. They are some of the friendliness staff and trainers as well as an excellent nutrition center.
They put in workshops for student athletes and upcoming children athletes and you can’t put a price on how that benefits our community. Keep up the great work!!

Went there to look around and perhaps get a membership. I was never taken care of and 2 guys at the front desk could not even give me information regarding the membership and stuff. Doesn't matter if you have a nice-looking gym but no staff prepared to take care of customers. Signed up with another gym in town and I am much more satisfied. Management, please don't even bother replying to this and trying to be nice. You lost 2 customers. Just have someone at the front desk that can help with new potential members. All the best to y'all. The membership is almost impossible to cancel. You have to do it on their website, which doesn’t work. I submitted the cancellation form twice and the site said it was submitted but they didn’t cancel the membership. I went by in person and they said I had to do it online. I called and no one returned my calls. When the $112 charge appeared on my credit card again, I called again and submitted the form again and got an email that it was canceled this time. They finally returned my call but they refused to reimburse for the month that they delayed and were very snippy, unprofessional and nasty at the suggestion that they do so. Their delay and failure to send notice of cancellation appears intentional. Don’t join this place. They have bad attitudes and are more than willing to steal from you.

The customer service at the Cove is one of worst. Because I started a tab with someone inside they could not take my order at the window. Instead the employee directed me to go inside soaking wet to go make my order. This is not customer service. Because they run tabs a specific way, no one else could pull up my tan information but it should NOT inconvenience the customer when trying to make an order. The cove should figure out a way to have their system integrated or find a new process that would be better for customers. Highly dissatisfied with their service!

I would like to brag on the kids zone. It is so nice to leave my little ones, especially my 3 month old in the care of people who actually care. I’m able to enjoy my workout knowing these people are taking great care of my kids and they do their best to do all they can do before calling you. Jeannie is the kids zone manager and she is always so welcoming and sweet. She has such a positive attitude and never makes you feel like you or your children are a burden.

As far as the rest of the facility goes, I have zero complaints. Staff is always kind and welcoming, food and drinks are amazing, equipment is plenty and if broken it is quickly fixed, facility is always clean and the pool is wonderful. It does get pretty packed at certain times but that’s because it’s a great gym. My family and I love Verdure and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was a member, stopped due to work hours changing, tried to come back and was told no help in initiation fees due to they don't need members. Guess they don't need my money?
Sometimes bathrooms weren't clean, dirty towels everywhere and just dirty! At times little access to free weights and downstairs weight room, smells like an old sock.

Attached is their response, again not worried about membership, until they have a drop in numbers. Wasn't really about the initiation fee, it's about customer appreciation and the lack of service associated.

Now I'm a member of Amarillo Town Club and they get it! Two places for me and my family to go and much, much better customer service!

I cannot say enough nice things about this facility and the people who keep it running smoothly. I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan G. when getting signed up to become a member at Verdure. Ryan is so knowledgeable, kind and patient when helping members out. He has gone above and beyond for me numerous times, and always makes me feel like it's no trouble at all. He cares about the members there, and it truly shows. He is always so professional and friendly.

Kidzone. Jeannie and her staff are AMAZING. This program and the staff are the best in Amarillo. Period. As a mom, I love knowing my little one is not only well looked after, but actually enjoying the time she is having there too. The staff there know my little one by name, and always make a big deal out of her coming into Kidzone, which makes her feel special. The staff actually play with the kiddos, and do such a wonderful job taking care of the littlest babies, all they way up to the older kids. They are so consistent and sweet, my daughter loves all of the people in kid zone. Their patience, friendliness and kindness is so apprecaited. It also has the best indoor play tower we have ever seen, and plenty of fun things to do. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to get a work out in and know my child is safe, and having a blast at the same time.

The manager Frank is also one of the kindest and most professional people I have come across since moving here. He has reached out to me personally if the occasion has called for it, and does everything in his power to make sure you are getting the most out of your gym experience. His staff is friendly and consistent, the facility is clean and the people who work there take pride in what they do. One of the reasons a place as big and diverse as Verdure keeps running smoothly is because it has good leader in place, who leads by example and truly does all he can to make his members and his staff feel valuable and important.

This place is my home away from home. I look forward to stepping into Verdure every single day and getting the work done. If you want a place that has a great environment, top of the line equipment, friendly and respectful patrons, and staff that are the BEST, this is where you need to be. It doesn't matter if your fitness journey is just starting, starting up again, or you are a a competitive athlete, this is where you build a better you, and get amazing support doing it.

Today was our FIRST day at Verdure’s Mothers Day Out program. To say four year old LOVED it is an understatement. He has never went to childcare and asked me constantly when he can to back. When we picked him up, he was the happiest I’ve ever seen him after a full day of daycare. I can tell he was well loved and cared for. Also, the kids shirts are pretty awesome, they get to go to the pool, and the teachers looked happy at pick up which also says a lot! They truly love on the kiddos! Highly recommend!

Excellent place over all, but the staff member ✨Ally✨went above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for! I lost a necklace in the furthest corner of the sauna bench and had been asking about it for a month or so with no luck, but she personally crawled her way into the tiny hot space to get it within minutes of me asking. She is the absolute cherry on top of the whole facility! Thank you!!

Accommodations of this gym are truly above and beyond, however, the customer service has been routinely trash the entire duration of my membership. If you need anything from any staff, prepare to make an appointment and come back another day. However, once you're set up and self sustaining, the equipment stays clean and in working order as well as the locker rooms and other areas of the gym. If customer service matched the actual gym, would be 5 stars.

I love that it is kid friendly for children to enjoy the swimming pool and for your older children to enjoy working out as well. I have been to a few different gyms but Verdure beats them all with their outstanding customer service. We had an incident that occured within their childcare facility and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care, took extra steps to help us feel more secure, and handled the situation swiftly and very professionally. Was there for a massage with Courtney which was amazing! The front desk experience was absolutely horrible, I was informed by Courtney the massage included some things that apparently weren't included when it got there and the front desk lady who supposedly goes by M was not nice at all when it came to explaining the policy. She was rude to my son as well who was with me and although she did let us use the facilities, it wasnt genuine and I dont appreciate that. The only thing that will bring me back is Courtney.

Pretty nice fitness club. I considered removing a star because some of the employees get a little "impatient" and start closing the shower down to clean well before the place is scheduled to close. One day I saw them start closing them down almost a full hour and a half before closing time.

I recently unfroze my membership after several months ( due to COVID, I decided to exercise outdoors or at home) and I'm happy to have done so. Zumba and barre are amazing workouts and full of positive energy from our instructor, Torry. She's amazing! I read some negatives reviews regarding the front desk staff, I must say I have only had positive experiences. One suggestion: please make the disinfecting wipes more visible...my husband and I used the treadmills recently and couldn't find any wipes, luckily I had some in my bag.
