Jamie is amazing! She makes her clients feel strong, empowered, and unstoppable. Not only does she offer in-studio personal training, but she also provides customized workouts to do at home. I was nervous to do one on one training since I hadn’t ever tried it. I’ve done classes all over the place and was military prior so mostly I’ve trained in groups. BUT OMG Jamie is the best! Jamie is the absolute best! Not only has she herself has 4 kids and looks like a smoke show, but she’s passionate about helping moms do the same! I started her classes when I was 6 weeks PP with my second baby hoping it would help me to lose the baby weight and feel like myself again. Not only was I able to do both of those things, but I also found a community and met a few of my absolute best friends through it! She’s patient, she listens and scales workouts if something doesn’t feel right for you, and she has a way of making you feel totally comfortable regardless of where you’re at in your fitness journey. I just had baby 3 and trust her completely with the workout plan she has me on this go round. She even holds my baby girl while I get my workout in - I mean can you ask for anything more?! Thankful to be part of the Wabi Sabi fam!

I met Jamie at one of her group fitness classes in spring 2023. I started training with her 1x1 while pregnant with my third and have been working with her for almost a year and a half. I found Jamie through her community hip hop classes. Her energy is contagious! I reluctantly signed on for her summer challenge because I was recovering from a knee injury.
