Absolute incredible spot to workout while here for a week getaway. Equipment and space was top notch, especially if you are a serious gym goer and tend to hate the chain establishments. Very clean gym, staff is very friendly! I was in town for a wedding this week and War room came in clutch with the 2 day pass. Gym is mostly rogue equipment, they also have a sauna and cold plunge!

They have a little bit of everything. I was in town for a few days and took advantage of the 24 hour passes they offer. Easy to add the pass to my cart online, pay and go to the gym. None of this signing up for a “trial” that you have to cancel. The gym has a Bluetooth speaker you can connect your phone to and play music.

I dropped in to WARROOM while in town for Flooding relief efforts and it was such a great gym! Easy to get a pass, get in and the gym was immaculate. Lots of equipment and machines to get my workout in and then some. Appreciate the hospitality and great facilities!

It’s always hard to get a workout in when you’re on vacation. Most of the gyms were closed until after the Memorial Day holiday but this fitness center made it easy to signup for a day pass to allow me to crush my goals while in town. So convenient! Thank you!

Excellent gym. I was stopping through Fredericksburg and didn’t expect anything close to a gym of this quality. A couple half racks, very nice and well-maintained bars and pulley equipment, dumbbells up to 100, plus bumper and steel plates. Owner was also very kind. Thank y’all!

The War Room is a great place to get your workout in. We met Laura, she got us all set up in 10 minutes. It was an easy process to get signed up with a 7 day membership. They have lots of equipment for your workouts, and we were the only two there at 8am on a Wednesday. It would be nice to have some mirrors on the walls to check your form. Thank You Laura and Chris.

Visiting Fredericksburg for a long weekend and needed to find a gym to get in a couple workouts while in town. My wife and I compete in bodybuilding so we needed a place with a good selection of equipment but we are not fans of stereotypical commercial gyms. War Room gave us just what we were looking for…has all the basics we needed, clean, 24 hour access (even for day pass users) plus had some extra frills we didn’t use such as a cold plunge tub and sauna. This gym is very versatile having everything you need for CrossFit WODs, bodybuilding or general lifestyle fitness. All the equipment appeared pretty new and was in fantastic shape. We will return on our next trip to town. Highly recommend if you want to get some training of any kind done while you visit town.
