EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE-
“Had” ? I’m sorry but I’m continuing to HAVE this issue since it has not been resolved. You mentioned that email contact is the same but failed to realize that I have prove of communication via e-mail that went unanswered. I also mentioned that understandably I was removed from chat group but you also failed to communicate in any other way. (Except here)
Also, resolving your management issue is not “solving the problem” because I have not received my money!
The problem is that I worded this as a refund when it never was, it was WN RETURNING money that should have never been taken from my account. So that “case to case refund” does not fit in this scenario.

————————
My daughter attended WARRIOR NATION and had a positive experience with the coaches, they made her cheer experience positive and were supportive. (None of whom continue with the gym)

However, management communication and organization are very poor, and billing practices are questionable. They charged my credit card on file three times without authorization, even after I raised the issue following the second occurrence.
At the time, my account was already paid in full and should have never been charged again.

The gym offered a credit, which I accepted at the time since I planned to use it toward an out of town competition. I did use part of the credit to cover that expense but continue with $245.50 as credit. (imagine how much I charged/stolen)

After deciding to leave the gym for personal reasons, I requested a refund for the remaining balance. Which I don’t believe should be an issue since it was THEIR mistake. Despite assurances from the owner that the matter would be handled, it has now been over three months with no resolution. I was removed from the team’s communication group (which I get since we are no longer in the team) and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered.

This review is based on my personal experience, but I also know I am not the only parent still waiting on money owed. Thankfully, my card on file was a credit card, and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges and filing a complaint regarding the unauthorized transactions.

To new customers, keep a close eye on your account and do not allow repeated “mistakes” to slide (there’s always an excuse).

Most importantly, do not accept “credit” in place of a refund. Credit is not real money! out of the gym, it becomes worthless.

Note: In my email I wrote that I was charged twice instead of three time by mistake since 2 of the charges were from the same month.

🌟 I can hardly believe the incredible progress my child has made at Warrior Nation! In just one year, from May 2024 to May 2025, she has learned so much and grown in ways I never imagined.

We are truly blessed to have found our home at Warrior Nation. A huge thank you to the owner, all the coaches. Your belief in Audri and support has made a tremendous difference in her journey. 🙌💪

Audri has put in the hard work, and it truly shows! She’s shining as she achieves goals. 💖✨

If you’re looking for a gym to call home, I highly recommend coming in and checking out Warrior Nation. You won’t regret it!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Cheer gym!! From the Owner, Tina, who took the time and effort to get to know my granddaughter and has been so understanding and helpful in times when she struggled with different aspects of Autism. She and all the staff and coaches take the time to get to know all the girls - and their strengths and weaknesses. They each work hard to bring the girls to be the best they can be and encourage the girls to love and support one another in every way. It really is one big family - whether they agree or disagree with one another, EVERY SINGLE ADULT at that gym will stop in their tracks to help the girls!!

**Unfortunate Experience with Leadership and Communication**

My daughter was recently removed from Warrior Nation's cheer program under circumstances that were deeply disappointing — not due to her effort, skill, or commitment, but seemingly as a result of my own concerns as a parent.

She missed a practice that was *not indicated as mandatory until the day of* — and one I had already received prior approval for due to a family event. As a result, she was benched from her final competition and later removed from the team entirely. This decision was never communicated to me directly; I only found out through another parent.

What makes this even harder is that my daughter had been a part of this gym for nearly two years. She trained consistently, gave it her all, and truly loved the sport of cheer. To see her removed so abruptly — without a direct conversation, a warning, or any real consideration for her hard work — was incredibly disheartening.

While I understand the need for policies, this situation felt less like a matter of rules and more like retaliation for concerns I had respectfully raised regarding communication, professionalism, and fairness. A previously resolved and communicated payment delay was also cited, even though similar situations have been handled very differently for others.

To be clear: this gym has some *excellent coaches* who genuinely care about the athletes and work hard to support them. The problem lies in ownership and leadership — where personal feelings are allowed to influence professional decisions, and children are ultimately the ones who suffer because of it.

To other parents: please be cautious. Ask questions. Pay attention not only to the performances and progress, but to how issues are handled behind the scenes. Advocate for your child, and make sure you’re placing them in an environment where their dedication will be respected, not dismissed.

I hope sharing this experience encourages more transparency, accountability, and child-centered leadership in the future.

Awesome coaches, my daughter is 5 and she loves when it’s time to go to gymnastics. She’s learning so much. What makes this gym different from previous ones we’ve gone too is how the coaches teach you. Not everyone is going to learn at the same speed, some may need a bit more time and help learning and the coaches work with each kid at their own pace. So happy we’ve found Warrior Nation.

In the 7 months spent at Warrior Nation, my daughter has seamlessly transitioned from a beginner to an impressive intermediate level. The phenomenal coaches show unwavering support and positivity and have been instrumental in her short yet remarkable journey. It's heartening to note that everyone affiliated with Warrior Nation is genuinely committed to ensuring the best for our children. Beyond skills, my daughter has flourished in self-esteem and experiences daily growth, making every moment with Warrior Nation truly extraordinary. I cannot wait to see how far she will go in her continued journey with such an inspiring community.

Couldn’t recommend Warrior Nation Cheer enough!! Everyone affiliated is so pleasant to deal with. How they work with the kiddos is amazing. Pricing is very reasonably for all that comes with the classes. Even offer 1 on 1 sessions to help push your little athlete to the next level faster. Wife and I pulled our daughter from a program ( in our town) and enrolled her in Warrior Nation (2 towns away) which is 30min further than original program. I feel my daughter has learn more in 3 months from Warrior Nation than she did in 2 years at the other facility. Once again we will be long time Warrior Nation Cheer members.

Thank you so much for what you do with all of our little ones.

We had the privilege of attending a tumbling clinic they hosted today and I was very happy. The coaching was wonderful, facility was well equipped, clean and roomy and the gym family was very welcoming to us joining them. My athletes were challenged but enjoyed their time immensely, thank you for opening up your doors to athletes from other gyms - it was a great experience for them both! Wishing you all the best this season!

My granddaughter has been going to the gym for the past few months, the owner and coach Tina, is very passionate about her gym and her students, I have watched her interact with teenagers to the toddler class and you can tell she loves all her students and is a great coach who has tons of knowledge. Coach Reina is also amazing, she has taught my granddaughter for quite some time now and she has taken her from knowing nothing to becoming a level 2 tumbler at the age of 7, her latest stunt achieved was her back hand spring. Reina she is great with her students and the students adore her, has so much patients and is amazing teaching them the technique as well as the tumbling. I would highly recommend this new gymnasium and cheer center to anyone that is looking to be taught by the best, the location is so easy to get to and the gym has an amazingly warm and welcoming feel from the moment you enter. My granddaughter is so happy being at Warrior Nation and so I am.

I always say this gym just feels so homey! Every time I walk in I feel so comfortable and excited that my daughter gets to train here. The owner has been nothing short of sweet and welcoming and makes us all feel included and really motivates the girls and gets involved. And EVEN better we love our coach reina!! You can tell she’s truly doing what she loves and puts her all into her athletes. She’s trained my daughter from almost a toddler and now she’s doing her backhand springs. Reina knows her craft, love love this place.
