I started working with Joe around 4 months postpartum with my 4th baby. I was eager to fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes but the weight wasn’t budging. I was frustrated and disappointed with my body. I needed guidance and direction because whatever I was doing wasn’t working. Joe listened to all my concerns and background and designed a plan for eating and exercise I could manage as a busy mom. Although it was hard work, it wasn’t miserable and I got to keep my wine on the weekends ;)

5 months later I am back to pre pregnancy weight and fitting back into a lot of my clothes. Having someone to guide and direct my efforts is of great value to me because I don’t have time to waste wondering if what I’m doing is going to work.

Joe Howard is an amazing trainer! If you’re really looking to sweat, he’s definitely the guy you’re looking for. Good vibes and really attentive, you can tell he knows what he’s doing. Just tell him what you’re goal is and he’ll take you there, I don’t regret getting him as a trainer, and as I pursue a boxing career he has helped me a lot, not just in the workouts but to actually know what to do such as a bench pressing, deadlifting..etc. I really didn’t believe in doing weights but Joe has really gotten my mind opened to the idea of it, and I appreciate him for that, so I really recommend him ti everyone if you’re an athlete or just someone seeking to lose weight or just get fit.

I started working with Joe as my personal coach in September of 2021 and have had great experience so far. Joe started with an assessment to understand my current state and both my long and short-term goals. In addition to this he does regular assessments to measure progress every 6-8 weeks. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about pretty much everything when it comes to a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced workout, nutritious diet, mind and body connection, specific aces and pains. He does a good job developing a workout plan, mixing it every time to keep it fun with a combination of stretches. The thing that I value the most working with Joe is how he treats his clients, it seems like he is along side with you working on our combined goals, always checking on you and inspiring you to give your best.

I trained with Joe for 4 months. I was having some lower back tightness and soreness that was limiting my ability to run. Joe helped me build a fitness program of strengthening and stretching based on his own experience of prior injuries. We also expanded to whole body strengthening which was great; I had done some weight lifting in the past but had never been properly trained on how to do it. Joe helped me at my level and now I have much more confidence with weightlifting. My back tightness and running are improved. Joe was very accessible, friendly, and flexible for scheduling. His training was worth it.

Joe is a great trainer, he has tons of knowledge. This guy lives and breathes fitness. If you're ready to change your life and finally achieve your fitness goals, Joe is the personal trainer to go to. He has a plan for whatever goal you may have in mind. When I first met him I had a ton of excuses on why I wasn't ready to get in shape. Well he had a counter for ever one of my excuses, and persuaded me to let him be my personal trainer. I've made plenty of bad chooses in my life but letting Joe be my trainer was one of the best chooses I've ever made. Before we started training , he evaluated me to see what my weaknesses and strengths swere. Then he put together a workout routine for me, which specifically had workouts that wouldn't put too much stress on my bad knee & shoulder. In 2 months of training with Joe I lost about 10 lbs. Joe is awesome and definitely the guy to go to if you are looking to get in shape. He offers virtual training and is pretty good about working around people schedules. You won't regret going to him, you will definitely shed some weight hand gain a friend for life.
