We had an incredible event on Saturday at WinKids! They extended such generosity to support our fundraising cause. As a result of WinKids generosity, we were able to donate $1500 in ticket sales directly to American Heart Association! Want to give a shout to manager Donna, also Kasity and the team of coaches who worked the event: Sawyer, Wesley, Finn, Avery, Amanda, Jack, Patty and Lizzy. In short, this place has become a second home not just for my children, but the whole family.

In long, we started here when my 18 year old daughter and I were doing Parent/Child classes. Then our boys started attending as well. Coach Mike, Coach Jack, Coach Cammie, Officer manager Kristy, and more have been like family. They care for the students and it’s easy to see. We have also had many birthday parties here and they’ve made it easy for the adults and fun for the kids.

my children have been going to winkids since they were 12 months old each and have loved the program. The parent tot class is super high energy and Coach Michael has been exceptional at engaging the little ones in a great variety of material essential for their development. From verbal, sensory, and fine motor skills to more gymnastic-related movements like strength, balance and coordination. The other coaches, Jack, Scout, Cammie, to name a few, share the passion of engrossing children in developmental play and this parent-tot program has been well-worth our time and investment. The entire coaching, preschool and admin staff is invested in our families success here.

My son has also been a parent of the gym& learn program for 3-year olds and after failed attempts at a pre-school environment at other facilities, has had an absolute success with Miss Alyssa and Jazmine. He is eager to attending every day has never had any complaints. They keep the material fun and engaging with updates weekly about curriculum and focus. Plus the drop-off/pickup is the smoothest i've ever seen.

My son did a summer semester program last year but we did not continue with it as it didn't continue the value, versatility and quality as the tot program. The obstacle courses were the same the entire summer and he became bored and invented his own tricks to try. When we provided this feedback, the coaching staff was receptive to this and we may potentially look into it again in the future.

Started at the gym over 3 years ago. The gymnastics program is good. The coaches really
pour into the kids. The ninja program used to be fantastic but they have slowly ruined it. My son used to beg to go and loved the program now he wants nothing to do with it. Every time they get a good coach they get rid of them with little to no explanation to the parents. Coach Trevor, Coach Frank and Coach Tori really made the program fun and taught the kids a lot and now they are all gone. They can’t keep any consistent coaches in the program and the kids notice. Coach Gray may work well with the preschoolers but she is awful with the older kids. She talks to them like babies and half the time isn’t there. We pay lots of money to do Ninja Team and we were told we would compete and NONE of that has happened. Often times the team class is at the same time as a lower class and just run with the lower class. The kids aren’t growing anymore. There is no direction and half the time the coaches in there have NO IDEA what is going on. We will be looking for a new ninja gym. They asked us to give them time and help them through the growing pains but the continue to fail our kids. The ninja program is not worth it anymore. We may keep our daughter in for gymnastics but if we move our son we will
More than likely move our daughter too. Which is sad because we Love Jack and Micheal as a coach, not so much as a manager. He is a large part of the reason the ninja program has gone down hill. A manager should keep good coaches not get rid of or run them off.

Since she was 1.5 years old, our five-year-old daughter has participated in the gymnastics and kid ninja Warrior programs as well as various camps. Communication is generally good by the staff. The coaches for both programs have been positive and patient, and she has veered towards the ninja program. At twice a week, she’s getting great exercise and learning how to interact with and cheer on other kids. It’s great for her confidence, and we recommend WinKids to anyone looking to promote health, wellbeing and teamwork to their children.

My boys have been coming to WinKids for the last 5 years since they were babies. Starting with the mom and me classes, Gym Jumpers, boys gymnastics and Ninja Warriors (by far their favorite). Every coach they have had is excellent! All have been encouraging, supportive and fun. We’ve always loved the flexibility to pause classes when we’ve had other sports going on and come back when we want. My wife signed my son up for summer camp. I went to go pick my son up early as I had a appointment I had to attend. There was no one out front to communicate with (There was a cart out front under the drive port). I went to the front desk and asked to have have my son brought up. The person at the front desk didn't respond and seemed to be more interested in surfing their phone. I ended up walking back to where my son was. I tried to ask 2-3 of the "coaches" to get my son and they all ignored me. Finally I just gave up when I saw my son and waved him to come to me. I told my son to get his shoes and we left. On the way out I tossed the "pick up paper" on the front desk as they have told us they wanted that paper back each day.

The "manager" called and said I was rude and that will not be tolerated. Maybe you should have someone out front so parents can drive up and get their children (like you outlined in your email.). Parents are not going to sit there hoping that you will come out eventually. After patiently waiting for 10 minutes, I gave up, walked in, tried to tell the front desk (was ignored), gave up, walked got my son and left the "pick up paper" on the front desk.

I do not recommend anyone use this facility especially with the current manager. He does not want you to get your child early even if when you have a pressing appointment elsewhere.

We as parents, pay for a service, summer camp. We are allowed to go and get our children anytime we want. If we have doctors appointments and need to get our child 30 minutes early, it should not be a big deal. But APPARENTLY, me going to get my child was a rude activity.

We had my son's birthday here and it was the best birthday experience yet!
Leading up to the party, Win Kids provided great communication and offered helpful reminders.

Once time for the party, party aides met me at the car with a rolling cart to help unload and immediately started setting up the party. I planned games for the kids which the aides orchestrated. They monitored and interacted with the kids the whole time they played in the gym. They had game suggestions as well and made sure I got a group photo. When it came time for a pizza and cake, the aides took the initiative, rounding everybody up to sanitize their hands and go to our party room. They served all the food and drink. Then when the party was over they cleaned up and helped us load all of our packages. The aides were amazing!

Win Kids wasn't crazy and chaotic like other gyms and trampoline parks we have been to where they just let your kids go run around the entire park. This was smaller and less chaotic, which was important to me with a group of toddlers - 7-year-olds.

We had plenty of space for our group of 30, including a wheelchair in the party room and the gym itself wasn't overflowing with too many kids in one place.

I have zero complaints HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They have a 3 person swing, which is fun. My son was one of the first to go. Then the supervision was only in the swing. Those who had finished could not go in the floor in the area where the swing was so they were told to go to the area with a pit where kids could jump, run and jump, or play. Huge problem here: no one watching from the place and all adults (parents) not allowed over there. My son was in pit getting out when another kid ran full speed 30 yards and jumped feet first on his head. Ridiculous place. Not safe at all

Stay away!!! We came for a birthday party. The kids were not well supervised, not enough staff to watch each station / area and instruct kids to go one at a time etc. At least 3 kids were clearly injured including mine who I feared suffered a concussion such that I had to call my on call pediatrician!! Kids were all over the floor, rather than clearly held back in one place by an adult, when they did the 3-kid swing which is already dangerous. Several kids ran out under the swing while it was going back-and-forth. Mine who doesn’t do things like that but clearly wasn’t instructed because he follows instructions very well, ran under the swing and got hit as it was passing by in the back of the head. The gymnastics place we usually go to when we have been there for camp has staff at each station so that kids go one at a time and there is supervision. Supervision is not happening well here. Another kid got jumped on in his chest in the foam pit, again because no one was there watching and guiding the kids. Do NOT come here!

We loved WINKIDS until we decided to switch to Team. While team is expensive here compared to many other gyms, we loved the staff so much we tried a year here.

The communication was always last minute. We often receive email “reminders” for important events a few hours prior with instructions that are not reminders but are new instructions. Missed events due to this lack of foresight.

(The year doesn’t change that much. They know now generally they should send an end of season email with ALL NECESSARY instructions by 1May next year. NOT be here today in a few hours with this costume on 28 May).

Sadly we are changing gyms because we feel so lost here and we really weren’t when it was just lessons vs team. Because we love and used to respect their leadership we hope they hear this complaint and fix it.

This place is awesome. The classes keep the children engaged and entertained. The Parents Night Out program allows them to burn off energy in a free unstructured environment. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Love Winkids. We have been going for a little over a month now friendly staff, clean gym, and amazing coaches. When enrolling our girls to gymnastics all of our questions were answered promptly and we were very well taken care of. The girls coaches have been so good too! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to do outside school activities.

Response to COVID-19 looks impressive but is all bark, no bite. Signs everywhere inside and out that all adults must wear mask, but no enforcement. This is for the protection of our kids, everyone needs to comply and the teenage staff needs to enforce.

Very nice gym, may be cramped at gymnastics meets, but the bathrooms are the best. Great to relive and relax the chlostrophobic seating.

This place has really made an effort to turn itself around. The interior renovation went really well, the new Ninja Warrior area is really nice and the kids love it, and the staff turnover seems to have slowed; I now regularly recognize and see the same employees from week to week. They've stepped up their gymnastics programs too it seems, lots of hard working gym coaches at work. Great place!

We went to a Ninja Gym Birthday party here and my son had a blast! The young man helping with the party did a FANTASTIC job with all the kids. My son tried several times to get up the wall and the young man helping just kept encouraging him until finally he made it. It made my sons day for sure. Super impressed!

Don’t go here! They have people answering questions that are not authorized per staffs. Don’t believe anything they say because they will just go back on it! Go to Urban Air where it’s more fun for kids and worth your money!

This place is a mess. They just want enrollment numbers they don’t care about your kid. Coach Jack made my 4 year old son cry by bullying him. Abhorrent behavior for a “coach”. We went to Excite! gym, and they are not only cheaper, but they have caring, capable coaches, and a much nicer, cleaner facility.

My kid loves it here. The staff is very friendly and professional, and goes out of their way to make sure the kids aren't just learning, but having a good time as well. The place is pretty clean, well organized, and there's plenty of seating for parents. Great place for birthday parties.

I have visited few times with my kid for birthday parties. It is a cool place to have some fun.

They have different areas to have multiple parties. They have many toys for kids. Kids can jump and run and have fun there.

I liked their swing. It is really cool. Normally they put 3 or 4 kids together and swing very high. I wish I could have those.

The stuffs are very friendly. The are pro in arranging parties. They will help you run it very efficiently.

Our kids love it. Our 5 year old is in the preschool there (2nd year), they are in ninja class that they love as well, the coaches are great.....and for the parents they have parents nights out so take advantage of that. We have met some good friends as well. They have a lot of classes and I recommend this place. 5 stars for sure from us.

As an educator, I have witnessed some of the best teachers a sports program could wish for. Coach George is a natural teacher & the kids love to be around him. He is one of the best teachers I have seen. My boys take the Ninja class from him. My kids adore him. My youngestson has also gone to preschool at Gym n Learn for two years and he has learned so much, while receiving a gymnastics class every week. Great teachers, and a great place for kids!

My daughter took gymnastics as well as dance here. Initially, we were pleased with both instructors but eventually the dance teacher quit and that program really declined. I have positive things to say about Coach Jack but still the place overall is overpriced. In her last semester of gymnastics there they went through two or three coaches that were average at best and she ended up not wanting to attend that. Starting around the November and December time frame it was really bad and this coach could not even spot correctly so she was just having them do very basic things. That is when we just stopped attending because it was a waste of time.

For the price you pay at this facility I expected more. It is not worth the amount you pay versus the quality of instructors you get especially since you have to pay by the semester. If you are enrolled for that semester you pay.

There are better places that are more reasonable and have much better instructors.
