I can’t say enough good things about this gym! From the moment I started coming here, Billie has been amazing; she offered me a body scan (beware- you will be humbled) and even put together a fitness plan to help me reach my goals. The place is always spotless every time I walk in, and the trainers are so encouraging. They never make me feel bad for having to do the modified versions of their workouts, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re trying to get started. I actually look forward to working out here, and I don’t see how anyone could have a bad experience.

My husband and I are active members through active and fit (we are both disabled veterans) and he tried to go to the gym last night but his barcode wasn’t working. He goes in this morning to try and get some help to get it fixed and the lady at the front counter told him “I don’t have time to help you because I have to train someone” and told him to try and come back later. There needs to be an extra body around to help members when the other employee is training people. This was a very rude experience and we will be cancelling our memberships.

Appreciate the response, but this was not a misunderstanding. Being recorded without consent is not acceptable, and no one should be made to feel uncomfortable, mocked or judged at the gym. And this is not the first time it’s happened or I’ve noticed this behavior and aggression targeting me. Trying to gaslight me to make me question what I have been witnessing and feeling as a valid lived experience is totally unacceptable. UPDATE: I hate to do this but I will have to change my review due to the harassment and stares from other female gym goers making me very uncomfortable. It’s been happening awhile and it’s time I finally speak up on it. The final straw was last night I caught a young girl in her 20s taking pictures of me on the Smith machine I’m assuming trying to get unflattering photos of me to post online. When I confronted her about it, she tried to laugh it off like she didn’t know what I was talking about or that I didn’t obviously see what she was doing and try to lie about it. Plus I saw her staring at me when she thought I wasn’t looking. I have caught several other female gym members doing the same creating discomfort, unease and a harassing and hostile environment. Highly disappointed in the immaturity, negativity and lack of respect and class at gyms lately. I’m moving and hoping to find a better more inclusive friendly gym. When I lived in San Antonio I never experienced bullying and harassment like I have this past year at both Workout Anytime locations. Very disappointing.

Nice little gym here.

I love the workout anytime formats. Similar to anytime for those who aren't familiar. Have a key tag that gets you in even when they're closed for regular business.

They use basically all matrix machines. Which aren't my favorite but they work. Normal stuff, smith machine, squat racks, bench stuff. It's very well equipped. They have a dedicated "booty" area. That's not the name but what I'm calling it. They have some fun machines for that. Nice little padded area for abs or kettle bell training.

Where I'll be just nip picky about... They need to re cover a lot of machines. Cracked pleather on bare legs is uncomfortable. Again this isn't a make it or break it and far better than some of the gyms I've been to before. But if I had to say something negative, that would be it.

If I'm in the area would love to workout there again.

I go to this gym daily, I’ve had so many issues with the staff here. Firstly Bobbi has been rude, untrained staff caused issues with my membership. This is upsetting because the second a charge doesn’t go through they add a 30$ late fee, every time it was a struggle to get it properly paid and the fee waived, despite being a member for a year. The lack of care for equipment aswell, some machines are missing critical components (i.e the lat pulldown machine) which is terrible for gym goers. Also the weights are never racked properly , this could be because of the clientele or the staff not doing their job. Some of the employees here are really nice and helpful like Cheyenne. Every single gym has predatory fees , i pay for a medium tier membership and cannot cancel without paying a month ahead and a cancellation fee. Idk it’s very scary for newcomers paying an expensive fee for a decent gym.

This gym is fantastic! Working out with my trainer has become the highlight of my day. As a slightly overweight, sedentary Army veteran with numerous injuries, I faced many physical challenges. Honestly terrible business Billy the manger has no clue where your money goes. And will tell you as much on the phone. They charge late fees when you pay on time. They charge payments early then blame you when the card declines. You'd be better off going to planet fitness. Not to mention the gym stinks terribly bad. Currently a member at this gym, but won’t be for much longer. Couldn’t hold my tongue on this! Billie Russell (the short orange lady) is rude and condescending to paying members. For reference- there is structural damage at the gym (e.g., when it rains, it leaks). My husband was working out next to a spot where it had leaked. Billie (aka ‘Bully’) thought my husband was sweating and said out loud “that’s disgusting” while looking right at my husband. Another member corrected her, but she still said again “well that’s still gross”. Excuse me? I’d like to take the complaint higher, but am not sure what to do. I wasn’t aware that bullying paying members was part of the company’s handbook, but it reflects poorly on the gym plus management. If you are thinking about getting a membership here, don’t. You can find a much better gym with nicer staff who don’t make you feel bad for pushing yourself while working out.

This gym is incredible. By far the best gym I’ve been a member of. I’ve been at several gyms (including Lifetime before I joined Workout anytime). The equipment is excellent, the group fitness is top notch and reasonably priced, but most importantly the staff CARES about their clients. There is nothing wrong with the location, employees or the gym in particular. Very nice people and clean gym. However, the company (ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC.) that they use for your gym membership fee's are SCAMMERS. I have always paid my monthly fees on time through their APP, and still get hit with a random fee of $68 with NO explanation from anyone. I called and emailed multiple times in the last few weeks and this joke of a "company" still refuses to give us our money back AND plays dumb when we give them proof of a fraudulent charge on our bank statement. I am seriously considering hiring an attorney at this point because this is UNACCEPTABLE. Even talked with a supervisor and told us that they will email the gym to start on a so called "refund" which we still haven't received. Basically lied to us just to get us off the phone. We know several people who had the same issue when using this gym. It's a shame because the people are great here, but we had no choice but to cancel our membership and go somewhere else because we are tired of this constant issue with random monthly payment fees and payments through their so called APP.

UPDATE: Whoever replied to my review, there is really no point in coming into the gym because we know that nobody is going to give us our money back since we STILL have not heard from the company or seen our check. At this point, we will be talking with our bank about the fraudulent charges.

We've been members for a little under a year. The location is good in the equipment is fine but good luck dealing with their app. The main problem I have with this company is they let you pay through an app that doesn't actually track your payments. Which leads to nonsense late fees. Overall it's worth the price, but the headache of dealing with their app overrides a lot of the bonuses. If you're looking for a unique experience it's a great gym. You're looking for something standard I'd recommend going to 24 hour fitness.

Edit: We cancelled our membership today, BUT it was smooth and the staff was very understanding. I want to reiterate, the gym itself and the staff are great. If you're looking for something personal and unique this is a great gym to go to.

Cancelled my planet fitness membership because they expected me to wear a mask while working out. This place has more sense. With social distancing working out without the mask on is allowed as long as you wear it to walk around. Staff is more knowledgeable. Facilities are cleaner. Equipment is newer. My girlfriend and I love coming to this gym. Most hours of the day, The gym is fairly empty and we get to get our training in, tan, then relax on the hydro massage chair before we head home. They take your temperature upon entrance of the gym and supply you with hand sanitizer and sanitize the gym about every 45 minutes it seems like. It is only missing a suana! And perhaps a pool! They should buy out the rest of that real estate and add the pool/suana!

I was verbally assaulted by Tad Reefer that is a "manager" at this location for asking questions about cancelling my membership and issuing a refund. I just love this place, I am using a week trial pass and already love it. I tried Athlete Training and Health off 20 and Park Springs and they were so rude, and not organized. This place is clean, friendly staff, and just NICE environment. It's great to having something affordable to the Latina community. Destini is an amazing trainer! Working with her was one of the best investments I’ve made. I thought I knew how to workout, but I wasn’t seeing any results. In a very short time she taught me how to eat properly and most importantly how to exercise properly. She coached me during the workouts, corrected my form and motivated me. Basis . I haven’t been back after the first visit because the main selling point to me was the water massage chairs , yet come to find out the chairs smell like sweat and are busy every time
I tried to use . 2 months later and I find out they have been charging my debit card the entire time after I told them not to and was told they would not . Just got off the phone with the general manager who was terribly rude and was told I would not be getting this month reimbursed even though the payment was mad this morning , and was told I would have cops called on me
If I showed up there . This is the worst experience I have ever had with a gym and I would recommend you take your money elsewhere as they are just about their bottom line and not the customers.

Great gym! awesome staff! it’s 24/7, everything is brand new I love this gym! Oh and have I mentioned they have 2 hydro massage chairs? That are awesome! Plus tanning for u guys that like tanning an all around 5 start gym.

CONVENIANT!!! I got the family membership and its the best investment ive ever made ! My son and I have had a membership to a gym 5 miles away. That doesnt seem that far away but it is when you get there and you have to wait on equipment or change your workout because its too crowded. 24/7 workout anytime is exactly what the name is. You can workout anytime you want and its less than a mile from the house; they strategically put them in neighborhoods. Its not a city gym; its literally a neighborhood gym. So far we love it.

Love this gym! All the equipment works great. The staff keeps it very clean. Friendly staff know you by name. Hydro massage chairs are helpful for sore muscles. Great price for 24 hour gym.

I am a former LA Fitness member and now Workout anytime member. Big improvement with all new equipment, hydromassage, 24/7 hours and tanning station. Will be here as long as I live in the area. Thank you for the franchise owner for coming to the area! I hope business get where it needs to be in order for you to make money. I you ever need a salesman, let me now.
