My gym buddy and I decided to step up our game from our apartments gym to this one. It has been over a year and we dont regret it. This gym has much more than every apartment gym I have been. As a bonus, the regular staff has always been welcoming. I dont see them in the official website, but I hope upper management recognize them. I have seen some of them quitting, but I believe Mona has stayed the longest so please treat her right, so by example, she can keep setting that excellent service standard among her peers

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good equipment and clean workout area. Be ready for lots of calls pushing for personal training. The overhead music is always explicit hip hop and the restroom always seems to need a cleaning.
Update 1/30/24. Bathrooms are much better now and the manager keeps the music very appropriate.

This is an update: I've been going to this facility for over 2 years now, I love this place, I'll go at 9:30 in the morning. It's not crowded, the atmosphere and staff are wonderful!! Everything you need to get healthy and inshape!! Very clean place and organized!

This place is pretty nice, all the weight machines and free weights you need to work out!! They have enough cardio machines to use. This gym doesn't charge a large monthly rate as most gyms do!!

Not a bad small gym, but the "anytime" in the name should have an asterisk. Door malfunctions have prevented my early morning workout several times, and premium amenities are not available outside staff hours, which they don't tell you when you purchase the membership. So, workout "anytime" unless the door doesn't work that day or you want to use the tanning, IR sauna, or the outdoor area....
Communication is also lacking. I submitted an online form with complaints, but never got a response.

If you’re a real gym rat you’d appreciate this gym. It has everything you really need to get a good workout in. No fancy stuff. Equipment is in great shape, free weights, dumbbells, cables…. Literally everything you need to get a good pump. I hate the big overcrowded gyms with mostly treadmills. Don’t get me wrong they have a few great perks but the 24 hour is what sold me plus the equipment. Mona is everything the reviews said she was. So friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone who came in was talking to her like they knew her personally. That speaks volumes. It was a no brainer for me to sign up on the spot. I highly recommend! ❤️❤️

Been here almost a year now dropping it from 5 stars. The gym is to small, equipment is lacking what I mean is there is one bench and one incline bench in the whole gym so having 4 dudes wait for a bench everyday is pretty annoying. VP is there everyday and has brushed me off multiple time when I try and tell him the gym isn’t hitting right and needs changes. If you are just starting off and don’t mind waiting for machines and people doom scrolling rather than working out this gym is a fit for you. Aside from that any serious lifters or people wanting to get into shape I’d advise going elsewhere.

It's a great gym, but it is made even better by the awesome employees! The lady who works there, Mona, is constantly being encouraging and kind. Numerous times when I was having difficulty, she was there to help me in a flash.

Looks like a place I would want to work out at, however I went yesterday to take a tour and sign up. Sign on the front desk said be back in 15 minutes. I waited 25 and no one showed up. Walked around to see if I could find anyone but there were only about five people in there and they were all working out. I strongly advise against joining this gym due to its inadequate facilities and poorly managed staff. Despite being a member for over a year and having a good experience with my personal trainer, Matt, the management abruptly removed all the best trainers. After waiting for a month for a new trainer without success, I decided to cancel my membership. However, the front desk ignored my request and continued charging my account. Despite multiple attempts direct visits and email to rectify the situation, including contacting the new management, Madison Ray, they have consistently ignored my complaints. Overall, the poor customer service and management make this location unfit for anyone looking to join a gym.

Went to the gym today but the card is not working and I had to go home because I couldn't unlock the door.
I reported this problem to staff 3 days ago, the guy said he would check with the manager but no help at all since. This is my second time dealing with this problem. They always told me they would check with the manager next day but they did not.

Also, this problem today happened because I want to cancel my membership, the lady manager told me it's a 30-day notice and I can't cancel immediately so I have to prepaid at the spot for the next month while my current membership still active. I have until March 26th to work out here, but 3 days ago, when I come early in the afternoon and scan at front desk, it said my card is terminated?? staff said he would ask the manager but I suspect it never happen so that's why I cannot access the gym today.

DISAPPOINTING!

Edit 1: Talked to the manager, apparently when I cancel my card they didn't let me know but when you cancel your membership, you need to let them know 30-days notice or you need to pay for 1 extra month like me,
and in the extra month, you pay up front, in full like every other month. But now you'll be stripped all the perks of a 24 hours gym, the lady manager says I can only go to the gym when there's staff, during open hours, not after hours around 6pm after the staff left or even earlier on Sunday. I paid full price for the month and this is what I got back. Weird.

Edit 2: Tried to message but no one answer my DM, my agreement number is 1782184WOA. Been busy and literally can't go to the gym after hour since my card is terminated, can't unlock the door by myself. And I paid full price for this month in March, make no sense.

I love this location and is my go to place for workout. It’s very well maintained, clean and never too crowded. The quality of members is also very good. I love that the location is smaller in size and personal.

Pros:
- Well maintained and top notch equipment
- No shortage of space to workout. There’s designated area for everything.
- Personal Trainers are knowledgeable and will work with you at your level without slacking.
- Plenty of free classes and training sessions.
- Premium membership comes with Styku body scan. It helps you track your progress.
- Parking is not a problem.

Cons:
- Avoid opting for premium membership if you intend to use gym after hours because you will not be able to utilize infrared sauna and out door turf for workout.
- They offer promo for free extra month of membership on referrals or on signing up for personal training. The problem is the staff changes and promises aren’t delivered. Upon dispute they will work with you to make it right but who wants to deal with this inconsistency? Better have them modify the contract on the spot and get something in writing.
- Keep getting different quotes for new member signup and renewal. You feel cheated, if you end up being on the lower end of the stick.

Overall, I will recommend this location. They can do better and there’s tremendous scope for improvement. First thing to start with is the consistency of the service and let go off some attitude whenever there’s customer dissatisfaction or disagreement.

I love this gym! The staff welcomes every person who walks in the door and usually even catches everyone as they leave to wish them a good day--it goes a long way toward establishing a real community feel, and a sense of belonging.

They have several fitness trainers but Ashley Hite, the Fitness Director, is easily the best trainer I've ever worked with. Once you meet her, you'll know exactly what I mean. She is super encouraging even as she challenges me to push beyond what I think I can endure. I love the workouts she puts together for me!

I also love the size of the gym itself. It's not so big that it's covered up with people all the time, but make no mistake--this is no small town gym. It's got everything you could want or need and then some! You should check it out!

When I tell you this location has some of the most kindest and helpful staff I mean it. I accidentally dropped my phone in the stair master, and I was concerned because I didn’t know how to get it out. Clara and Ashley were working at the time, and were so incredibly helpful in getting me to retrieve my phone. They went above and beyond for me and I can’t say the same for any other gym I’ve been to. If anyone deserves raises it’s these two for sure !
Not only did they help me get my phone back, but while I was there the facilities are always the cleanest and tidiest! Great workers, and great gym!

Wish I could give this pace zero stars. The lady manager is SO rude. I think her name is Clara. I had an incident here a couple weeks ago and have called so many times asking for the general manager. She’s never there apparently (or maybe just doesn’t wanna do her job). The one time I got ahold of her she gave me the biggest attitude and acted like she didn’t need my business. The rest of the staff is super nice tho. If it wasn’t for her, this place would be five stars. They definitely need to re think who’s running their gym because it’s ruining business. Quite pleased with this gym. While not the fanciest it has and does everything I need; plenty of Free weights, machines for all areas of the body, and is 24/7. Albeit the hours listed is when it's staffed, any time after needs a card to get in.

I have the $30/month premium membership and it does have some perks; favorite of mine is the pressure massager, a jet streamed chair that sprays underneath you. (Great for the lower back) As well as a monthly body scan and access to their tanning booth and sauna.

About my favorite things here is it's rarely crowded and while they do play music, it doesn't interfere with your headphones. (At least not to where you need those noise canceling ones) I can easily listen to a podcast while having my ambient mode on without increasing the volume.

If I had any suggestion, I'd like to see a laundry service for premium where they wash your gym clothes. Since they have a shower and access to a locker, it would be perfect to rent said locker with your clothes inside.

After going to multiple gym in the area, we came across this gym which was very close to our home. This gym has everything we need to get in shape. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Me and my wife feel at home here and highly recommend it.

This is the best gym in Arlington. I’ve gone to many gyms and never felt satisfied. This is finally the place I feel comfortable to work out in. The front staff is incredible and so friendly! Kylie and Emma are so nice and always greet us with a welcoming smile!

I’ve been coming to this gym for about 3 months and I love it. The equipment is good quality, brand new, and they have everything you need. It is on the smaller side but they have great amenities like hydromassage beds and infrared saunas. The staff is always very welcoming especially Kylie and Emma.

Absolutely love this gym! The equipment is very well maintained and the outdoor area is great but what’s kept me here longer than any other gym is the staff. Everyone is personable and happy to give advice and tips on form and technique when asked.
Big enough that I’m never waiting for machines or benches and small enough that all the trainer know your name.
BIG shout out to Kylie, Liz, Emma, Logan, Luke, and Matt for making this gym an enjoyable place to be!!!

Workout Anytime North Arlington is equipped with a variety of cardio and strength training equipment, as well as free weights and functional training equipment. I do, however, wish there were straight preloaded bars.

The personal trainers at Workout Anytime North Arlington have extensive knowledge and expertise. From my experience, the trainers are supportive and encouraging, and work with each individual to develop a personalized fitness plan that meets their specific needs and goals.

The gym is open 24 hours a day, making it convenient for customers to fit their workouts into their busy schedules.

Also, they have quite the artist working for them that updates their whiteboard weekly with designs that draw your attention to New Member Perks!

This is a pretty small gym but the staff is wonderful! Everything is clean and equipment always sanitized. I love the fact that after you work out you can relax in one of their tanning beds and come out looking great. I definitely recommend this place.

They have 5 stars for a reason. Great gym atmosphere and positive energy. I signed up in March at the other Arlington location. I was hesitant at first because I’m a bigger person but no one has made me feel uncomfortable or stared at in a negative way. I go in a few times a week, workout and go. I do more workouts at home and walking but the gym is a good place to go lift weights a few times a week. Best part is the gym in 24/7 so it fits anyones schedule and lifestyle.

I like to go in the dead of night, when little-to-no one else is around.
Otherwise, there's always some guy who likes to deadlift and drop his weights, and make a big scene for every rep. Overall, though, this is one of the best gyms I have been to, despite some minor irks.

I dont know when my brother and me joined but the staff real cool. They make you feel welcomed every time and very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Gym is very clean, machines open, and Owners need to give everyone on staff a damn raise. Keep up the great work yall. 💯

I have been going to this gym specifically since March 2022. The staff is absolutely welcoming no matter who you are or how long you’ve been working out, always greeted by smiling faces. The equipment always exceeds the standard and the place is incredibly clean at all times. While more people are starting to sign up and the crowd can get going a bit at the heavy times like the afternoon, it’s still not bad at all and you can get a good workout in. There’s a reason they’re rated at 5 stars.
