I love this gym, it’s also kid friendly, I’m a mom so sometimes I don’t have anyone to watch my kids to go get a quick workout and have to take my kids. They either sit outside (there’s a little outside spot in the back) or find a safe corner to chill while I workout. I also love how it’s a warehouse so it’s better to get a good sweat here. All the machines work great. The monthly membership is very much reasonable as well. I go really early in the mornings so i also appreciate that they open at 5am. Highly recommend.

Great gym! BUTTTT, the trainer to the jumping class lets her people bring their kids and run around all over the place interrupting and getting in our way of our workout like its a playground. We can easily hit them with our weight's, we have complained several times ( also sent pictures) but nothing has been done. I am afraid a major accident can happen. These kids mothers do not take care of them or watch them AT ALL TIMES. I have cancelled my membership here.

The owner was really kind to help me sign up since I'm only in town for a month and the gym is clean affff. Plenty of equipment and when I went in the morning, it was empty and was very chill. It's not really expensive and doesn't have weird fines like commercial gyms do, so I highly recommend this gym if you want a more quiet but intense environment.
