Xtreme Spirit has been a fantastic place for my daughters. We found out about the gym randomly after being very unhappy at a larger gym. The gym has been such a positive and loving atmosphere for my daughters. At the same time they have progressed so much! My older daughter started with a dream of making school cheer and barely having a cartwheel. The coaches are loving but effective and less than three years later she is not only a school cheerleader but also tumbling at level three skills. I can’t imagine doing this anywhere else. Your daughter will be more than number but a whole person here.

Xtreme Spirit is a great gym where your child will have a great experience. They do a great job with blending learning skills and having fun and give each child the opportunity to be their best and shine. Your child will grow as an athlete and a person. Adam and his whole team of coaches were phenomenal this season! I couldn't have asked for a better gym for my son to start his cheer passion with. He has come SO far in just the past year because of him and I could not be more thankful. If you are looking for a cheer team who will make you feel like family, look no further!

A really great gym. Coaches are absolutely wonderful with kids, constantly positive and upbeat.

My daughter does the tumbling classes and I love how the coaches keep the class fun and encourage her to keep going.

We had tried ballet in the past and the seriousness, competitiveness, and discipline with a lack of fun was not a good fit for my 7 year old. This is the perfect fit and I plan on my 5 year old starting classes this summer.

We looked around for gyms for a bit and one that would make my daughter feel like she wasn’t being judged. We came here and the first night we signed up. The coaches are amazing!! They’re patient and know exactly what they’re doing. Some other grumpy parent mentioned that this a money grab gym. Not at all! They’re the best price in the Woodlands. We come for tumbling only and my daughter practices while the comp cheer team is here also. I’ve seen the girls from the comp team clap for her when she lands her BHS even though they’ve never talked. I 100% recommend this place! It’s a smaller gym but that just means more attention to detail with each athlete.

Would give 0stars if possible.
This place is a money put. The last session we had my daughter sat in the gym doing nothing for 13min. I decided then we wouldn’t be coming back.
I attempted to cancel their classes online but it wouldn’t allow me to cancel for the next month only the month after that. So I then proceeded to call them and left a voicemail that I wanted to cancel classes and for them to call me back. I never received a phone call back.
I shouldn’t have to chase people down when I’ve done my part. But here it is 3weeks later and I’m receiving an email about balance due. And then do I call them to see what’s going on when we have yet to go back and I had yet to receive a call back. I then call again and the guy refers me to the sign up paperwork that states a 30day notice and when asked why I never received a call back he insinuates that I never made a call. Very unprofessional

My daughter has been going to Xtreme Spirit for over 4 years now and she has grown ever since. It’s her second home! Amazing gym, coaches are super supportive, got my daughter out of her mental block. I love that the coaches are all actual highly skilled cheerleaders, they can really get out there and demonstrate proper technique. Very well ran practices, the athletes and coaches come ready to work, and coaches communicate well with athletes and parents.

This is our third year at XS. Every end of the season we question ourselves about the new season and once again we decided to stay. Main reason is that my child is happy, her say weighs heavy on our choice and she wanted to stay. Second one is that I like the small gym feeling. I like that everyone knows my kid and myself.
I also like how all the kids get a chance even when they haven’t perfected the skill 100% at the beginning of the season, there are high expectations but the crazy pressure I hear from other gym just ain’t there and allows my daughter to enjoy and have fun.
This year she was placed on a team that is challenging her to the max and I love how peers and coaches alike are motivating her and after a few weeks she is just so much more confident and thriving.
The past two years were not all rainbows and butterflies. As to be expected from a new, small gym, there are growing pains. But instead of focusing on an email that wasn’t responded promptly, I choose to focus on the time I was so late and missed a non-refundable private and the owner took over a class to allow the coach to do it anyway.
Instead of getting frustrated that we didn’t win first place, I see all this brand new to cheer kids that they patiently coached until their skills match the rest of the team. Lastly, I will never forget how last year I told Adam that we were keeping my daughter on a prep team for, among other reasons - financial reasons and he offered help. The gym will not be for everyone and that’s ok. Excited for what the new season brings. #XSRF

My daughter has been taking tumbling classes at Xtreme Spririt for almost 3 years now. In this time, we have fallen in love with the gym, the instructors, and coaches.

It’s ridiculous to charge $40 entry fee for a young children’s cheerleading competition. You’re taking advantage of families. They perform for 4 minutes at a time. That’s like $800 an hour. I’m ashamed for you.

In the past several years we have tried numerous different cheer gyms and have been disappointed. I wanted my daughter to feel valued and more than just “a number”. After speaking with a friend I found out about Xtreme Spirit and signed up for a trial class. From the moment we walked in the door I could tell it was different from all of the other gyms we have tried in the past. They are organized, friendly and truly want the best for all the athletes no matter what level of experience. Open Summer camp has just started and my daughter loves it. $200.00 for the entire month and the kids can stay at the gym from 9:30 to 2:30 (1 hour lunch) learning new tricks and having fun. Coaches are awesome and she feels very confident with the training.

This is my daughters second year with Coach Adam and she is excited to grow with this gym!
