Love Yoga2Gather! I came having very little yoga experience (maybe a couple of classes in college and some videos at home) and have quickly become hooked! I started with Warm Sonic to get familiar and now frequently enjoy attending Hot Sonic classes as well. Everyone at the studio is very kind and it’s a wonderfully welcoming place.

Yoga2Gather is my jam when I am in town looking for an amazing sweat! It's such a welcoming studio and everyone is so nice to me when I walk in! I love the variety of classes offered. Heather's barre class is super challenging, super sweaty and super fun! She is such an skilled and obviously experienced instructor!

My absolute favorite place! If I could just get into Heather's barre classes more, I would be in the best shape of my life. I love every instructor so much and pick classes based on my mood or what I know I need. Rochelle has the best playlists, hands down. Jenny gives compliments that make you feel like a million bucks. Heather kicks your butt because she cares. I'm so proud of this little studio and the community they have built. I'm so happy to be a part of it!

I took my first hot barre class here and it was great! The entire workout felt well paced and well balanced. Heather was my instructor and she ensured throughout the class I was pacing myself and was having a good time. The temperature was perfect. Enough to work up a sweat but not enough to make it unbearable. Everything was well cleaned and the environment was very welcoming. I will definitely be returning!

Yoga2Gather has quickly become my happy place and the classes serve as my exercise, therapy and “me” time. I happened across it in December while looking for a studio in which I could get back to hot yoga, and decided to try the 2wk unlimited special - which is an incredible value in and of itself. I stayed after that two weeks because it’s apparent everybody and every body is welcome and has space here, no matter your skill level. The teachers are all genuinely incredible -
motivating, encouraging, challenging, kind and real - and they all make a point to learn your name and greet you hello as soon as you walk in the door.

The class variety is phenomenal - they offer barre; boot camp; vinyasa and heated flow (now called super sonic and definitely worth trying); yin and restorative yoga; and my favorite, sonic (hot) yoga. I appreciate the later evening selection of offerings that ensure I always have an after-work option available, and appreciate the ability to schedule my attendance through a portal.

The studio itself is always clean and bright, and they have showers available foe use after classes. There’s abundant parking on the street and in nearby lots, and I’ve never felt unsafe walking to/from my car.

Love this place!

I’ve been participated in classes at Yoga2gather since it opened and it has become a very important part of my life. Rochelle and Heather as well as the other instructors, have been very welcoming and have assisted me with my yoga practice. They stress a sense of community which is extremely easy to see. I would highly recommend this yoga community to others (which I have).

I have taken every kind of class offered at this yoga studio and each one challenges me and makes me feel so good. The instructors are quite knowledgeable and offer teacher training, workshops, and retreats with yoga experts like Roger and Albina Rippy, former owners of Yoga One in Houston. The studio definitely has a strong sense of community by Rochelle and Heather and all of their staff. I could not imagine going to any other yoga studio in town.

The Hot Sonic classes are absolutely the best—such an energizing and unique practice! They offer a wonderful variety of classes, so there’s something for everyone, whether you're looking to challenge yourself or unwind. And Rochelle is simply the best—her passion, kindness, and expertise make this studio truly special. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Y2G—it is such a special place. I first walked through the doors as a student, drawn in by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. No matter your experience level, background, or goals, you are embraced with open arms. Beginners are encouraged & celebrated 🌟

Over time, this studio became more than just a place to practice—it became my community. The diversity here is incredible, with students ranging from teens to mature adults, and each class is a beautiful mix of skill levels. The instructors all bring their unique styles, ensuring that there’s something for everyone. Whether you are looking for a powerful, sweat-dripping flow, boot camp, barre, or a gentle, restorative yin, you will find it here.

The space itself is immaculate, always fresh and inviting, which makes it even easier to fully immerse yourself in the practice. Beyond the physical environment, it’s the people who make this studio extraordinary. No matter what kind of day I’ve had when I see Rochelle - and hear her kind greeting, "Hey, Sweet Sister!" I know I will leave feeling lighter—sweating out my stress and sharing laughs with my yoga family.

I found Y2G at the right time in my life. I took the leap and trained here to become a teacher. Now, I am incredibly proud to guide others on their own yoga journeys.

I have been attending Yoga to Gather since it opened. I have known the staff and teachers for years from another studio.
Because they are so committed to their students, know you by your first name, always happy to see you, extremely caring and respectful, I consider this my HOME studio!!
I have met amazing people here which are now my friends, attended their amazing retreats, made so many connections. I am nothing from grateful to be part of this Yoga to Gather family!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!
I can’t recommend it enough. I attend the hot yoga sonic classes, however they offer a variety of yoga flow and barre classes as well. Rochelle, one of the owners, is kind, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The teachers are also knowledgeable, caring, and sweet. I had to take time off from yoga to heal an injury and Rochelle and my usual teachers checked on me and were genuinely excited upon my return. I always feel better once exercising here and am so grateful for this gem!

I absolutely love attending classes at this studio. The owners and staff go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. They make class fun while still maintaining the integrity of the poses. I enjoy feeling challenged every time I attend a different class with a different instructor. Each one of them brings unique insight, but the one thing they all have in common is their love for Yoga.

Ever since this studio opened (I think at the end of 2021), it's been where I go to reset my sanity. There are so many reasons why:
(1) They no-joke have the BEST classes in town. I don't even live that close, sometimes making a 45 minute commute just to make a barre/bootcamp/yoga class because I KNOW I'll get everything I want and then some. I would definitely not waste that kind of time on a class I could get anywhere else.
(2) The PEOPLE...I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to go there everyday and see the friends that I've made because everyone, including the staff, is so warm and welcoming...to literally everyone.
Congrats to the studio for staying on top of their game through some scary times. That just shows what a gem it is to Houston!!! Love Yoga2Gather !!!

Amazing studio and community here! I first came here to practice as I was missing the Hot practice post-Covid, but quickly realized there is a beautiful family vibe here. 👉🏾This is the most diverse studio in Houston. As a yoga teacher, it is my experience that most of the diversity of studios is amongst their staff. Here, the students represent true Houston — all genders, all ethnicities, from teens to folks in their 70s, and abilities across the spectrum. It’s truly difficult to find this. IYKYK.

From the perspective of both teacher & practitioner, I appreciate the clear communication to help mitigate attendance and punctuality issues. When the class begins, no one enters late to disrupt it. This cultivates an in-class culture that is 🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾.

The intro special gives a chance to find the right teacher(s) and vibe for you.

Love it. 10/10 recommend!

Disappointing experience and poor customer service.

I booked a class through ClassPass and arrived just 5 minutes late, only to find the doors locked with no way to enter—no doorbell, no instructions, and no one to let me in. Nowhere in their ClassPass description does it state that late arrivals aren’t accepted.

When I called to request my credits back, the front desk staff, Rochelle, responded in a passive-aggressive manner, insisting it was in the description—which is simply not true.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. A yoga studio should be welcoming, and this one definitely isn’t. Not worth it.

I’ve been coming to Yoga2gather for a couple of years and have always loved the studio. The classes are great, and the environment is generally welcoming. However, I recently had a disappointing experience that I feel is important to share.

I was unaware that the studio has a strict no-late policy, meaning there is no grace period whatsoever—you must arrive exactly on time or earlier. Most yoga studios I’ve attended allow a 5- to 10-minute grace period, so I was surprised when I arrived just three minutes late and found the door locked. There was no one at the front desk to let me in, which seems like something the studio should have in place to assist clients. When I called to explain the situation, the instructor, Rochelle, did offer a one-time courtesy since I was unaware of the policy. However, the way she spoke to me was condescending and unprofessional. Instead of being understanding, she was defensive and dismissive, making unnecessary comments that implied if someone is late once, they are always late. Regardless of policies, no client should be spoken to in that manner.

This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue—she was also rude to my mother on a separate occasion. It’s disappointing because clients are what keep a business running, and professionalism in customer service is just as important as enforcing rules. Additionally, if you’re attending a class here, be mindful that the exit onto Chimney Rock can get congested, so it’s best to plan for at least a 10-minute delay. While I still enjoy the studio, I believe a more respectful and customer-friendly approach from certain staff members would make a big difference.

Look no further than this gem. Having known Heather and Rochelle for years, I can wholeheartedly say that this studio is not just a place to practice yoga—it's a sanctuary of support, growth, and genuine connection.

They’ve been more than instructors to me; they've been mentors and friends, guiding me on my journey both on and off the mat. I truly believe I wouldn't be where I am today without their unwavering support and the positive energy of this studio.

The entire team here is incredible. Each instructor brings their unique touch, but what stands out is the shared commitment to nurturing a welcoming and inclusive environment. NAMASTE! xxo

This is my happy place for yoga and fitness, and walking through the doors always feels like coming home. Rochelle and Heather, the co-owners, are top professionals who not only lead by example in their respective yoga and fitness classes, but are also the amazingly fun and inspiring and they are constantly helping us to improve our practice. Every instructor has his or her own style, and some of the best instructors who either teach or sub at this studio include Zevi Ramos, Jenny Faber and Stacie Zollars.

I love the classes especially the Bootcamp and barre classes! I sweat a lot and feel so much better after a long day of work and stress!! I always feel welcome! I'm typically shy at first but they really opened me up quickly! Heather also is my greatest supporting coach during my body transition to improve my physical health!
