There’s a good variety of machines and little wait time, but sadly I must complain about the locker room. Specifically the showers in the women’s locker room. Twice now that I’ve had to use the showers in the evening (about 10pm) there has been no hot water. Part of having a facility with showers is to be able to use them.

I love the convenience, friendliness, facilities and hours of operation. I know I am going to have a good workout at Youfit! I can engage with others or stay in my bubble... I can take a call or listen to my music or watch TV. You can’t beat what is offered for the price - totally worth it.

I loved this gym until summer hit. It's sooooo hot in the weight machine area and there are NO fans in that area! I have mentioned it to several staff members only to be told that Corporate doesn't allow fans, two compressors are out blah blah blah. No relief for four months of temps in the 90's. I guess they are more concerned with their "fan policy" than whether or not their members can work out in comfort. Sorry Youfit, I'm out!

I started working out here in March and really like it. The class list is short and sweet, but there are DEFINITELY other options for getting a good workout here. The staff is friendly, happy and seem to enjoys their jobs, which makes walking in the door a bit more motivating from the start. The price can't be beat for sure! I don't know if the cancellation policy is problematic or not, but I really enjoy coming here and don't plan to find out. Give this gym a try for sure.

The FM Youfit gym is very clean with well-kept equipment in abundance. It's a great place to lift weights for the value. I gave it only 3 stars due to the lack of classes. The Bollydance is great, but other than that They only offer a few classes with little variety. Also , the schedule of classes are early in morning or one in the evening. I paid the extra monthly fee to join the classes, but not much there. Very disappointed! Youfit please improve on classes.

I love this place. I've been here 2 years or so. It's always clean, no matter what those few people said. I've never had issues with the staff. To be honest, except for check in, I don't notice them. There's never a long wait for equipment. I don't like the weekend hours, that's a draw back, and the dumb bells only go up to 90lbs. That's minor though, there's plenty of plates for the barbells.

Youfit is a GREAT place to workout with the primary reason being that there are awesome people who work/train there. They greet you as you walk in the door, and tell you to have a great day when you leave every time. They have all the machines imaginable, full dumbbells and bench/squat/full racks. Only reason I put 4/5 for me is that they only have 2 full racks and they get taken up easily. Other than that, it’s an awesome place for a great price.

I was a member at youfit health clubs Flower Mound for almost 3 months. I believe their child care center severely lacks enthusiastic and properly trained employees.
For smallest misbehavior from child thay want to suspend the child for a week, which actually translates into suspending the parents for a week too.
I will never take my child there again!

Complete and TOTAL scam... Setup the account for my teenage boy, online... and setup auto draft to pay for it. My son NEVER set foot in the place... And they REQUIRE you to come into the store to cancel... I didn't come into the store to set it up... WHY would you have to come in to cancel.. Tonz of BAD online reviews. Management completely unresponsive. Had to place a stop payment on the autodraft to stop them. Now they are sending a collection agency after me for 20.00 Are you kidding me!! Will be writing the state attorney general and BBB, about this joke of a fitness club.

I came by here a few days ago with my spouse to check out the facility and compare it to others that we have visited. My spouse did like the facility and the location is a good one close enough to our home. The parking lot is large enough to offer plenty of available spots, but the lot area included next to grocery store

Just started here and I love it. I share this gym with a variety of people that don't look like they've been at the gym all their lives look like normal people with the occasional bus person or very fit person there. Their equipment is really nice has fans to keep you cool while you're working out and sweating. The crew there is fantastic. I will probably be coming here for a very long time I am very serious about my health and I think you fit is just where I fit.

I got charged 65 dollars when I've been meaning to cancel because I hadn't been there for a while and when I called to ask for a refund, they told me they can't and I'd have to pay ten freaking dollars just to cancel. I work at a grocery store and can barely afford anything already and thought ten dollars a month to go to a gym would work. But I haven't had time and don't like being charged this much without warning. Avoid this place as they will add extra charges without even telling you.

Club facilities are good, but Personnel needs some serious work.

My wife and I took advantage of training special for leap year Feb29th. Paid processing fees that i felt were little steep, but promises to shed pounds, get workout routine and diet plan sounded good so decided to do it. After YouFit took our money, we have had a bad experience from the start
- No one calls to set up training sessions
- No workout routines provided yet
- No meal plan provided yet
- No one from club returns calls

wish i could get our money back. Worst part was instead of a meal plan, we were referred to a Herbalife down the street...sounds like this YouFit expects to get paid for doing nothing!

My issues were worked out, but wife has been treated like dirt. Continuing staff issues, revolving door of trainers / trainer no shows, and no followup...completely disrespectful of her time and $$ spent

We give up...cancelled training agreement...will fight for full refund and no more training fees!

What do you know, cancelled beginning of July and here we are in Sept still getting billed. Now im told I need to bring copy of my cancel paperwork because they dont have it on file. Remind me again what the $10 cancel fee was for? Hope it wasnt to pay for going to paperwork school...

This is a great gym. If you are interested in working out with weights and cardo, it is great. The best part is they keep it very clean and the staff is very friendly.

You get what you pay for I suppose. I realize the very low fee has some drawbacks so I kept from writing this review until once again, on a weekend, it appears they open when they feel like it or the website is inaccurate. Either way, 2 weekends in a row I get there after their posted 7:00 open time to find no one there.

The real issue I had was an overly concerned team member who asked me to keep it down while working out. I didn't realize this was actually a Curves in disguise. I don't get loud when I workout but at the end of my reps I do exhort my effort. For that I was confronted. It seems they cater to the ladies and little boys who lift half what my wife does.

Gym is great. BUT had a terrible experience in canceling my account. A 10 day notice is required in order to cancel. My billing is on the 24th of each month. I called in on the 14th of the month and was told by the employee that worked at the time that I can come in on that day and will not be charged after. That evening I called back and spoke with another employee "Luke" who said the same thing. I told him I was running some errands and don't know if I'll be able to make it on time. He said it is fine if I can't on the 14th, he works the next day and he can honor my cancellation for the 10 day notice. I went the next day and paid my $10 cancellation fee and cancelled my account.
However, I was charged $10.83 on the 24th. I called the gym to find out why I was charged even after a 10 day notice and cancellation. They transferred my call to the general manager, Mike Herpin. All he could tell me was "Sorry for the inconvenience, if you want I can open up your account so that you can use the gym for the rest of the month." Today is the 28th, so basically for 3 more days. I don't want another month of the gym. I'm not even going to be in the area for the next coming weeks. He did not have much to say other than "sorry" and that I will be charged $10.83 because I did not meet the 10 day notice. However, I was told by his employee (Luke) that my 10 day cancellation will be honored even if I came the next day. It's silly and unprofessional to be arguing for $10.83. I feel like I was robbed of my money for no reason and for not even using their facilities. They did not refund my money even after a cancellation; I hope YouFit gym enjoys my $10.83 as a profit. I wonder how many other customers are robbed just like me.
