After visiting them again, Airices their new manager for this location was very helpful and kind in helping me out with getting signed up.

My experience with them was night and day from my last visit and I can't praise them enough. They went from a 1 star experience to 5 star just from my last visit so I really appreciate the team and their efforts to provide a great gym experience.

TL;DR: Rude and unhelpful management, dirty equipment, overpriced for the quality.

I moved back to Utah and tried signing up for a 7-day pass but was denied because I have a Colorado license, even after providing proof of my new address. Shoutout to Diaz for being helpful and letting me work out that day, but the manager (the girl in a flannel) was dismissive and rude, refusing to honor the pass because of my license—something that makes no sense. Beyond that, the gym itself is gross—machines were caked with gunk like they haven’t been cleaned in months. For how much this gym charges, you’d expect at least basic cleanliness and decent customer service. Disappointing experience.

It's so easy to start a membership. Even a 14 year old can walk in and work out the same day, with a simple phone call to a parent. If you ever want to cancel make sure you think ahead. 30 days my ass. And if it's anytime around the annual fee, you'll have to pay the annual fee even if youre canceling.
I called to cancel 10/11. I was told 30 days. After 1.5 hours on the phone talking to people all around the planet, I was finally told it's not cancel until 12/9. Oh and you'll still have to pay the $64.00 annual membership fee.
What a Joke.
Don't get a membership here unless you are set to never cancel. Either be a lifer or get screwed.
There are 3 different companies with their fingers in the billing of EOS. They don't communicate well with each other it's the game of telephone, but on a "Profesional" level. The best part is I work for a corporation that promotes EOS by saying we dont have to pay an annual fee. I had to pay it twice. The account was originally opened 10/15/24. And 1 annual fee was paid in 2024 and 1 annual fee for 2025. But the account was canceled 4days before the 1 year mark.
What a joke- how many times does this happen a year???

Tried to use a complimentary 7 day trial pass - Sebastian wouldn’t take out of state id and tried to make me buy a day pass for $20 or a membership on the spot without a trial. Tried to talk to management but he said “i’m the only one here i can’t help you” then finally got someone on the phone who was also no help. Unannounced charges, not help a refund without starting the month. Little training for their workers. They say that it can be cancelled at any time and then that you have to wait 1 month to do it together with a new charge. The annual charge is made on the first day without prior notice.

The staff is incompetent ( at least not the person I worked with).I was trying to switch from my family plan (2) to an individual plan. I had paid for my annual membership 2 months ago, and I made a simple ask because they would waive the fee since I just recently paid it. I explicitly asked for a waiver, and the person who was helping me when I called the manager came back 30 seconds later and said no.(Manager- did you understand the request?) … I moved on, and when I asked the person if my membership was still good till December( because I have to pay an extra 30 days), he said yes. I asked him to check. He said, “It does. That’s how our policy works.” I walked outside, checked my app, and sure enough, it was deactivated. Terrible service and experience! If you need to do anything outside of normal, it’s complete incompetence and terrible customer service.

Great gym but no one has answered the phone for almost 45 minutes. I’ve called every 5 minutes for almost an hour. I just want to know if the hot tub is back open; To the person at front desk who may be reading this-Please just quit. Let them hire someone better.

I have been repeatedly calling the front desk for 20 minutes trying to see if the spa and pool are back open. I live 20 minutes away. I work long 14-16 hour shifts I got this membership specifically for its hot tub. I do not want to drive 20 minutes to find out it’s closed again after already having to leave yesterday when I was told it would be open by 8am 2 days ago… the most infuriating 40 minutes of my life.

I generally enjoy this gym. The people are nice, the equipment is in pretty good shape and there's a good variety of it. The location is great.

My issue, though, comes with the quality and cleanliness of the locker room. I've been to several other locations (Orem, Taylorsville, South Jordan) and they all seem updated and well cleaned. The Murray locker rooms, however are outdated and consistently dirty. Towels strewn around, puddles of water, dirty toilet areas. It's a bummer that they dont match up to the other EOS gyms. I hope this is remedied soon because otherwise I really like the gym.

The two girls who work the front desk mostly are the only friendly staff. Machines are always broken. AC isn’t on for half the summer every year. The team messed my membership up and now no one knows how to add our membership back on the app. They allow pets that don’t have registered service vests in the gym. The entrance is dirty and sticky. And now the lights are out in the back half of the gym which is a safety risk. Processes and systems matter.

I visit almost every day. You can’t beat having a pool, hot tub, and sauna after a hard workout with any gear and equipment you could need. Staff is nice and my trainer Trey is awesome. Five stars.

I am beginning to wonder if the neglect in handling my situation is because I am an immigrant?!?!
I am starting to think about this possibility, as I find it hard to believe that all of my emails could be ignored and that every time I go to the gym to resolve this issue, I am simply given an excuse and my problem remains unsolved.

Let me start from the beginning. I went to the gym about a month after losing my baby, intending only to do stretching, treadmill, and light exercises. However, one of the managers approached me to discuss the Personal Training plan. I clearly said that I did not want to sign up at that time, that I was not ready for it, but she was extremely insistent and would not let me leave her desk until we finished the conversation. She kept insisting, called one of the trainers to talk to me, and even lowered the price — until I felt pressured and ended up signing the plan.

Unfortunately, because of my fragile health, I was unable to return within the three-day cancellation period. I went back on the fourth day, but it was already too late. I only used one session, yet I was charged over $700 for this plan. I was told that after four months of biweekly payments, I would be able to cancel. That period has already passed, and I am still trying to cancel this plan without success.

I have gone to the gym in person several times and sent emails to the Personal Training Manager of this location, but I have never received any reply. The last time I went was 15 days ago, when the last $88 payment had just been charged. The staff member I spoke with told me the plan had been cancelled as requested. She even showed me a confirmation screen and said I would receive an email as proof — but that email never arrived.

Today, I was charged again. I am extremely frustrated and do not know how much more I will have to pay just to end this situation. I have already sent several emails to the E.O.S. managers and personally gone to the gym to talk to the staff, but nothing has been resolved.
