Stephanie taught a session to our youth group. It was wonderful! In a fast-paced world, we are in need of more calmness. Qigong is a beautiful way to achieve that. Stephanie’s kind and encouraging manner allowed us to experience a new way of movement in a safe and judgement-free environment. She also shared some gongs and kalimbas with us so we could experience peace and joy through music and vibration. It was a very uplifting experience! Highly recommend!!

I got to attend a QiGong session they hosted at work and truly enjoyed the movement, the way information was shared, the vibes, Stephanie's voice, the instruments we were allowed to touch/play with. all of it. I've practicing some hand movements I remember!
