I’ve been going to Snap Fitness in Syracuse for a little while now, and as a personal trainer who’s been to a ton of gyms around here and even in Salt Lake City, this one is by far my favorite. The staff is super friendly, the place is always immaculate, and it’s honestly just such a good environment.

It’s drama-free, never overly busy, and no one bothers you — everyone just does their own thing. The equipment is great, there’s plenty of space to stretch, and they even have foam rollers and everything you need.

I’m a bodybuilder, and this gym has seriously become my safe haven. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

This gym is everything a mega gym like Vasa or EoS isn’t: personal, clean, and easy going. I have worked out at all times of day, from 5am to 8pm and the case is always the same. Tim the manager and the other girl that works in the afternoons (sorry I can’t remember your name) are always super cool, greeting you when they see you. The female worker is always ensuring the place is clean and well kept. Speaking of clean, the bathrooms are the cleanest you’ll ever see in a gym, along with all of the equipment. I’ve never had to wait for equipment like at Vasa, as it is a smaller environment which is super nice. They also got new equipment this year (treadmills, machines, stair masters, etc) and re-upholstered older equipment so you can comfortably use anything. Being open 24/7 is obviously a plus as well. You will not regret choosing Snap Fitness as your gym!

Tim is an extremely knowledgeable and honest guy. I would trust him to help Advise you on just about anything let alone only working out. This location is extremely clean and organized and has a really friendly vibe to it. That’s not judgmental feeling at all. One of my favorite parts is they don’t have any contracts and they don’t lock you into any agreements. They do a good service and earn your business month after month.

Love this place !! The team is super friendly I’ll catch myself talking to them for a long time, Makes it feel like home. Got the equipments you need , and they’re always open to feedback and will make sure you have everything you need ! And they also have a spot where you can put your business card in wich is super nice !!!!

Great Gym! Nice environment, friendly people, low key, and welcoming staff. Tim, the gym manager does a fantastic job of keeping the facility clean and the equipment maintained. Tim also makes it a point to get to know everyone who joins.

Tim has been Awesome! Yesterday I set up a day pass and he let me use it today, showed me around, and always had a smile on his face plus he is amazing to talk to. I got signed up today and I highly recommend if you like the retro/vintage aesthetic

have had issues not with Snap. it was actually on our part and got it addressed with JR.
was great speaking to my son about his consecuences and even gave him the opportunity to continue going to this location after a dumb teenage decision.
appreciated that very much.
these people are great.

Stick it to the kids. Teens that make a mistake. We wanted to try to work something out for a mistake that our son made and the only response we got from the owners wife "well looks like he should learn a lesson."
You definitely taught him a lesson, to make sure you leave a bad taste in everyone's mouth that you talk to about this gym. Nice job. Other gyms are flexable and willing to help.

Terrible management, equipment is always down, cannot cancel membership. For the last 3 months , they have been charging their monthly fee and denying access to the gym! What gym cancels your access card, but keeps pulling your monthly payment out of your bank account? When you chat with management/ owner rude, not professional, gym is not worth the hassle, do not join.

JR (the store owner) has a brother named JJ who worked as a janitor there. He comes in every day at three on his bike. He is a little hard to understand, but I like him he is nice and his yellow vest is very cute. Also the gym is cool

If you spent as much money on treadmills as you did on mask/social distance signs, there would be more than two that work.
All of the positive reviews are a year or more older. Might be an indication for the owners to come take a look around.

Such a great place to work out. JR and Lynn (the owners) are very nice and are very good to work with. It's clean, aesthetic, and fun to work out there. It's smaller than gold's gym or Vasa but there are less people there which gives you more dedicated time to individual machines and racks.

Love this place! It seems like a small gym from the outside but is very adequate to everything that a greenhorn lifter or a bulk veteran would need. It's very newcomer friendly and doesn't carry the "meat market" stigma. It is open 24 hours and is always clean and tidy.

Super gym! They have 3 sets of dumbbells from 25-50 and 2 sets of dumbbells from 5-25. They have a lot of equipment and I am rarely waiting on weights. There is about an hour when things get really busy but being open 24 hours leaves me with the option to come in whenever I want.

I've been going here for two years, and love every bit of it. This location has everything you could ask for, and just got a bunch of new equipment. Owner and family are very polite, and they offer supplement for sale, and go over each one with you in depth. Not to mention the fact you can use any other Snap Fitness in existence.
