I've had Laree as a personal trainer now for two months and I wish I had come in so much sooner. She has helped me tremendously with proper lifting form, my lower back issues, understanding macros and keeping me motivated. Laree is amazing, she's so much fun to work with, she listens to my concerns and she genuinely cares. I highly recommend StayFITT and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

MORE THAN JUST A GYM! I cannot say enough about Stayfitt. LaRee, the owner is amazing, welcoming, and fun. She has developed an amazing, full service gym. She and the other trainers are great! I joined the 60+ eStayFITT Training 6 months ago, and have been a loyal fan since day 1. The owner, Laree, and her staff have created a comprehensive program to meet the individual needs for strength, flexibility, nutrition, goal-setting, and recognition. There are private and class sessions available with outstanding personal trainers in a small gym atmosphere. In addition to all that, the personal attention, the sense of Community and friendships keep bringing me back.

Seriously the nicest people and a kick your butt workout! I loved it. They have a kids corner with toys, but my first class I came during my one year olds nap which was a bad idea on my part. 😂 but everyone was so helpful and kind trying to help with him. A gym full of good people. I left feeling empowered and encouraged, but on top of that it was the best workout I have gotten in a long time!

I absolutely love StayFitt in Riverton! The coaches are awesome—super knowledgeable, encouraging, and always bring great energy to every session. The workouts are varied, so it never gets boring, and I’ve seen real progress since starting. I especially love their stretch therapy—it’s been a game changer for recovery and mobility. The added bonus of nutrition help has also made a big difference in keeping me on track. The gym community is amazing; I’ve made some great new friends and always feel supported. Love this gym! It is set up really well and different every day. The coaches are all fantastic, hardworking they make working out fun and watch closely to make sure your form is correct and that you are using the proper weights so that you can’t get injured. I have been working out at StayFITT for a year now and it’s way more than a gym, it’s a family. The things I love most about StayFITT aren’t just the trainers or the workouts, it’s not even that they offer such a variety of complimentary options such as nutrition or stretching but it’s the people who I train with. The environment is encouraging and uplifting and that’s all due to the amazing members. I recommend this gym for any level of fitness or to a beginner who is just looking for some motivation to get moving again. That counts for all ages!!

I love going to this gym! The coaches are so knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive. They are great at instructing you and correcting your form, showing you modifications when needed and pushing you to lift more when they know you can. They believe in me when I doubt myself. I have also been working with Irelynd on my nutrition goals and she has been a great support.
Overall, this gym really feels more like a support system than any gym I have gone to before. Each class has different fitness levels present and we all encourage each other like teammates, not like competitors. It's a safe space to work hard to become the best versions of ourselves. I highly recommend trying it out.

I simply adore this gym, bless its heart! Every visit feels like a warm, sweaty hug from the dear trainers, who are just so dedicated to making sure I discover muscles I didn’t even know I had. Their enthusiasm for pushing me through one more set of squats or lunges is truly a gift—my legs practically sing with gratitude (or is that just the soreness talking?). I love how they encourage me to keep going, even when I’m pretty sure I’ve earned a nap instead. This place is just too perfect at lovingly nudging me toward fitness. Proceed with caution, new folks—you might fall in love with the grind like I did!

This is hands-down one of the best places to come and get physically fit, the trainers here like their job and you will be seen, we’ve tried lots of places only to be disappointed with their programs and trainers…. They have something special going on here and you need to come check it out. They also offer stretching which has been awesome for me getting my mobility back after surgery.

If you want to physically and mentally better yourself and do it around good people, join StayFITT! My wife and I have been members for over two years, and we cannot get enough of it. Highly recommend this gym! It gives a very community based feel unlike any other gym I have been to. Everyone who has a membership is part of the community so you pretty much know everyone versus walking into a box gym after months still feeling like you don’t know anyone.
The group classes are really well paced and energetic with really amazing and experienced instructors that help you to really push yourself!
I really like that they offer a variety of classes that have different focuses. I really enjoyed their strength training days, they have different stations setup really well organized that you rotate through.
This gym is great to take the guesswork out of your training. You can walk in each day not having to worry about what exercises you’re going to do and if you’re going to get a good workout.
Very uplifting and positive energy here, couldn’t recommend enough!

I joined StayFITT in June 2024, and it quickly became more than just a gym for me—it became my gym family. I have been going to StayFITT and working with LaRee and the coaches there for a year now, and have been very happy with the guidance and support they have provided. StayFitt has a very open, friendly, and welcoming vibe that I really appreciate, while still being all about getting strong! I have been a lifelong outdoor athlete, but never a real weight lifter. LaRee and Coach Krissy have been excellent in giving me the basics to start safely (I’m 58) and then progress to more advanced movements. I’m putting on muscle, gaining strength, and having a great time doing it. My wife has been training with them as well, and they have done a fantastic job of accommodating her preexisting orthopedic issues and injuries.
If you want to learn weightlifting, get strong, and stay fit, I highly recommend LaRee and StayFITT!

Stay Fitt is absolutely incredible! LaRee and her team of trainers truly care about everyone at the gym. I have been doing the group training. The workouts are rigorous, but all levels are welcome and they’ll help you modify and check your form. Plus, all the people who work out here are friendly and willing to help each other out, too. They also make it fun with great music, monthly challenges, and celebrate with you as you hit workout benchmarks (25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 workouts, I believe) I’ve done 28 workouts so far, and I have definitely been feeling a difference. I am going to do their next nutrition challenge leading into the holidays as well. I also love that there are so many times offered, so as a business owner with a fluctuating schedule I have a variety of times to choose from each day (so you won’t miss a type of workout you want because it’s at a bad time) Having a real community feel vs a big gym or working out at home helps keep me accountable and looking forward to going to the gym. This is exactly what I needed in my life, a change, more personal experience, people who encourage you and help you reach your goals and an exciting atmosphere. They make it fun - always doing something different so you don’t get bored and the time flies. I don’t do well at regular gyms that feel more like a fashion show or meat market. The trainers at StayFitt really know their stuff and the members are all so friendly and welcoming. No judgement or uncomfortable awkwardness here! This gym is wonderful for anyone wanting to get stronger and perform at a higher level. The group setting and trainers are motivating and challenging, yet fun and energetic. The workouts are varied a lot, so you get well-balanced workouts. Most movements can be modified to be either harder or easier, depending on your current ability. I used to do Crossfit, but kept getting injured. This gym has a similar emphasis on functional movements and strength, but more emphasis on good form and less on speed.

This is very much a happy place for me. After moving away from my last gym, I was on a search for one that could deliver and boy did I find that and so much more.
They have a great schedule that is very well rounded with a mix of strength days, HIIT days and some with a mix of everything. You are pushed the entire time regardless of the level you’re at; It’s a community as much as it is a gym. You can track your progress using the app, schedule yourself for classes, log your PRs and see what’s upcoming for that week.
The staff is incredible, every coach there will push you and push you to hold yourself accountable. If you want to start a fitness/wellness journey, this is a great place to drop in for a class.

I started coming here last week, and I am thrilled I found this place!
I'm more of an introvert and I've been content exercising at home, by myself. It was a big step outside of my comfort zone, but I'm glad I did it.
The trainers (LaRee included) have been so helpful. They are quick to offer help with my form, as most of these moves are new to me. Theyre also great about offering modifications.

LaRee, I just wanted to take a moment and compliment your gym, programming, culture and environment.
I have been working out for my whole life. Started with gymnastics then started coaching and training bootcamp classes, private training sessions, CrossFit and everything in between. I have been to many gyms and even owned my own personal training business at one point. I’ve worked with kids and adults alike and am no stranger to the “gym life”.
I’ve taken a few years off and have tried to workout on my own and with all of my knowledge and the equipment I own, you would think I had all the tools to stay in shape. But, no, I was lacking the community that I feel like I have found at Stay Fitt!
Although it’s only been one week since I started, I know a good thing when I see it. I have been sore every day for the past week, but a good sore. I actually feel more agile and energetic since starting at Stay Fitt. I don’t feel like I need to prove myself, or be the best or the fastest. I feel like I can show up, put in the work, make some friends in the process and go home feeling accomplished. And I appreciate this more than you know. So, thank you for doing what you do and offering such a great place to look forward to going to each day.

I have really enjoyed going to this gym- I have gone to many gyms in the area and this one has a great mix of cardio and weights but the thing I’m most impressed by is the quality of the trainers and their desire to help me reach my goals. I started coming in July shortly after a major surgery and All the coaches were aware and helped me modify as needed. It has been right over 3 months now and I love it here! Each class is different each day and it’s like a community of encouragers no matter the fitness level. Coming from a pure cardio running background, I love that many of the moves are not always with dumbbells. I have gained muscle and this has tremendously helped my lower back and hip issues. I've attended StayFITT for several months now and it has been amazing. The gym is clean and well managed, the equipment is in great shape, the coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the program really works. Staff encourages and motivates but they are not pushy or annoying. LaRee is awesome ! Have lost twenty pounds so far this summer and ten more to go with her advice, coaching and support. No pressure just encouragement, support and the right level of push to make you accountable. Best of all I didn’t need to radically change my eating and suffer on lettuce salad. Instead she gave me smart tweaks to make it work for me. Can’t recommend her enough. Even kept the weight off on a three week holiday , including a cruise , whilst enjoying the buffet, smartly.

I love this gym! I love that it is in a class setting and the trainer is there to help everyone with form and encouragement. The workouts alternate each day. This gym has it all! It’s not at all intimidating working with weights. In fact, it’s a total education on how to lift. It’s high energy with science backed exercises but with out the crazy constant cardio. They have Great personal trainers who are motivating, positive and make sure you’re doing everything correctly and not hurting yourself. It’s a place for both beginners and serious lifters. Not only that but the gym also offers challenges, personal nutrition and personal training. But what I love most about are the people or sense of community you get from group training. I started 1 year ago after having had 2 total knee replacements and not working out for nearly 3 years. There were many things I could not do full range of motion, such as forward and back lunges, squats, any kind of kneeling. After pushing hard this past year I can now do all those things that were super hard. I’m grateful for the amazing coaches that have been there to always provide modified exercises and correcting my form when needed. The atmosphere is amazing. Stay Fit Training is definitely the gym with the best value and results.

Absolutely LOVE this gym!! The owner/coach, LaRee, is so knowledgeable, passionate & caring & has definitely made this gym a place where everyone is welcome, can work out hard but also have fun at the same time! Each & every class is different & never repetitive or boring. Everyone here, all the coaches & clients, is dedicated & friendly & gives 110% when coaching or working out! This is the place to be, no matter what level you are at. I highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I have been training with the owner of Stay Fitt Training for many years. It was been great to see their dreams of owning a gym come true. The desire she has to help people get healthier, be stronger, and achieve personal goals can all be seen in the creation of this place.
The workout program is set up to have both hit and strength days each week, but are always being switched up. This is so helpful so my body does not get used to the same thing week over week day over day.
All the trainers have great energy to keep you motivated during the entire workout. Always making sure your form is on point. They make sure the weights you are using is still challenging enough.
The members are amazing. No matter what time of day I attend a class I always feel welcomed and good encouraging energy from those working out with me.
