Breeβs energy is so contagious; she keeps every session fun and challenging. She is very encouraging and creative with workouts that are tailored specifically to my goals. Tanner is incredibly knowledgeable, offering tips and insights that have made a huge difference in my progress. And KyLee is awesome, so positive and motivating during workouts.
The gym itself is spotless, well-equipped, and has a great vibe. Whether youβre a beginner or advanced, the trainers here truly care and make every workout worthwhile. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their fitness and have a great time doing it!

Working with Tanner is enlightening and inspiring. All of us want to *look* better, but Tanner is very mindful and committed to also teaching approaches and a mindset of lifelong *health*. Strength, stamina, and flexibility, beyond the standard "weight loss" or "big muscles" we hear so much about everywhere else.
Tanner has been helping me reach my personal goals with zero judgment or shaming, while still helping keep the bigger picture of *health*, and what that really entails, in focus. He's said that he aims to have me learn at least one new thing with every appointment, and I truly have learned at least one (and usually three, four, or five) big "aha!" concepts at every visit.
I feel like my personal workouts are becoming increasingly effective with every subsequent appointment I have with Tanner. We're actually still pretty early in the process - less than a month - but the difference between my workouts now vs. before are already a world apart.

This has been a great experience. I was/am extremely overweight. I never thought weightlifting would be key to losing so much. Tanner makes you feel comfortable without any judgment. You can feel his passion for helping people. He teaches you and gives you the full education on the why weβre doing the things we are. If youβre looking for real weight loss the right, healthy way, he is the guy you want to work with. Definitely recommend.

Tanner is awesome and definitely knows his stuff (not to mention heβs absolutely jacked). With so much misinformation out there, he does a great job at educating and setting things straight.
The new gym is pretty nice too. Theyβre still getting it set up, but the equipment they have is great and it sounds like they have some cool plans in the works
