This program is amazing and the coaches and team are extraordinary! The workouts are varied and as challenging as you desire. If you want to build or maintain strength, flexibility, and stamina to continue to live independently, this program is for you! The coaches are able to adapt workout to accommodate individual needs. All you need to do is show up and join the fun!

So glad I tried the Fit Body Forever program! It’s so much fun and so rewarding to see and feel the improvements in my overall strength and stamina! The coaches are AWESOME and the facility is really great, with a springy floor that is easy on the knees. The atmosphere is very supportive and they do not yell at you at all, despite it being a Bootcamp! Thank you so much for providing this less strenuous Bootcamp option!

I just love everything about the Fit Body Forever program. The coaches are amazing! I feel comfortable because it is a small group and we get one-on-one attention with skilled trainers. The programs are excellent and are geared towards the 55+ age group. Everyday is different so I never get bored. I have improved my strength, stamina and balance all while having fun and meeting new friends! I actually look forward to working out now! That is a win in my book!

WOW!! Fit Body Forever is a game changer! I am able to get my entire workout in without feeling like I’ve been hit by a truck! I feel supported by the coaches and the community of participants is unmatched. For someone who didn’t going to a gym for fear of not being able to “keep up” I LOVE FIT BODY FOREVER! It’s exactly what I was looking for and they even made me feel like an athlete! No judgments! I can see why they call it Forever because I plan on doing it FOREVER!!
