If this gym ditched its redundant (and very odd) leg machines (that I have never seen anyone use; most people use the more traditional ones) and got a hip adductor/abductor machine, it would be a killer little gym! That's the one thing holding it back from being five stars. It's a great gym and the best in the area but the lack of a hip machine is a glaring deficiency especially considering how much room those weird machines take up. A huge machine just to work one leg at a time? And you have to move to the other, mirror image machine to work the other leg? Strange.

Update: Had to cancel the membership because I caught the problematic employee talking about me to other members at the gym after she found out about my last Google review. I found her behavior very inappropriate and unprofessional. However, the manager Alicia reached out to me and explained that this was not the first time that employee had been complained upon. I appreciate Alicia’s professional and quick response, but I no longer feel comfortable going to the gym and decided to choose another one in the area. It’s unfortunate because I did enjoy working out here.

Most of the staff is friendly and courteous except for this one middle aged woman named “Lisa”. She never greets or acknowledges guests and she even side eyed dirty looks at me when I walked in. Very strange. She also eats behind the front counter and dips her finger in a jar of hummus and licks the hummus off her finger. Absolutely disgusting. I go to gyms in LA and NYC, and have never seen someone this rude.

This is an awesome gym! Clean, the atmosphere is great. The staff is so helpful, especially Lisa. She goes above & beyond on a daily basis, she is an amazing motivator and personality to see first thing in the morning, or anytime of day! Thanks hammerfit!

An outstanding facility for a workout. Staff is cordial especially Lisa who I see daily at 4:30 in the morning. Many of us are fortunate to have such a professional open so early so the early birds can get their daily workout done by 7am. Keep up the good work Lisa..
