No matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for you here. Our gym is custom-made right in our two-car garage. We believe that there are four components necessary in order to achieve success when it comes to fitness and lifestyle change: be humble in the process, show up with integrity, set intentions, and most importantly, be willing to put in the time.

MK cultivates an atmosphere for supportive focus, radical acceptance, and fierce positivity. Each person is welcomed; attention to good form to prevent injuries and attention to goal setting and progress helps each person grow at their own pace and on their own path. Can't ask for more than that!

Got through my PT for my back, then some machines to evenly strengthen some core, then the real stuff with HIIT Performance. There’s no way to get in this kind of shape with machines or yoga. Took a year for me personally, but now? 3 million dollar man.

Working with MK has been one of the most meaningful experiences of my fitness journey. I’ve had a prosthetic leg my entire life and have always made it a point not to let it define me—or my abilities. But it’s rare to find a trainer who truly understands and respects that. From day one, MK focused on my strengths, not my limitations. She never saw my disability as a barrier—just something to adapt to with thoughtfulness and intention.

Thanks to her support, I’ve become stronger, more confident and now I’m able to join group classes. The progress I’ve made is real, both physically and mentally. When I ended up in PT after struggling with recurrent running injuries, they pointed out that the best defense (against injuries) can be a good offense (having any core/glute strength to speak of).
As a longtime runner, I never had much interest in “going to the gym” and was intimidated at the prospect. I stumbled across MK’s two-car garage gym in my search, and that sounded fun and approachable! I’m so grateful that I gave it a try.
MK is an absolute professional, and has created such a positive, supportive and productive environment at HIIT Performance Training! I usually go twice a week to her workout classes, and over many months now, even as I’ve become familiar with a wide range of exercises, no class is ever exactly the same. MK puts so much thought into the setup and planning around her classes - all you have to do is show up and reap the benefits of a full-body strength and conditioning workout!
She keeps things fun and makes sure everyone gets the most out of their time - every part of the workout has modifications and ways to challenge yourself. MK is super attentive - offering a word of encouragement or a patient correction of your form right when you need it!
The group classes are such a great environment - it’s often a mix of folks from many different walks of life, building a really positive and supportive environment as everyone works towards their own fitness and health goals. I have noticed a profound difference since I started months ago - I feel stronger, fitter, and more well-rounded.

Every class structure is incredibly inclusive to all levels, and MK is always there to offer any needed adjustments or substitutions. This is an incredible gym and facility. MK is so personable, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone!
I join MK twice a week focusing on upper body strength training and core on Mondays and lower body strength training and core on Fridays. Yesterday's class was EPIC! She combined lower body strength with cardio and core and I left the gym happily exhausted and feeling healthy and strong.
