There is so much to love about this studio. The classes are perfectly sized and the group of people who come are so supportive of everyone’s fitness journey. There is zero judgement and doing what feels good for your body is celebrated. I had been missing fitness in my life and this was exactly what I needed to get me back to feeling like me physically and mentally. I can’t wait to continue with with all the different class offerings.

I came to TGCF wanting to level up from my home workout plan. I have chronic back pain and it’s important for me to keep my back body strong. I wanted to learn how to use and lift heavier weights (and other gym equipment I don't have access to at home). Hilary’s studio is clean, beautifully put together and welcoming, and personal training with Hilary has been an exceptional experience. She is extremely knowledgable, supportive and kind yet she inspires me to really push myself in the best way. TGCF is where it’s at!

I just started training at Take Good Care Fitness and love it. The Collective small group training model works well for those who prefer to workout with others, but value individualized plans and trainer support. Very encouraging and inclusive environment!

Love Hilary! While I haven’t been in her studio personally, I’ve taken advantage of her online program Welcome to the Iron Jungle.
The program itself was exactly what I was looking for as a busy mom who owns her own business. I’m limited on time and don’t necessarily need the personal coach aspect - I like to work out at home, but I needed support with figuring out my work outs and needed some motivation to try new things. This was exactly what I was I looking for and has been fantastic for me!
Working with Hilary is just a bonus!

I absolutely love TGCF and their focus on showing up for yourself and doing what is best for YOU. As someone who’s struggled with an eating disorder I was very nervous about doing group exercise. But the vibe is so welcoming, and very “do what is best for your body” focused. It’s given me the chance to tune into my body more and really listen to what it needs each class. At TGCF I feel empowered to work hard and push myself in a way that is safe and healthy for me!

I’ve been working with Hilary for a couple years. I started by doing her programming on demand at home and loved her training style and programming. I’ve done countless zoom trainings with Hilary and love her approach to training, always meeting ourselves where we are at, pushing ourselves when it’s the right time and resting when needed. Hilary’s approach and kindness to fitness is refreshing in this industry and I love coming in person to classes at her cozy gym space in a small group setting. Theres always plenty of alternatives and options she gives us to make the workout our own! Also gotta love another glute lover!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Hilary... but I will try! I decided I couldn’t work out on my own and I really wanted to rev up my body and to commit to 1 month of working out 3 days a week. Hilary was recommended to me and turns out I know a lot of women who work with her! She brings her knowledge, she makes it fun, we chat about business and entrepreneurship and then the hour is done! I never quite knew what circuit training was and I love that she keeps switching things up so they seem more manageable. While I grunt and groan my way through it, I’m so happy that I did it when it’s over. I super appreciated her working her schedule to work with mine. Her communication was great and I always felt comfortable in her beautiful space. The location couldn’t be better in the Maltex building and being able to shower there right after was perfect. Hilary is so sweet and just lovely to be around and I’m so happy to have made a new friend. I plan to keep working with her 2 x a week now that I’ve kickstarted my butt. It would be easy to feel weak and full of anxiety after this past month but I feel lucky that I could put my aggravation and frustration into getting myself stronger. We should all channel our rage this way! Thank you Hilary! ❤️

Training with Hilary has been one of the best decisions I’ve made when it comes to my health and happiness! Originally, I started training with her just to be held accountable for strength training because it was something new and unfamiliar. Hilary creates an atmosphere that’s no pressure, energizing, and FUN! She’s willing to work with me and help me create new goals as I continue to get stronger and more comfortable with strength training. I recommend her highly for anyone!

Attending training sessions with Hilary is the absolute highlight of my week and something I genuinely look forward to. I began attending training with the simple goal of moving more and being held accountable after two years of remote work with minimal movement. However, what I continue to receive out of training sessions at TGCF training sessions is so much more- an extremely welcoming, inclusive and positive environment created by Hilary that truly makes you feel good about your body ands it’s abilities. Hilary is an extremely skilled trainer who is so dedicated to helping all of her clients achieve whatever movement goals they have in meaningful, encouraging and safe ways. There is no pressure or judgment, but rather endless amounts of celebration for where you are at and where YOU want to go. Hilary trains with a loving, kind and positive demeanor that makes you feel nothing but amazing and proud after your sessions together. In addition, Hilary is a very passionate body-positive advocate and prioritizes health and well-being at every size. It is so clear that Hilary’s goal is to make her clients feel good after each session and she truly takes care with each and everyone of them. My experience at TGCF has been nothing but exceptional and I truly can not recommend Hilary’s training sessions enough!

No matter if you’re signing up for the monthly membership (totally do this if you can!!) or online or in person classes. When I first started training with Hilary I had tendonitis in both knees. I could barley walk let alone go up and downstairs.We slowly worked on strengthening the correct muscles and now I am not only doing stairs but I am also squatting with a 25lb weight! This makes life 10000xs easier!!!
