Erich is the absolute best!! After a couple of months, I even signed up my wife for her training. She loves his style, too. I highly recommend him to those looking for a highly customized training program. Teresa and Steve have been very cooperative and understanding in meeting my scheduling needs. LOVE the place.

This team does a great job of working with you on scheduling, working through plateaus and challenges. My personal favorites are Steve and Erich at the Reston location. Erich is a little rough around the edges, but has helped me with transformative results in dealing with hypermobility issues in a year of persistent training (combined with my own work - yoga, massage therapy, chiropractic)! I've gone from being in so much pain throughout my body that exercise was the last thing I wanted to do, to regularly working out and learning modifications to get me through the adjustment periods for a lifetime sustainable practice. Of course, your personal dedication to yourself motivates how much the trainers can help you too. Thanks for continuing to push me through the tough spots! :)

I highly recommend the great trainers at 1To1 Fitness - Reston. I have working with them for 2 years and appreciate the customized approach that gives consideration to any physical issues (e.g., back, knee) to ensure you build strength while avoiding injury. Every time you come in they check-in on how you are feeling and adjust as needed. As COVID-19 has resulted in closures they quickly transitioned to virtual training. Honestly was not sure how that would work, but really great workout!
