I have exercised at One to One for twenty years!!
This relationship has made a huge difference in my life by disciplining me to show up, push myself, do things I would not do on my own.
The flexibility to change my schedule, even the night before, has a significant benefit. My schedule changes, and One to One accommodates me!!

1TO1 is an excellent option for regular training. I am amazed at how many different exercises can be employed in a 45 minute session! Having different trainers each session prevents boredom while pushing to meet my goals. They all are knowledgeable and very supportive!

One on One trainers are excellent. They are all detail oriented, expert in exercise physiology, creative and overall outstanding trainers. The sessions are well organized, efficient and effective. Safety is always considered as well.

Personal with attention to detail. Very knowledgeable about the body and are good helping me keep to my goals while adapting to things like injured body parts, of which I have a few as Iβm over 60. And I had worked with a PT before and they did not seem to have an appreciation for what my body needed. 1to1 has that in every session

I have been a member of one to one for over 30 years, training once or twice weekly. The staff are all knowledgeable and consider your personal wishes for exercise as well as your current health. I attribute my healthy heart in part to my training at one to one regularly!

The one training session I had was good, but seemed rather hurried. I called one trainer, was contacted by another, and then trained by a third. There were no follow-up calls or email.

What a great experience - Amy was detailed oriented with explanations and descriptions of exercises and equipment. She was very patient while working with me and showed and demonstrated a large variety of exercises for my particular goal.The gym is spacious and open so you don't feel crowded in like in some places and it' well lit with windows for added light :)

Love this place. All the trainers are great. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. People of all ages workout here. The gym is well organized and clean and bathrooms have more than all one needs to get ready. It has been the ideal solution for me for accountability on my workouts 2-3 times per week. Five stars from me.

I cannot say enough great things about 1to1 Fitness. All of the trainers that I have worked with have done a fabulous job of balancing pushing me to my limits and making sure that iβm not too sore so that I want to come back again. They are really great at coaching me on the correct form for each exercise to ensure my safety. They have all been so nice and helped me immensely. Highly recommend!!

Wow, I feel spoiled after training here at 1to1 Fitness. Don't know how I'll ever to go a normal gym again!!!
Initially, I was intimidated by the thought of having someone watch me workout the entire time. But once I had my first session, I was hooked! It is so beneficial to have someone help you correct your form (to avoid injuries), motivate you, and lead you through personalized workouts without you having to think about what exercise comes next!
They have a wide variety of machines and equipment with things Iβve never used before, which made it fun! The space is so clean, the equipment is spread out, and they never have too many people training at once so it never feels overcrowded.
I trained with three new trainers, Anthony, Von, and Solmon (may have completely butchered the spelling here!), and they were all very informative and personable, which is a true testament to how well-trained and professional their trainers are here! I also have an injured ankle, so they were mindful of that and tailored my workouts to help me strengthen it!
Pat, the owner, is so accommodating and enthusiastic. You can tell he loves what he does and that is very inspiring!!
I highly recommend training here. Youβll be looking forward to going back once you get started! :)

I get outstanding guidance in working out so I avoid injury. Plus, my trainer coordinator coordinates with my physical therapist who in turn coordinates with my doctor so everyone is on the same page. I know my physical therapist has been very impressed with how knowledgeable my trainer coordinator is.

My husband and I joined this gym about a month ago and couldn't be happier. We workout with the team of personal trainers and there's not a negative thing to say about anyone! From the first trial session we had we felt so welcome and comfortable. The team is so encouraging and really take the time to understand your previous injuries, goals, and level of intensity. My husband had a previous back injury/surgery and the team has been SOO conscientious to modify exercises for him and work on strengthening the surrounding muscle groups to avoid a future injury. Nothing but AWESOME things to say about 1TO1 Fitness!
