I’ve had the pleasure of taking Andrea’s yoga class a few times and really got a lot out of them, mostly because of her knowledge in anatomy and her energetic personality. My 12 year old daughter is a competitive gymnast and jump roper. She initially started seeing Andrea using red light therapy for a minor ankle sprain. The red light helped so much and her recovery time was much shorter. She then saw Andrea for personal training focusing on myofascial release - releasing tight areas in her feet, hips and shoulders from jump rope practice. Her sessions helped my daughter increase flexibility and strength necessary for competitions. It was hard work for my daughter, but the results speak for themselves! Andrea is a breath of fresh air. She is very easy to talk with and my daughter was completely at ease with her during training sessions. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a student in Andrea’s group fitness classes for years and can’t say enough about her knowledge and dedication! This summer, I brought my son to her for personal training after a multi-year struggle with hip pain. He’s a Division I cross country athlete who had already worked with physical therapists and orthopedic doctors, but made little progress. Andrea’s deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology proved invaluable—she helped him build strength in his hip and get back to running pain-free. Six out of five stars—highly recommend!

Andrea is absolutely fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and energetic. She truly cares about her clients’ individual needs and goals and customizes your workouts accordingly. She checks in regularly and is always available to answer questions, even in between sessions. I have noticed a significant improvement not only in my strength, endurance, and mobility, but also in my everyday life. I could not recommend her more!!!

Andrea is a phenomenal trainer. When I started training with Andrea, I didn’t fully understand nor appreciate all that a personal trainer brings to my workouts. I initially thought that I would do 10 training sessions and then I would work out on my own. While I could have stayed with my initial plan, I realized that Andrea’s expertise takes my workouts to the next level. Something I can’t do on my own. She took the time to understand my goals and set up my workouts to help me achieve my goals. She also took the time to understand my limitations and has work arounds ready when needed. Andrea has taught me the value of working out with a trainer. Each workout is different and challenges me (which fits perfectly with my personality). If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Andrea and Abate Wellness!

Andrea is awesome — enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. I went to puppy yoga recently and it was my first time but definitely won’t be my last. I’ve been practicing yoga with Andrea for a several months and she has definitely helped me physically and mentally gained confident in my practice after a long medical recovery. I've gained so much flexibility and strength because she challenges me during my practice. I've grown to love her personally because she has a gentle soul that radiates the studio when she enters. She has a true passion for yoga and she brings such a peaceful energy everywhere she teaches.
