My daughter began dancing with Amanda 12 years ago before Amanda even started Allonge. So I have been able to talk to Amanda personally and hear her convictions of the importance of technique, friendship, modesty, excellence, and truth. She has kept to her convictions as my daughter has danced over these years. Allonge is a welcoming, encouraging, and active dance studio that has opportunities for all ages and abilities. My daughter's instructors have shared the vision and I would highly recommend this studio to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about Allonge. This studio has been the best we have ever been to. They are all about helping their students and parents with anything. They are always willing to help. My daughter loves going to Allonge because she loves her teachers and Ms. Amanda. I have never seen it experienced any bad things. The Feircest- an Unlikely Redememption show 2023, was fantastic. The dancers all beautiful. The music and story line about kindness and forgivness was exactly what we all needed. Talented dancers flawlessly took you through the night with beauty and grace. The teachers dedication and skill was evident with every performance. Seeing the excitement of dancers and teachers during the finale with the audience cheers was amazing.

Such an incredible talent a dance instructor must have to rework a recital the night before due to the unprofessional actions of now former students/families. I can’t imagine how stressful it’s been, but it speaks volumes that the show has carried on and morale has not been shattered.

My daughter joined Allonge Dance Academy 4 years ago after auditioning for their Christmas ballet The Least of These. We have had a wonderful experience. She has grown so much in technique and grace. The studio offers a variety of performance opportunities for the dancers throughout the season. My daughter is a part of Allonge’s Ensemble performance team and a member of Cornerstone Ballet Company. This studio has been a blessing to us and we thank all of the teachers, dancers, and parents that make this studio home ❤️

We will no longer be attending the studio because the way we have been treated by the owner.The expectations of the studio were no where near met as promised on the website. Some people attending the studio may not see the problem because they haven’t worked/ met the owner.

Allonge lives up to their Christian values! Or family is going through a bit of a financial struggle and I asked if there was anything they had that could help us bridge the gap. They gladly offered a scholarship which helped very much. They are so living to not only their students but are sensitive to the needs of their families as well. I love that they offer extra activities like movie and PJ night and a Valentine's dance. It's a wonderful place to make new friends. I am proud to call Allonge our dance studio and we'll continue with them as long as we live in Suffolk.

Allonge' Dance Academy is a great place to ensure your child will obtain a solid understanding of dance in general along with teamwork and communication skills and building of self esteem. Our daughter has attended for the last 3-4 years and has grown tremendously in all the above areas. Students are encouraged to do their best and to support their peers and respect their teachers. The studio also maintains a clear focus on community involvement (ex parades, fundraisers, performance events, donating time, etc). Recitals are 'top notch', organized and professional. Parents of students typically work together to support their children in each class. A good, family oriented, supportive, solid dance academy and dance family.

My daughter has been dancing with Allonge for almost 3 years now. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience, the instructors, and the dancers! I know we can count on them for nothing but the best. Whether it’s the time and dedication put in to the dancers, performances, or events we participate in with Allonge. Our daughter used to be shy and very self conscious. Over the years she has grown so much because of them. She has learned about responsibility, dedication and commitment. It is a love of hers and she takes pride in her dance and enjoys being able to expresses herself through it. She has also gained a new second family whether it’s her dance instructors or class mates that she is lucky enough to call friends now. We look forward to spending many more years with Allonge and watching our girl continue to grow and develop an even bigger love for dance because of them. Forever grateful.

We drove 2 1/2 hours to watch my granddaughter at this amazing recital! It was heartwarming, and entertaining. The young people performing looked like they were having a wonderful time. The talent shown by the older girls was amazing. The little ones looked so confident on stage in front of a packed house. So glad they remembered the true meaning of Christmas through the music selections. Some negative reviewers need to remember that we were in Suffolk, Virginia, at a small Christmas recital and not on Broadway in NYC!
