Han and Conner were super helpful. I was worried my membership was going to auto renew for two years and I’m changing up jobs this fall so I wanted to avoid a lengthy commitment in case it didn’t work out. They double checked and made sure I was month to month and offered to freeze my account so we have time to figure out the job situation and new schedule. Easy to do stuff over the phone or in person and not pushy at all.

An excellent place to get a sweat on. The atmosphere created by the clientele is welcoming and friendly with none of the gym-bro nonsense that can be off putting or unpleasant at other gyms. The manager is attentive and quick to respond to issues while remaining flexible and kind when it is required. A great place to be a member.

Guided to walk out the same door I came in. Closed doors; part of company policy. This visit was for a trial. Ms. Elizabeth at the Centreville branch on 25th Oct. spoke that nobody is doing 7/3 day trials. I suggested my sign in sheet be crossed out. Ms. Elizabeth assured that no further massaging will happen. Two spam emails and two texts in two days of contact (Email: - Welcome to trial -7 day trial as statedd in the eariler email is for 3 days. Text:- auto reply invite to a tour- why they cant be reached on a Sunday).

Would give this gym zero stars if I could- if you are thinking about joining look elsewhere. First the gym itself: dirty, small, overpriced. During the midst of a pandemic I went multiple times when there were no paper towels in any of the machines, no spray, and trash overflowing. As if the health concerns weren't enough, there are condescending signs all over threatening 50 dollar charges for not wiping down equipment...hard to do with no materials to do so. The gym is tiny for the price, no group classes, constantly having issues with A/C.

Other issues: After a year of these issues I knew I wouldn't be continuing but cancelling is impossible. After calling and emailing multiple times I never heard back from management to get a cancelation form, instead I was continually charged, blamed for the situation, and offered no solutions.

Listen to the poor reviews- this place is gross and a rip off.

Elizabeth who signed us up was very friendly and went over all the details with us. She's definitely a keeper, so get this girl a raise! Also the gym is nice for the price and has all the equipment you'd expect a gym to have AND it's open 24/7.

Small footprint gym with all the equipment you need for a quality workout. The whole space is kept very clean and members are excellent about cleaning the equipment themselves and wearing masks while circulating throughout the gym. Excited to continue my membership with Anytime Fitness this summer.

Beyond disappointed in their customer service. After multiple months of trying to get a hold of someone via multiple phone numbers, emails, speaking with different ABC Financial representatives and supervisors I am still waiting to receive a cancellation form to cancel my membership and continue to be charged.

Was hesitant to rate this gym because I hate a crowded gym. The better the ratings the more people come. However given all the negative reviews I also don't want my location to close.

This gym is a good size, all the equipment and free weights you need. If you want a gym that Pampers you, this is not it. It's for those who are self motivated hence 24hr access... it's implied. I've been active in Gyms for over 20 years, this isn't the fanciest, but far from the worst. I think for the money and 24hr access, it's the perfect spot.

I've been working out here for last 4 years.

This gym needs to be torn down and go for an all out re-du. A friend of mine said at least I didn’t go when it was crowded, I said how can this place not be crowded there was only one other person in the entire gym and we wer on top of Each other. I feel bad for people who only have this gym to attend it’s inadequate to say the very least. The gym in my basement is this places only rival

I recently was a part of a free trial, and I am so glad I was. The workers are not friendly at all. I went in twice, one was a female, and other a male. When I asked to get a tour of the place and asked additional questions I felt like such a burden. That was with the male. With the female I told her I was taking place in the free trial and she talked only business. She did not say “hi”, “welcome”, “enjoy”, “have a good day” or anything. She walked past me several times without saying a word. I rather work out some place where I’m welcomed with a friendly environment. Other than the employees, it would have been a great gym to go to. They have a great selection of equipment. I didn’t finish my free trial and will be signing up at a gym elsewhere.

This is just my experience and opinion. Great place to workout, never crowded, and never had to wait for others to finish. Very friendly staff and always willing to help and accomadate members needs. I highly recommend this place if you don't want to over pay for other gyms.

This gym was perfect for the couple months I was home for college. It was clean, not too crowded, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the equipment offered satisfied all of my needs. I love the fact that it is open 24 hrs. Would recommend to others.

This is a great smaller gym. All the machinery usually works and (outside of rush hours) it is usually not overly busy. The music they play is great and the guy who runs it is very understanding and helpful. It's pretty cheap and its 24/7. All around great gym.

nice enough gym location. The space is a bit small, and accordingly the bathrooms can have a line. But the equipment is very comprehensive and in good condition. The temperature is consistently good (not too hot and humid, nor too cold). Nice cold water too.

They really need to expand into another unit.

This is a great gym. I work very far away and very early or very late shifts so a 24 hour gym that does not cost an arm and a leg is a must.

Pros:
Secure and private facility.
Fantastic customer service from Anytime Centreville staff.
Cardio equipment is the latest and greatest.
Wide selection of workout equipment, kettle balls, jump ropes, medicine balls, body bars, group fitness, TRX and lots more.
Class room you can use to train when not in use.
Great location.
Inspiration everywhere you look.
Shower room is very nice and spacious.
The water fountain is filtered and has a dedicated stream to refill your own water bottle.
Multiple locations.
They have all types of signs, quotes, pictures, and visuals to motivate you.
Most members have correct gym etiquette.
Lots of personal training options.

Cons:
3rd party billing
Small footprint, so when the gym is not busy you may occasionally end up with people too close to your space or using 'your' equipment in between sets.
No Sauna.
They only clean once per day so depending what time you come the sinks may not be 'immaculate'.

Very insensitive employees and creepy facility.

No lockers for your car keys and phone, much less a wallet or purse. Only open cubbies by the member entrance within plain sight of the outside windows.

ONE women's and ONE men's restroom, each with two showers. What good is two showers without a private commode? What if you want to go to the bathroom while someone is taking a shower? The employee told me members sometimes use whichever restroom is open, regardless of gender. I understand they're not providing full locker rooms, but the facilities are woefully inadequate.

They don't seem to have pens. They have no printed material about their facility and offerings to take home. The pre-opening offer had been extended, but of course, that was just for today. Yeah, right.

I signed up for a free 7 day pass, and returned the following day for an assessment. The employee from the previous day said I could warm up on a tread mill since the person I had an appointment with was running late. I told him I don't know how to use a tread mill, but he didn't bother to show me. So I stood around for 10 minutes. No attempt to make me feel welcome or encourage me for even coming back for the assessment.

The assessment was performed by a different employee. I was told she was a personal trainer. She did not offer any information about her training, background, or certification(s). I was given the tsk, tsk about various habits and lifestyle choices. Why was this person judging me? I am an older person who takes some common medications. The trainer launched into a speech about nutrition and how I could eliminate these medications with proper fitness. She started pushing books on me and quoting studies. STOP! I have no fitness background. It was a very big step to even be there, and I'm getting a lecture? How is that going to encourage me to come back?

At the end of the assessment, I thought I was going to be given a program for using various machines, but no--that's a separate orientation. Either I missed that part or they didn't tell me. She didn't put me on a single machine to see what might be suitable. She thought I would benefit from paying an extra monthly fee for weekly personal training sessions, however.

To finish, I was rather unceremoniously put on a treadmill and told to walk for 15 minutes. Again, I said I don't know how to operate the machine. These are fancy treadmills with all sorts of features. All she bothered to show me was go, stop, speed up, and slow down. That was it. Not even how to plug in my phone to listen to music or TV. And then she walked away. She did not offer to schedule the orientation.

Needless to say, I have no plans of returning to Anytime Fitness in Centreville. They were uncaring, insensitive, and literally humiliating. I was in tears in at my frustration in trying to get them to understand I am starting from less than zero, and failing to get them to meet me at my level. The employees I encountered were incapable of doing that. They were judgmental, somewhat pushy, and not interested in ME.
