The manager signed me up for a full year long membership and then proceeded to close the gym down two weeks later. At no time during the transaction did he tell me this would be happening. I signed up for anytime because of how close it was to my residence. I've sent multiple emails attempting to get a refund and he said they are working on issuing refunds and now he no longer replies.

Anytime Fitness in Vienna VA is my gym for the past four years. The manager Travis is first class and always has a hello. He watches how I use the equipment and will make corrections if needed. The equipment is clean and not broken. When repairs are needed Travis gets them fixed. The exercise room is also clean and has plenty of mats and weights. Overall Anytime Fitness is a great gym with lots of friendly members.

Anytime Fitness in Vienna is a great small gym with a bunch of kind members. The staff at the gym is very professional and they have all the equipment you need to get in a great workout. The cardio room is well equipped and they also have a spacious exercise room in the back. Don’t hesitate to stop by and ask about a membership.

Not clean. Bad bathrooms/showers. Very difficult changing facilities, no shelves, hooks, etc. On the other hand, very convenient.

This place doesn't have clean bathrooms and the floors are filthy with dirt and need to be swept. There wasn't any soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Hair on the floors and dust under and on the cardio machines. I have been to a lot of Anytime's and this is the worst in NOVA. I will not be returning.

I’ve Been using this location for a number of years now. I think its more quiet. Since other gyms get more talk , this one is generally less populated and hence I can get an undisturbed workout in. But It gets hard to even walk around in this gym when people do come in. In those cases , I think people just don’t try long. Having said this, I think they have decent facilities. I like the hammer strength incline. I like the 2 racks. I like the floor space and more of a focus on free weights or body weight exercise. If machines , they some life fitness machines for folks to use. The studio area is mostly unused and if needing to do body weight stuff , there’s a spot for that

i am trying to cancel, I cannot cancel it. I went to Vienna center where I joined they my account in Chantilly. They say, I have to wait one year. I waited one year. Now, I called Chantilly and vienna, They say I am not in the system.

This gym is very mediocre compared to other AF locations in the area. No space and claustrophobic, particularly during peak time. Equipment is old. Bathroom/changing room always smells funky. Sketchy looking parking garage attached to the building. Some of the (older) gym members will sit at the weight machines for several minutes at a time and just stare at people - it's creepy and not a good look... I've noticed this several times. Employee (have only ever seen one working there) is nice when you approach him, but seems apathetic about his job - the gym would be in much better shape than it is if he wasn't!

Boutique gym in Vienna, with great training available,...check out KAMLife,... Khalid and Sherry have a diverse clientele base working with: Athletes, Fashion & Commercial Modeling, Rehab clients, Corporate-types, along with retirees and 'stay at home moms. Great location and very clean in the heart of Vienna.

I originally joined Anytime Fitness in Norfolk VA since is was open 24/7 and in close proximity to my house. I travel a lot which is why I ended up at the Vienna location.

So somewhat randomly I decided I wanted to work out after work one day and using the anytime fitness app I located the Anytime Fitness in Vienna and using my GPS made my way to it. At first I couldn't find the gym though I think this was primarily due to Signage laws in the area where it is located However, a quick phone call to the gym and I was told which restaurant it was above and where to park, as well as how to get to the door.

Upon entering the gym it is immediately obvious it is a small gym - even for Anytime Fitness standards. However, everyone was considerate and seemed to just work out what they needed to work out and carry on which to me is a sign of a good gym. I had absolutely no issues in gaining access to the equipment I needed. The gym equipment and bathroom were clean and seemingly well maintained and there was ample locker space for storage. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will certainly go back to this gym in my travels I have found I prefer Anytime Fitness over my previous primary gym.

Anytime canceled my membership because I asked them to follow the temperature, humidity, and air circulation safety requirements by professional sports and associations. And, I had asked them to replace the fan that has been overheating and shutting down, and the fan that is missing, for over a year. I wonder if they will refund the unused portion of my membership. Very nice AF in a quaint location. Be aware that it is upstairs with a very small sign. Somewhat cramped, but a full squat rack with 2 olympic bars and enough space to use them. Parking is on street so far as I could tell, though I notice a lot out the window.

Small but useful. The classes are probably the best asset -- going elsewhere for yoga is a bit more expensive. Other than that, it's a nice little utilitarian place with a good variety of cardio equipment and basic weights.

Expansion would certainly help, but the location is great, so that tradeoff might not be worth it.

I like this place for what it offers: A low-cost facility in which to work out. Despite somewhat cramped quarters, there's plenty of equipment for running, biking, stairs, free weights. In short, I'd recommend Anytime Fitness in Vienna if you are budget conscious and need the essentials. It's not for those seeking amenities like towel service and plush locker rooms.

Great place in a convenient location (and you can't beat the hours). It's not a large gym, by any means, but it has what I need (weights and cardio machines) and I rarely have issues sharing or waiting for equipment. Frankly, I prefer the smaller size. Less time walking between machines. If you're serious about working out, then this is a good gym. If you're more interested in talking and socializing than in keeping yourself fit, then somewhere else will suit you better.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. First, didn't know I was locked in for a year of payments. Decided to end my membership when I discovered safety issues that were not immediately addressed, only to then be told I could not cancel for another 10 months. I decided to use my membership one last time but my entry key didn't work, even though they charged me for the month. Other items that I didn't like - very small women's locker room - only 2-3 people could be in there at any one time comfortably. No towel service. Staff not always there to answer questions - like why my entry key didn't work.

This is one of the worst Gyms (Anytime fitness and others) I have ever been to. I have a traveling job and I travel around across the nation. I have at least tried 15 anytime fitness gyms and this is the worst I could imagine. Here is what makes the gym so bad:-

1. No parking to begin with. You will have to park ur vehicle really far.

2. No smith machine

3. treadmills do not show calorie count.

4. small and very very congested.

5. No proper machine for leg press. The leg press machine they have is the weirdest one I have ever seen.

6. No barbels.. Or just one. If you wanna do bent over rows then use dumbbells

Not recommended if you wanna go for serious body building.
