Attended a few classes here and the instructors were great. It’s a smaller studio than I am used to—but one of the nicest.
I wish I could make the commute more regularly, but I love that they allow drop ins! If you’re in town visiting or looking for a place to develop your practice, I definitely recommend stopping for a class.

So glad to have found a safe, nurturing spot to practice yoga close to home. All of the classes I've taken so far (Gentle, Yin, Restorative) have been brilliant, with helpful and kind instructors. Can't recommend them enough!

Heather is an amazing Yoga instructor and brings a deep sense of calmness and peace to her classes . She is very in tune with the spiritual as well the physical aspects of yoga and has a profound respect for the practice. She is very patient and willing to teach people regardless of their experience with Yoga. I highly recommend attending any of her classes. 10/10!

I am beyond excited about this hidden gem of a yoga studio in quaint Gordonsville. Amy has compiled a wonderful staff of amazing instructors, herself included. Classes with Katherine and Lori have been unbelievably nurturing. There are so many options for different levels and different schedules, I can’t wait to explore more! There is not enough time in my week to take enough classes at this studio!

Heather was a great instructor for my first experience at chair yoga. The poses made me feel better. Can't wait until next week!
