Northern Virginia's Premier Pole dance and Aerial fitness studio, situated in the heart of Loudoun county Sterling boasts of a strength building injury prevention robust Aradia curriculum. We focus on overall development and well-being of our students through a variety of classes offered at the studio such as Pole dance classes, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Hoops (Lyra), Aerial silks, conditioning classes, flexibility classes, Liquid motion classes, Cleo Rock N Pole, belly dance classes as well as restorative and meditation classes. If you’re curious about pole dancing, lyra (aerial hoop), aerial sling , or yoga , Aradia is a good place to begin your journey no matter your athletic level. The instructors are knowledgeable and keep safety a priority. It’s a fun environment and everyone is super encouraging. You will be shocked at what your body can do !

Fully knowledgeable and supportive staff offering various classes in many skill levels. So many fun things to learn in this clean and wonderful studio. I’m blessed to find my “refocus on me” place where I can exercise and escape from the everyday and returned refreshed.
