My son has been coming to Balance for about 3 years. He loves the Ninja program. The instructors and staff have made it so much fun for the kids, while teaching them discipline and fitness. They go over and beyond for all the kids. I highly recommend.

We toured all the area gyms and none were the right fit until we went to Balance. The facility is great, the staff was so welcoming to us and our 4 yr old daughter, after our trial class we knew this was going to our gym.

The teachers were kind, fun, and patient with our very excited girl who sometimes struggles to focus. They have a word of the month that they focus on which I appreciate this extra step to help the kids grow not just in gymnastics but as a person. And lastly the sanitizing before, during, and after class is so appreciated with so much sickness that goes around.

I give balance 1 stars only because of the equipment and the gym being new. The owner Brandy Knabb promises thing she doesn't follow through with. They preach positivity all the while sitting at the front desk complaining about the girls or making fun of little girls from other gyms. It's a gaint mean girls club. With the exception of 1 or 2 coaches they are fake. The gym is now primarily focused on getting money and no longer puts the gymnast first. Do not recommend for anyone who is serious about doing gymnastics.

LOVE Balance Gymnastics and Fitness!!! The owners are amazing, and they have the best coaches and staff!! We just had my daughter’s birthday party at Balance and it was great! We had boys and girls who ranged from ages 6-15 in attendance and they all had a good time. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They took care of all the details so that as a parent I could enjoy the party.

My girls also take classes here and love it. It is a great facility and the staff is wonderful!

Owners are great! They love what they do & are in the business for the right reason. Great facility. Amazing equipment. The location is perfect. It is convenient for anyone in the city or county to access. Where the location is, it gives those who live deeper into the county an opportunity to be apart of gymnastics, tumbling, pole vaulting, & more where they may not have had before or may have had a much longer drive. The facility is located right off 460. If you haven't visited the facility I strongly encourage you too! Colleges & high schools should also consider checking out the facility & speaking with the owners to see if this is a good spot for you too!
