I have been working out with Mike for the past 3 months and am already seeing changes on my body. The workouts are always fun, somewhere between challenging and super challenging! He knows just when to push me and when to adapt an exercise to account for an injury. I hadn’t exercised that much since before covid (5 years ago) and cannot believe that I actually enjoy going to the gym twice a week!
Mike checks in with me often and keeps me motivated to make good choices (food-wise, and making sure that I get my steps in) on days when I’m not working out.
I truly feel supported in this journey and am thrilled Mike is a part of my team.
I feel empowered to be truthful with him and know he will listen and give me good, realistic advice without ever judging. I highly recommend personal training with Mike!!

My mom had extreme shoulder pain that wasn’t going away even with medications. In only ONE session Mike cured her shoulders. He has MAGIC hands…I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE!! He’s amazing and now my mom has absolutely no shoulder pain!! Thank you Mike 🙏

I love the online workouts. They are more affordable and convenient. I get a good sweat out of them as well. But I enjoyed in person training too. Great to have options.

Mike is great! I’ve been training with him for the past year and appreciate his approach and customer service. The physical work is important, but nutrition is the key and Mike is well-versed and shares information to produce the best results in you and meet your needs. Mike has a great sense of humor so it makes training with him fun enough to distract you from the torture (lol!). Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Michael for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He’s helped me be stronger at 41 than I was at 21 while avoiding injury. I really don’t know where to start. Michael is the absolute best trainer I have ever had, he listened to me as a client, he made the workouts fun, he created a workout plan that based on my age and limitations. He stretched me out before and after workouts to avoid injuries and soreness. I appreciate his knowledge in health and physical fitness. You will not go wrong with this guy. I promise!!!!

Great trainer and provides excellent wellness services. I've had the pleasure of having Mike as a personal trainer for almost a year and he has been fantastic at helping me reach my fitness goals. He in also is a certified massage therapist and helped with post recovery, nutritional advice, and advice on supplements. I am also currently 7 months pregnant and Mike has helped me maintain strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility during my pregnancy. By far, Be Sharp Fitness has been an absolute game changer in my weight loss and fitness journey!
