I cannot recommend Benjamin enough as a personal trainer! I came to him with several issues, including upper neck and back pain, strength imbalances and posture concerns due to hyper-mobility. His ability to recognize the interconnection between my seemingly unrelated issues was truly impressive. I never thought my problems were fixable until I started working with him. Fast forward 3-4 months, and my overall quality of life has improved significantly. His expertise is unmatched, and he consistently goes out of his way to check in on his clients. If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your improvement and well-being, Benjamin is the one. Grateful for the positive changes he has brought into my life!

Benjamin is an awesome trainer as well as good person. He cares about his clients success and results. I am an experienced lifter for 20 years and Benjamin was able to teach me small things that made a huge difference in my gains and more importantly health. Benjamin Leto has put me on the road to recovery. I have been in pain for many years due to stress. Last year, I hurt my knees while playing pickleball. This past summer, I found it difficult to dance. I knew I had to correct the issue before I got worse. I was debating whether to go to a chiropractor, masseuse or try dynamic stretching. I'm so glad that I chose the latter. Benjamin provides a permanent solution. I love the fact that he studies how my body responds to certain movements to tailor the exercise specifically for me. He made me aware that some of my muscles were dormant due to lack of use causing other body parts to over compensate. I was even unaware that my walking habits had changed. After the first dynamic stretch with Benjamin, I felt like I had more pep in my step. After several sessions, my posture and flexibility improved. My back, shoulders, and right knee started to feel much better. Benjamin is a true, positive professional who is very caring, takes pride in his work, and is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He's patient and doesn't rush the session. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain what the issue is and ensures that I understand what I need to do to correct it. I can tell that his main focus is to help me get better. He saved me, and I'm forever grateful. We still have a little more work to do. But, I can now dance again like before. Thank you, Benjamiin. You're a lifesaver!

TLDR; Benjamin is by far one of the best trainers and mentors out there. He is acutely aware of the individual needs of the client, fun to work with, and is empathetic to the unique challenges on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
I have scoliosis and a visual impairment which has created challenges in comfortably reaching my fitness goals. I had been unsuccessful in finding someone who would be able to take these factors into consideration until I began working with Benjamin. Even after a back injury that kept me from my normal routine, Benjamin worked with me on addressing the pain. I can say that with his guidance, I am in the best position to reach my goal.

On March 30th of this year, I broke my hip in a fall on my driveway. I was headed out on my daily 3 mile walk at the time. Within 24 hours, I had two hip surgeries.
Afterward, I had no control over my leg. I lay in the hospital bed and watched enviously as patients who had just had surgery walked in the hallway past my door. I learned that I had suffered injury to my femoral nerve, so the estimate for recovery was 18 to 24 months. A lot of work was ahead of me.
By June, I was using two canes as I walked in my neighborhood. Because of the pressure on my shoulders from using two canes, every other joint in my body was in pain: both wrists, both shoulders, and for some reason, both knees.
In September, I began personal training for an hour each week with Benjamin Leto in addition to physical therapy.
With Benjamin’s help over the past three months, my joint pain in shoulders, wrists, and knees is mostly gone. I now walk without a cane at times. And Benjamin has me using right and left leg motions to climb and descend stairs. My rehab physician was extremely pleased at my last appointment.
I still have more to do in my recovery, and I will continue my sessions with Benjamin as long as needed to get there. Thank you, Benjamin!

I have been training with Benjamin for almost 3 months now. I originally was just going to do 1 month, but the sessions with Benjamin have been so beneficial, more than I ever anticipated. He is unlike any other trainer I have come across. After my knee replacement surgery, I was having difficulty doing exercises that I was normally able to do, and he was able to figure out why I was experiencing pain, and then show me what I needed to do to fix it, and it’s worked and is working! I have improved so much since I met him and could not have progressed this far without his expertise. He truly cares for his clients and has so much knowledge and expertise. I am so amazed and look forward to our sessions! If you need someone to truly give you a great ‘Personal’ training experience, you can do no better than Benjamin!

Benjamin has been working with 9 year old son Hunter for 3 months. Hunter deals with daily pain from a medical diagnosis that impacts his bones. Hunter has experienced improvement in his symptoms from day one and we have continued to see improvements in his physical and mental health. Benjamin is patient with Hunter on days when he is less than excited about working out. Benjamin helps to keep his focus on feeling better and the positive outcomes he has already experienced through exercise. The outcomes have been so positive that our 17 year old son has chosen to work with Benjamin to reach his health goals. After suffering from chronic knee pain for a couple of years and then muscular atrophy from inactivity due to COVID in 2020 and cancer chemotherapy treatment in 2021 to 2022 I realized I needed help on restoring physical vitality to my 74 year old body. In six sessions with Benjamin this Summer, my strength and balance was restored and I have a regular workout routine he customized for my specific problems. His approach is safe and effective and I highly recommend others to use his skills to restore your vitality.

Training with Benjamin was the best thing I ever did for my health. Like Ben, I have CCD, Scoliosis, and I have 13 vertebrates fused . In few weeks he has helped me more than my physical therapy and doctors was able too. Benjamin has helped me address and resolve health issues,I thought I would just have to deal with for the rest of my life . My sleep, mobility and pain level all have improved greatly. Benjamin genuinely cares about my health, pain level etc. His knowledge on how and what my body needs to thrive is priceless for someone like me. Ben was an amazing trainer and continues to check in years later to make sure I'm still on track. When I fall off the wagon and have hard times, he's there to help me out. He knew how best to adjust my workouts to keep my interest and was always willing to work with my diet to make sure I could maintain it. He was and continues to be wonderful!
