My grandson has been a part of Big-time Sports and Fitness transformation lab under the leadership of Coach B since the beginning of June 2024. For about a year, I looked for a trainer for my grandson. I found him online and he met all my criteria as a trainer. From then to now...there is a change in his body structure. The training received help my grandson to grow, building skills, techniques, game tactics, and character. Coach B were able to understand through conversation and training, my grandson strengths and weaknesses. He also promoted motivation and provided constructive feedback so he would be able to reach his expectations and performance better. Coach B never just looked at the now but also focused on the future performance, giving him solutions for improvement rather than dwelling on past mistakes.Thank you for working diligent with my grandson. I certainly can see the change and growth and he has enjoyed every moment with you and the team. I recommend this place of training for all ages....

My son “Isaac” has been with Berlin since he was in the 7th grade. The only trainer who at that time was not COCKY OR COME OFF HOLLYWOOD in our area. He has been a major key to our football success. Family oriented, safe and friendly, the workouts top tier. Lastly the “gym” is always open if your son wants to work Berlin will open the doors. I can say for myself I’ve seen most of the top tier athletes in our area walk through his doors at some point. Or have been at one of his outside training sessions. Bigtime Transformation Lab is a great facility. Coach B really gets the best out of everyone he trains. My sons have trained with Coach B for 4 years, he has challenged and prepared my sons for their upcoming seasons (College and High School). They enjoy their workout sessions.

Coach B at Big Time Sports & Fitness is a phenomenal coach. My son was having trouble on the football field when another student recommended his training. I decided to sign both of my boys up and over the course of this past year my 2 sons have excelled on and off the field. My oldest son (16) even broke the high school record with his relay team during winter track this year (2024).

As a father, I want to bring the best out of my boys and being able to enlist the help of Coach B at Bigtime Sports was great decision. He is greatly appreciated in our household.

He will challenge your child and mentor them at the same time. The encouragement he provides to students is one that ignites the fire within. I say all this because he's done just that for my son. My son has been training with Coach Berlyn at Bigtime Sports & Fitness for close to 4 years. My sons body, stamina & athleticism has changed tremendously because of the work he is doing with Berlyn. What I like most about the services, is that everything he teaches translates over to High School athletics and even College. The hours he offers are flexible. The gym is equipped with everything your athlete will need. His techniques are safe and efficient, and he’s overall one of the best, if not the BEST trainer in the area.

Coach B took our son in to train him after sophomore season. No real college football interests, consistently overlooked at the time. He trained off-season with Coach B for 2 years. As a Senior, he had 4 college football offers, and signed on NSD. He continues to train for college football to join the team Summer 2024. We truly appreciate Coach B's training and motivation. Our son would not be on his way to be a college athlete without him.
